Our experience was the staff was amazing, the restaurant was good, the pool looked nice but we didn’t use it. The room however did not look like any of the rooms on the website, no hot water in the shower, did have a/c but still very sticky in our room.

This is not your 5 star hotel maybe not even a two star it’s rooms are outdated but the room smelled and look clean the staff is really friendly the pool was inviting the restaurant downstairs has wonderful food and band on the weekends the mango sangria is the best drink ever make sure you try the jug sangria on the bar the gift shop is got some cute stuff I did not get a chance to eat at the dinner but it smelled good every morning the beach is just a short walk and it’s beautiful with food and drinks on the beach the neighborhood is safe and lots of other restaurants and bars and stores around I would definitely stay again

The pool is ok. The jacuzzi is full of cold water. The rooms are dirty, you need shower shoes to shower,mosquitoes flying around everywhere,stale stagnant water with mosquitoes,one small elevator that get very busy at checkout time. I will never stay here again.

The sink wasn’t wiped clean of toothpaste scum from someone els. The lamp, fully growing visible mold. The lamp was so rusted on the inside it flaked when you lightly touched it. They switched the lamp for me and the new one didn’t even work. The curtains were full of stains. The front steps of the property had a huge crack that my son tripped in and scraped his knee. No, they didn’t have band aids. Didn’t have beach towels.

This Hotel was run down & out dated. I felt like the room was comparable to a \"Rent By Hour\" type of place. I ran into housekeeping a few times & they were very polite. Front desk was ok, not overly friendly but there were a lot of ppl checking in at the same time w/ 1 staff person. The photos on website weren't of the room I was in & might have been photos of days gone by of the lobby. The pool was nice but water was very cold same for the hot tub. It was walking distance to the beach. Also right at the edge of the runway of the airport, planes taking off about every 15 mins, shaking the hotel all day & a lot of the night. No exhaust fan in bathroom, shower was sooo small, you could wash your feet in the shower, use the toilet & brush your teeth in the sink all at the same time! No coffee maker or microwave in the room. It was cheap & you get what you pay for. I would not stay here again.

My friend and I booked here for a one night stay as we were flying into PR late at night. It was fairly cheap compared to some other options. We decided to chance it. We thought, how bad could it be?

1) The locks from the inside of our hotel room were broken and nonexistent. When asked if we could switch to another room, we were told there was no more available rooms.

Rooms was very small looked like a jail cell or something. Also the receptionist gave me the key to someone else’s room which was very dangerous and I tried to open the door and they had a lock on it. That made me very uncomfortable and nervous off top. No towels or rags in the new room she put me in. It literally is not on the sea and the pool was small and looked dirty. I was very uncomfortable and checked out early to stay somewhere else. The overhead light in room was also the switch for the bathroom. So if you wanted light in the bathroom in the middle of the night then the whole room would light up. The restaurant downstairs was delicious. Parking in a small lot across the street was extra. Or you could find parking on the street for free.

No signs in the street that say no parking.. we parked our car on the street for 5 min to just go in to ask about parking, behind the row of other parked cars and landed up with a $50 parking ticket. The bathrooms kept getting clogged. No water bottles available. Only 2 towels provided. Minimal amenities — definitely not worth $200.00 we spent. The additional $75.00 they took for security is yet to be returned..

Well, I guess you get what you pay for. It was a low price and now I know why. We just needed a place to sleep before our cruise. It wasn't dirty, but it wasn't comfortable. It was like an old hotel that needs a lot of help. Tile floors, small bathroom, not so nice beds. So, i wouldn't recommend it to anyone. But if you just need a place to sleep for a few hours and don't mind very budget, then maybe it would work for you. It was about 1/2 the price of the hampton inn next door.
