Bali Posh Isla Verde, conveniently situated near the airport in Carolina, boasts easy access to the Isla Verde Beach and a short drive to Old San Juan and other metropolitan area locations. The rooms were cleaned, the staff very friendly, and the common areas were well maintained. The pool and bar area were particularly nice. My fiancée and I had an amazing time here and would definitely stay again if we visit this area again.

We had the best time! It feels like you’re on a resort. Everyone was so friendly & welcoming. Super clean- Breakfast had plenty of options. Very close to airport and beach. A short drive to old San Juan. The drinks and food were excellent!! Nester and Manuel were great to us! We will definitely be back!

I recently stayed at Bali Posh Hotel PR, Adults Only - Isla Verde in Puerto Rico and had a wonderful experience. The hotel has a beautiful, unique atmosphere with a relaxing tropical vibe. The location was convenient, close to the beach and airport, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the property offered great amenities for a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed the peaceful adults-only environment, which made for a relaxing getaway. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Puerto Rico

The hotel gives boho Tulum style, the pool was small and didn’t seem like it was cleaned daily. The room was also small, the shower was tricky to adjust water temp wise and needs some updating. I stayed 3 nights housekeeping stopped once the first night when I was in the room so only left towels. The beach is on the other side of the highway about a 7 min walk. Once entering the beach there is a person there that can set up chairs and an umbrella. The breakfast was inconsistent, they set it up and clean it up after. I didn’t see anyone checking to refill it. The hotel had quite a few guest taking advantage of the breakfast included.

The first night around 10:30pm we noticed we didn't have water. The next morning still no water. The front desk did provide bottles waters. The water came back on sometime that afternoon but the pressure was low and there was little warm water to wash.

Be careful when traveling to PR. There is currently a water issue. Had no water while on the property and when the water came back on the water pressure was low. The property is a is about 3 quarters to a half mile from the beach.

Our room was small but charming. The space was very inviting, and the food and drinks from the restaurant were excellent.

The only thing I would have liked to see was at least one planned meet-and-greet event, perhaps on Friday or Saturday evening. Since the property has such an intimate atmosphere, my husband and I would have enjoyed the opportunity to meet and connect with other guests.

A planned social event could have encouraged guest interaction while also providing additional business for the bartenders. We also felt that the second bar area was underutilized, despite being a great space for socializing and dancing. If there are concerns about attracting a rowdy crowd, hosting salsa or merengue music would be a fun and lively option while still maintaining the relaxed atmosphere of the property. Overall we enjoyed it and would book again.

The music by the pool is extremely loud, and since the rooms have virtually no soundproofing, we had difficulty sleeping. There is no refrigerator in the room, and there is no furniture to hang clothes or anywhere to place suitcases. For a one-night stay in transit, it was acceptable because of its proximity to the airport, but unfortunately, I would not return.

What was supposed to be our honeymoon ended up being the worst hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. We truly tried not to let this hotel ruin our trip, but issue after issue made that very difficult.
The hotel looks beautiful in the pictures, but once you take the time to look around, you start noticing all kinds of problems. The property feels poorly maintained and doesn’t seem like it has been properly updated or cared for in quite some time.
The biggest issue was the complete loss of water service. After already dealing with multiple concerns throughout our stay, having no water was the final straw. We ended up spending additional money to leave our trip early because we were so frustrated with the quality of the hotel. While they eventually connected a temporary water tank, the water pressure and service were poor. MY WIFE HAD TO SHOWER USING WATER BOTTLES! and the water you see in the pictures was what came out from the water tanks.
Another issue we experienced throughout our stay was with the shower drain. After just two people showered, the water would stop draining properly and begin backing up in the tub. This was yet another maintenance issue that should have been addressed before renting rooms to guests. Cleanliness was another major concern.
So my other issues but I’m limited to what I can write on this. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Where do I begin? The bathroom has no sink to start off, the sink is located in the actual bed-room, so after every bathroom use, one would have to leave the bathroom to wash their hands in the bed room. Then there was no water to shower with nor wash hands with, there was no water many times for a long duration period. Then the “included breakfast” was extremely limited on opens, it was overall a terrible experience here and not as it was advertised.

This place was nice but not what they detail to be offered when on site. You have to drive to the beach, they do not offer beach chairs, the room is so tiny - it doesn’t even have somewhere to store your clothing for your trip. The pool is small so if there are a few people in it, it’s overcrowded. Overall, this place is good for a night or two but was complicated to stay for a week. Breakfast was also not worth the walk to the room and the water served made us sick.

Restaurant on the hotel property was only open from Thursday to Sunday I believe and I unfortunately didn’t stay on those days so I had to leave the resort everyday to eat. Other than that it’s beautiful the AC felt great staff was great ! If water pressure isn’t a problem for yu definitely boook

There are not many frills, but it is a very clean and well-maintained property. The staff was very quick to respond if we needed anything.

It is a 3-minute walk to the beach, a 15-minute drive to Old San Juan, and a 5-minute drive to the airport. If you need to park a vehicle, parking is limited, and backing onto the main road can be an adventure!

There is a large CVS within walking distance of the property.

If you are an early riser, breakfast is not served until 7:00 am and has pretty limited options. There are several restaurant options within walking distance. There is a very nice restaurant on-site, but it isn't open every evening.

