This is great for people who don't want to stay at a huge resort, but do not recommend if you are looking for more comfortable stay and more amenities. There was an access to a very nice beach just down the street.

I will never stay here again! It was just ok! The room was small, did not have regular cable tv channels. Only had one washcloth one towel, toilet paper holder was broken with no extra toilet paper… little things that mean a lot… I can say that there was a water shortage and we didn’t have water in the room for almost 2 days and they did accommodate us with bringing water.

Our stay was great overall! The property was very easy to access, which made check-in and check-out super convenient. Everything we needed was within walking distance, and the area felt very safe throughout our stay.

Only downside was the water pressure in the shower and the room being a bit small. The size is intimate for a couple if staying for a few days.

I stayed here last month and had a great experience, but my most recent stay was completely different. The room next to mine had a dog barking all night. Dogs are not allowed, yet a guest managed to sneak one in. On top of that, the guests across the hall were having a loud party that went on very late into the night.
Unfortunately, this stay was so disruptive that I doubt I will return. It’s disappointing because I really appreciate the convenience of being close to the airport, but I also value my rest. Without onsite staff, it seems far too easy for guests to ignore the rules, and that made this stay unbearable.

The room was clean and comfortable. The parking is great. It is within walking distance of a great breakfast spot, the ocean and a couple of markets. It is also close enough to just about anything you would like to do in Puerto Rico and it is about 5 minutes from the airport but you don’t hear the planes at all. The staff was great and they responded quickly to our requests. I would absolutely recommend Rosalina Isla Verde!!

The room is definitely cozy but it is private and secure. Something to consider is that it’s not very soundproof. You can hear the other tenants and the other tenants can most likely hear you. If you’re looking for a grand hotel experience this probably isn’t for you but if all you need is a place to sleep and shower this place definitely does the trick.

Beautiful place! It felt like we were with the locals, which made our visit feel more authentic. Staff were very kind and accommodating. The beach is walking distance, less touristy, and absolutely beautiful. I have been to many beaches in my life, and this one is by far my favorite! :)

1. The shower did not have hot water. Also the shower knob was broken and was dripping water continuously, disturbing sleep. It’s a small space so you can hear bathroom noise in the bedroom.
2. The door had glass with slits and the living space was visible from outside. Quite shocking to see there was no privacy to the couch area. There are no blinds to the door. I had to pull and clip a screen from a window next to the door.
3. Absolutely no responses from the owner for calls and texts during the stay regarding issues mentioned.
Overall stay was okay for the price. Wouldn’t return.

This was perfect for my needs - a cheap, safe, and clean overnight stay in Isla Verde after arriving on a late night flight. I didn’t want to have to pay for frills and amenities I wouldn’t be using. Check in was easy, the AC was a delight, everything felt tidy, and the bed was really, really comfortable. Exactly what I needed!

The room we stayed in is spacious and very clean. The bathroom was great (except the toilet paper holder was loose from the wall). The room is comfortably air-conditioned at 70 degrees. The bed was comfortable. We used the couch and desk for our suitcases so we wouldn't have to bend or squad down as much (in the case if they were on the floor). So a couple of luggage racks would be a real enhancement since the room has space for them.
The location of this hotel (or Airbnb?) is good but the road and sidewalks of the street (Calle Jupiter) were in poor condition. There are good cafes steps way. It took us just a minute or so by foot to reach a small beach area where the water is nice and calm because of some breakwater structures there. It appears to be a popular place for the locals. We walked further from there and reached the larger beach (presumably Isla Verde West).

Positives - rooms were nicely air conditioned (although we found the request to leave at 70 a little too cold), nice touch of some bottles of water and soft drinks in fridge especially as arrived late. Bedding comfortable (pillows / linens). Instructions for access and communication with hosts was good. Fairly clean, few minor bits of dust on furniture main issue.

The room did not match the pictures, which is fine. But there was no notice at all that the water was going to be out. For 2 days there was no water of any kind and their solution was to give us jugs of drinking water to use for the toilet and sink. There was no shower at all. I’m sure it was out of their control but this was unacceptable. We got a full refund on our trip which was appreciated. Don’t think I’ll recommend this place moving forward

Upon arrival, there was no internet, and during our stay there was no running water, which meant we could not shower or even flush the toilet. The location was also not as convenient as advertised and was not close to bars and restaurants as described. Overall, this property is significantly overpriced for what it offers, and I would not recommend it.”

Location is safe/near the airport abd not far from Old San Juan; 20 mins (took a $20 cab ride for a 6 minute drive from the airport, but could've used one on the apps if my wifi was working; smh lol) and right as you get into San Juan in between the interstate and the beach; very convenient. Internet went out but there were places (restaurants/etc. that had wifi) nearby; a phone would be great to call a taxi/emergency, and maybe a mini map of the area would be nice, but the small amenities were great (coffee maker, mini fridge, soap/hair wash dispensers, small closet wardrobe, microwave, etc.). Bed was reeally soft, sume more support would be nice. I'd stay again ultimately for a quick 2-3 night trip.

I only needed the room for my last night at Island before a late flight the next day. Staff was friendly and courteous to keep my luggage at their sister property before and after my check in, that was a plus for me, since I wanted to enjoy a little more of my beautiful P.R. without having to worry about my luggage. The room was really nice and clean. Small and cozy! Great for one or two people. Very close to the airport. With lots of restaurants around, I’ll definitely will consider staying here again in the future.

Everything with the room itself was good. Nice TV, bathroom, and comfortable bed. The issue was the completely disrespectful ghetto couple in the room right next to mine. The blasted music and \"spoke\" to each other by yelling till 10pm until they left to go out. When they arrived back at 1am, they yelled at each other and had an incredibly loud argument/conversation about their friend in prision till 4am. It was insane. Luckily one of the other guests banged on their door at 3:30am and told them to shut up, which they finally did about 4am. No fault of the owner of course, but just not a relaxing sleep that I needed and wanted. Could have happened anywhere I suppose, but at a hotel there would have been a front desk to report these folks to instead of having to either listen to it or confront them myself.
Its not that I wouldnt recommmend the place, cause its nice, but more of an unfortumately incident due to an unruly couple who treated their room more as sell block 5 prision accommodations versus a hotel.
