The property was well kept, our room had a bit of musty smell but that happens with coastal places. The room was clean and staff were very friendly.Our room was the smallest I have ever been in for a hotel. Instead of a ladder for towels a rack to place your suit case on would have been beneficial. We had to keep placing our luggage on floor and bed. No closet. We may have been given this room cause we only booked for 2 nights. Also our room was right near pool and at 3 am there was some rowdy visitors that woke me. We also had some guy peeking in our window which was a high window so he must have been tall. The bar was great, food was good and loved the pool. Parking seemed a little hairy BUT we never had a problem getting a spot in front. It is a very lovely place.

Hotel is nice overall. Rooms are small. Pool is small and there is seating for maybe 12 people. Beach is not white sand and you have to cross the freeway to get to it. Bali had 6 designated loungers. If you are to find a comfy spot anywhere get there early. I only saw the pool bar open. $$18 drinks. Did not use the restaurant or spa. Friendly staff. Our room was only cleaned once for a 6 day stay though :(. Bottom line to me this hotel was not worth the price.

We did NOT stay there as the front desk AC was horrid, the description of the property was not accurately depicted as to the proximity to the beach. It was on a VERY busy freeway and we almost got hit by a car pulling our luggage out of the Uber! It felt like it was a motel and I would NEVER recommend.

The hotel itself is located along a busy stretch of expressway a couple miles from SJU airport. It’s about a 10 minute walk to a gorgeous beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The pedestrian overpass has about 25 steps on each side.. not for someone with mobility issues. The elevator was not working. Parking is very limited.
Check in was fast and efficient with pleasant and friendly staff. Room was comfortable though kinda small. Nice bed and large walk in shower. Nice little pool with bar area near by. All in all a thumbs up!

The hotel is nice and staff is amazing. The food is pricy and not fresh - plenty of places to walk to that serve better food. Lots of places to walk to. The beach is walking distance across the freeway (there's an overpass to walk on). they have a staff member on the beach to help with chairs/umbrellas. The swimming pool was freezing but the area is nice - just on smaller end.

Downside - The bar is expensive - we had beer delivered via Uber. Our room was TINY - it was basically a bed in the middle of a master bathroom. My husband could lay in the bed and touch the shower door! There was no where to put our luggage so we'd have to sit it on the bed whenever we needed to get something out. Also with 3 suitcases it was almost impossible to walk around the bed to get to the bathroom. Since the shower was not in a separate room, every time we showered the entire room was soaked with humidity (including our bed/clothing) and the tile floor would get very SLICK. I would definitely not stay there due to the tiny room issue.

I had a great time in Puerto Rico! Bali Posh is a great hotel, however, I believe that they should offer a little more \"posh\" for the prices they charge. It's a little too understaffed to manage all the guests the way they should. The friendliness of the staff and the location make up for what the actual hotel lacks. That was my second time there. Might not be my last, but step your game up Bali lol.

The room was fine, it was recently renovated but the shower water leaked onto the floor due to not being sealed correctly. The sink water stayed hot compared to the shower water. You also have to request room service, we didn’t know that or was informed at check in so our room never got cleaned so just know you have to request it. It’s a nice 5 min walk from beach and not that far from San Juan either. The continental breakfast was good as well.

We stayed there the last day of our cruise, girls trip, there were 5 of us. The pool was awesome, we pretty much hung out there the entire time, staff was great, rooms were clean and great design also.
Food at the restaurant was delicious.
Thankfully I did not listen to the negative reviews, our experience was great!

Don't stay here unless you are an extremely deep sleeper. For some reason when the doors open and close or flush the toilet it is extremely loud (even with blaring white noise it woke us up every night multiple times). They also never cleaned our room even when we asked them to 3 times. Lastly we had a queen bed on a king bed frame which wasn't great.

At first glance, this property is absolutely beautiful. The lobby area makes a great impression when you walk in, and I truly loved the pool, bar, and tour areas. The atmosphere is vibrant and inviting, and the common spaces are definitely a highlight.

I had read in previous reviews that the rooms were small, and that is very accurate. The room was quite compact, with no place to hang clothes and no basic amenities such as an iron, Kleenex, or a suitcase stand. I was able to make it work, so it wasn’t the end of the world, but it’s something to be aware of when booking. The mattress was also very firm and unfortunately uncomfortable for me, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

What disappointed me most was the cleanliness and follow-through from the staff. I requested housekeeping service two nights in a row because my room was never cleaned. I left the door hanger requesting service and also spoke directly with the front desk each time. I was assured someone would come by, but unfortunately that never happened. On the last day of my trip, I still had not received service and had to request towels and toilet paper for the second time.

After beach days, there was sand in the room despite my best efforts to clean up after myself, and regular housekeeping would have made a big difference. Overall, the property itself is beautiful, but the lack of housekeeping follow-through and service responsiveness was disappointing and impacted the overall experience.

DO NOT BOOK!! SCAMMERS!! We had a very bad experience in this hotel. We were only able to stay first night. Rooms are super small, no windows. Feels like a jail cell. There is no even closet in the room or a space to put your suitcase. The room was one pf the queen bad rooms. AC was bot working properly, super loud and super low air quality. The water in the shower was not getting warmer. In the morning, they started to work a generator machine and it was like something in room was running. Super loud. When we asked to change room they said only we can upgrade for additional cost. Like all the things not working in our room was our fault? When wanted to leave the hotel they didn’t give us refund for the rest of the nights. This place is a huge SCAM. Zero empathy for people and very poor service of everything.