The hotel provides chair and umbrella service at the beach. The beach is not private, but it is very secluded and quiet, especially compared to the public beaches in San Juan. Bring your own beach towels when you pack.

The hotel is pretty and in a good location. The staff is very very nice and helpful. The bathroom wasn't very clean, and the water didn't work well. The shower's hot water came and went and didn't work at times. The toilet seat was broken, and the water pressure in the bathroom sink was very weak. The walls are incredibly thin. You can hear everyone coming and going, their music, and their alarms going off in the morning. The rest of the room was clean and in good shape. It is one of the cheapest hotels in the area so you get what you pay for. If it was this cheap again I would still consider staying again. I might just upgrade to a bigger room because their smaller room is very small.

Before booking this stay based off of reviews I was very excited . After booking this stay the reviews I had read made me very nervous. AFTER staying here for my 35th birthday I was very pleased with everything . The rooms were clean and well maintained, we did not hear the high way traffic , pool was wonderful though I didn’t go in I laid out by them . Pool bar was minimal but served its purpose. Breakfast was very basic ( very minimal but did the job for a snack before we started our day) Pool bar closed at 9pm a little early if you ask me with this being an adults only hotel. With that being said I would definitely recommend staying here and we will again.

My husband and I stayed one night in May 2026 at the Bali Posh Hotel right before flying home from vacation. Well-designed, atmospheric decor throughout the lobby/complex, with a natural Indonesian vibe. Clean and beautiful 1-Queen room, working AC and comfy bed, although the space felt a little small. You could definitely hear road noise and other guests going in/out (doors banging), although I did not hear any voices or conversations. Not necessarily a problem for solid sleepers, although distracting for me. The pool and bar were AWESOME. Easy few-minute walk to the beach, although across a kind of scary and busy bridge. Great to have chairs and umbrellas for guests at the beach, which was quite windy the day we went. Nice for walking even if not swimming. We skipped the restaurant, seemed too pricey, but there were several walkable food options. We loved Panadería España close down the street. While we would probably not stay again, seeking a more secluded and less bustling environment than Isla Verde, it was an OK final stop. Would probably feel worth the money for solid sleepers desiring to stay in the area and for a longer time.

We truly enjoyed staying at Bali Posh Hotel. The staff was AMAZING - every single one of them. The location was perfect for us; the beach, restaurants, and shops were all within walking distance. The hotel itself is beautiful and aesthetic, and the dresser provided plenty of space for all of our belongings. The pool was great as well, although it does get pretty packed at times. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book here again anytime! TY for this wonderful stay on our trip to Puerto Rico!

Good location, quick Uber/drive to Old San Juan and Playas Pinones and 5 minutes walk across the bridge to the beach! Hotel is clean, staff are helpful and pleasant-- esp. Ricardo (who looks like Robert Redford), vibe is pretty laid back. Small hotel, small (but nice)pool area, happy hour 2 for 1 in the afternoon at pool bar. Average bar food, never went inside restuarant but I think it was the same menu. Breakfast was reasonable, I went to grocery store nearby and bought some fruit, sodas, nondairy milk and snacks but mostly ate outside the hotel. No closets or draws in room so had to live out of suitcase and room was very small with small fridge and coffee maker but no microwave- - we had to full beds. All in all I think it was a good last minute, centrally located, clean standard hotel.

The property was amazing I loved the palm trees and all the seating they had around . They had a nice bar / restaurant they made the best mojitos. They also had a gym the room I had was kind of small for two people though use to bump my arm against the tv and the bed was small for two .

They had towels to go to the beach you had to go across the bridge and go on the other side they are chairs there and umbrellas. They also had a very good bakery next door which I loved . The staff was so friendly I really loved that I will be back .

The adults only hotel was a nice getaway while also being the place to rest, while traveling around Puerto Rico.

Breakfast was solid, the room is chilly especially when you'll be in the hot sun, outside. Although you may want to check your room for ants. I had a total of 6, mostly in the bathroom, but hey, at least they're not bed bugs.

Stylish pool, a bar, and a restaurant also helps well.

Would stay if this was an option.

Also since it is an adult only property, suggest keeping the pool open into at least 10, not 8pm… have activities near the pool area… like a DJ or Latin music playing louder. I really enjoyed my stay here. It’s a big property designed very nicely. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is lovely with fresh lighting. It’s a fun hotel where the music is loud but they shut off the music around 9 pm. The walk to the beach is over an overpass you have to cross but it’s really no big deal. The facility is cute. Love the Bali vibes is has going and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

The regular rooms are tiny, I had to request an upgrade because it felt claustrophobic and my luggage alone didn’t fit in the standard room I brought 2 carry-ons and one check in bag for 2 people.
There’s no closet to hang your clothes or dresser in the standard rooms. When I upgraded to the studio it came with a dresser and was slightly bigger. The TV wasn’t working and had a noise complaint by some youngsters at 8:30p when we were hanging out in the courtyard. Some dude in their late 20’s came out to tell a group of 40yr old to be quiet cause he was trying to sleep 😅

Really cool concept - lots of outdoor spaces not your ordinary hotel. The bar and pool area are relaxing. The only complaint is noise from hallways but not a big deal over all.
