Instructions for air conditioning would be v useful for those of us coming from climates where it is not necessary!
Only diwnside was hot tub was very dirty and cold. Outside terrace good but tub would have been. Uch appreciated both after a long journey and day of sightseeing

Thank you!! We had an early flight leaving SJU, so we only stayed one night. Staff is very friendly, room was very clean , just the essentials, the food at the restaurant was delicious, and the server was great! I’ll definitely book another stay!

The hotel is very convienient right at the airport so is perfect for transfers. The property felt very clean and the omlette station was a nice bonus at breakfast. The hotel was rundown and needs some sprucing up especially at thr cost to stay, and it was very loud - you can hear simple conversations through the doors and with people landing at all times its very distruptive in addition to the loudness of the planes, it felt like there were 0 windows.

Convenient, especially for late arrival. Utilitarian best describes the hotel. Clean but minimalistic. The “ beach” bar is a courtyard. No carpet in hallways which makes them very noisy, plus the, obviously, airport noise.

What a brilliant idea! We arrived with a toddler after midnight and could check into our room within minutes of getting our bags. We didn’t even have to leave the airport!
Small, efficient and clean rooms and a fantastic staff. Made our long travel day so much better.

The place was an icebox. It must be on the airport AC trunk which perhaps cannot be modified. Bring a sweatshirt. T

The hotel is very industial and not quaint in the least. It could use an interior decorator to fix this place up.

It is at the airport and convenient. No pool but it does have a restaurant.

This hotel is SO convenient if you're flying in or out of Puerto Rico - perfect for late-night arrivals and early morning departures. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were professional and friendly. Being able to get a full breakfast each morning was definitely a plus. I would happily stay here again.

This was one of the smallest hotel rooms I have stayed in.
The air conditioner was too high and it was freezing and the thermostat did not work to turn it down, so I just turned it off and it was still freezing. There was one towel for 2 people. The best I can say is that it was clean.

I booked this hotel for my 80 y/o mom who was returning from a cruise and needed to stay near the airport for a very early flight in the morning. She arrived early in the day because she got a ride directly from the airport but didn't have anybody nearby to hang out with until check in was ready. She'd checked at the desk when she arrived and was told no rooms were available. She sat playing on her phone most of the morning, but was noticed by a staff member who went and asked around 11 am for someone to find a room for her. They got her checked in by noon. I booked it specifically at the airport so she wouldn't have to find a ride in the morning. Well, someone met her at 4 am with a wheelchair and walked her all the way to check in and brought all her luggage and helped her get it checked in as well and stayed until she had a wheelchair person from the airport to take her to her gate. She is mobile and can walk, but she gets tired and will often just stop and sit down before continuing on so it was super nice of them to make it so easy for her to start her journey home! She said it was not fancy and basic, but clean and staff was extremely hospitable. I would certainly book this hotel for myself if I needed a place near the airport.

The staff at the front desk were very accommodating, but the restaurant was not at all satifying. We ordered some appetizers and was served with five burnt and reheated cod fish frtters, (bacalaitos) and to top that it was served on a chipped plate. Very disappointed considering the nightly rate. And the romm was small, a hole in a wall, we expected something better for the price. The Chef should further his culinery skills.

I reserved a room through Expedia right at the front desk to get a cheaper rate . They had 5 rooms left and i booked it and showed them the confirmation code and they kept telling me i was not in the system and told me i was not allowed to stay and had no rooms available. I had to book abother room elsewhere. I was not happy and they still billed me. I showed the front desk my receipt from expedia a d they denied my reservation but they still took my money when i dint even stay there, i tried but they refused me and stope my money ... shame on san juan hotel and shame on expedia

Had to ask 3 times for a TV remote. Very slow elevators. Felt like a criminal at the breakfast buffet—was being watched like a hawk—would have been nice to have allowed me to take a little something up to my husband in the room. Otherwise—was great that was allowed to store luggage until check in. The gal working was very nice. So was the security “Arnold” I think? He finally brought the remote. Also, could hear loud door slams all night.

If you are flying out of Puerto Rico (or flying in late) this hotel is one to consider. It is located AT the airport and was incredibly convenient. It was a 6 minute walk from our hotel room to the check in counter of our airline. Great staff, they were able to hold our luggage until we were able to check in to our room. There is an on-site restaurant with some delicious offerings. The room itself was clean and had TWO luggage racks (so handy for repacking our suitcases)! The bathroom mirror has a heat feature which prevents fogging up AND a built in light as well. Nice sized TV as well. We were very pleased with this hotel!

The hotel was very convenient since it is attached to the airport. They did have baggage drop which was helpful so we didn’t have to drag our luggage around with us while we’re were waiting for our hotel room. Check in time was 4:00. At 4:30 we were still waiting for a room to be cleaned for us. The area around the hotel was the old airport. It’s a little run down. Once you get in to the hotel area, it’s not bad. They made an effort to make the hotel area really nice. There is an outdoor sitting area that was very nice, but the hot tubs didnt work and look like the havnt for a while. The room itself was good. The finishes were nice the shower had hardly any water pressure. The bedding was very clean and nice. Smelled freshly washed. The bed itself was very very firm. The restaurant and bar in the hotel are very good. A little expensive but good food. If uneven surfaces are difficult for you, this hotel has a lot of them. Also. There are 2 elevators in the hotel. One that serves floors 1-5 and one that goes from 5 to 6. We were on the 6th floor and the elevator sounded like it was going to fall apart. There was a few times it didn’t move right away or moved a small amount then stopped for a minute and then continued. Part of me thought I was going to be spending the night stuck in the elevator. With all the being said. I would stay here again. The convenience of the location outweighed the quarks

The room was tiny, out dated, and looked like a prison cell. It was noisy in the room both from the rooms next door, upstairs, and outdoor noise. The view of the highway was terrible. Breakfast was poor, coffee awful, the only good part was the made to order omelets. Signage to the hotel was unclear and outdated. Absolutely not worth the expensive price…the holiday inn or super 8 motel would be far better!

The room was very clean and had great amenities. We especially loved the free dryer because we had a couple of towels that were still damp and we didn’t want to pack them that way. The design of the tile was attractive. Also, our sink had a leak and the repairmen came almost immediately after my call and fixed it in just a few minutes. We loved how convenient the hotel is to the airport.

Laundry is free, self-service. The cafe serves tasty coffee. The bar/diner they seem lacking in staff -- twice ordering food never happened and left 30 minutes later able to get a drink at the bar while waiting. Complimentary breakfast was on point. Hot tub had a thick layer of brown debris. The room was oddly too cold even when turning the thermosat off. In fact, the entire hotel was freezing -- a couple that passed me on our floor noted how chilly it was too. Check-in is at 4 but they're able to keep your luggage as early as 9 a.m. that same day. The convience of being at the airport is what sets this hotel apart from the nearby ones.

We were there for 12 hours, the shuttle conveniently brought us there, and conveniently brought us back to the airport, at 4:30am, without a problem. There’s lots of eating options, within walking distance, and If we’re ever at the Atlanta Airport for the night, we’ll surely stay here again.😎😎

What stood out most was how clean and convenient the hotel was. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location made airport access quick and easy. Our flight started in Philadelphia on the 14th. We landed and got the San Juan at 2:00 am. I called three times to ask questions about when someone be there you know we were gonna get in so late they did not have a room for us at all and they are trying to charge me for the 15th at 4 o’clock in the afternoon to the 16th. My reservation in Southern Puerto Rico opened at noon on the 15th. I called so many times they thought that I was making another reservation and I got information that I had two rooms, but none of them was for when I was going to be there.

Would recommend a stay here especially if you don’t want to travel far late at night if flying in. Hotel is a 15 minute walk from the airport