We checked in late in the evening , after we had to search for someone that was supposed to be at the front desk.
If you have luggage there are only steps no elevator , you have to drag your bags up a flight of step. you cannot reach the toilet paper roll from the toilet , the water pressure was low and there is a 27,00 dollar they don't tell you about until you check your statement which they email you.

Stayed one night due to flight cancellation upon arrival no one was at desk to check in. While waiting other guests came to desk to tell us their rooms hadn’t been cleaned for three days, cable and internet were down, no towels, and no top sheet on beds. Mind you this is my check in experience. My husband went searching for desk person bartender told him she would eventually comeback. The desk person was only staff member there and was doing everything. Place was so dark we could see room numbers and another guest helped us find room. Place looks really nice but very understaffed and I was there just to sleep. After check out I received credit card alert that they charged me 26.00 US dollars for something and all I did was sleep there and left at 5:45am to return to airport. God only knows what that’s about. I’m disputing it with credit card company. Other guests in morning said guest in adjoining rooms partied all night and the got no sleep. Price seemed high for the realities of the hotel. I only stayed there because it’s close to airport.

The room was ok. Housekeeping was not. When room was cleaned 1 day out of 3 that we requested they put our comforter back on & that’s it. No clean sheets no bathroom floor towels no coffee no clean cups not even rinsed.. no sweeping or mopping. Concern about security no one watching the front most of the time there is no one at the check in desk even Late at night. Anyone could walk into lobby since door is wide open & no camera in lobby. On one of the days we saw a guy with his head & face pretty covered up in a hoodie hanging in the inside patio area..sleeping in the chairs,,coming in and out..some of the girls were concerned about why he was there. Another drunk guy bothering different women offering food? You need to have a lock, buzzer in front door & in the check in area. Also too much smell of marijuana coming from the inside hallways. Pool too cold. Otherwise it was quiet.

Our room was really small, so small that we couldn't open my luggage the whole time. We had to move the bag to the bed just so i can get access to the shower. The bathroom toilet flushed so loud that i woke up my partner. Our room was just outside of the ice machine so every so often, I thought something was falling and the we were just outside the staff ready closet so every early morning we would get an unwelcomed wake up call. House keeping forgot to give us towels, next day, didn't clean the room so we had to ask, third day, they forgot the cosmetic towels and coffee for the room. Small room and the location of the room made it difficult for me to rebook here. To get to the beach, you have to walk over pedestrians bridge. If you are not in shape, it maybe difficult to go over to the beach. The pool and the bar was nice. Staff is also very helpful. However, the location is off of a 8 lane highway so there is always traffic noise. I wish I had read reviews prior to booking. We were just focused on adult only and grabbed it but I would not do that again.

The continental type breakfast is served in a small room on the property. The area where the breakfast is served a linoleum type flooring. The area where the tables are located has an indoor outdoor type carpet. There is an approximately 3-4 inch rise in the floor elevation where they meet. One our first morning there my mom tripped on this unmarked tripping hazard. She fell face first into the floor and cut her forehead and developed a golf ball sized knot on her forehead. My husband came to get me from the room to help her. When I walked in, I tripped on the same spot. The staff called an ambulance after I told them that she did not need an ambulance. A car ride is perfectly appropriate. They basically forced us into the ambulance after we spent 30 minutes waiting to give the police a report. She fell at 8:15 and we arrived at the ER 2 hours later. Obviously, we did not have an emergency requiring an ambulance. Upon ER arrival, the ambulance driver promptly demanded $300 which is NOT paid for by Medicare. I was told the ambulance was privately owned. The shoving us into the ambulance then made sense. We stayed here before and after a cruise. We had at least 15 people come up to us unsolicited to say they too had tripped and/or fallen on that spot at breakfast. You can also see the carpet is relatively clean everywhere except around that area where there are multiple spills and stains noted. For the most part, this was a fabulous place to saty. It was gorgeous, spacious and conveniently located. The breakfast was horrible and the concierge service wasn't great. One day, we put out the sign to have our room cleaned - the service person made the bed, that was it. Meanwhile, the floors needed vacuuming; towels needed replacing and the garbage was overflowing! I ended up throwing out the garbage myself; I asked at the front desk for more towels but we never got them so we took from the pool area.

The room was tiny, barely large enough to walk around without tripping over the bed. The room was extremely out-dated, lacked basic amenities, and had a WIFI TV that wouldn’t work due to poor WIFI speeds. Finally, I was charged $140 more at the resort than my quote from Expedia. After the issue was reported to the staff, I had to place a dispute with my credit card company.

I would not recommend staying here. No hot water when taking a shower. They did not have any additional clean towels for pool or shower. They charged 3.00 for water. It is on a main highway with no sidewalks. You need to walk up 80 steps and cross over an overpass to get to the other side in order to reach the beach. Overall stay was not good at all.

The hotel itself is very nice inside however it is extremely misleading with the way that it is advertised. It is nowhere near the beach. It is off of two main highways. There is a lot of noise at night and the back of the hotel is an alleyway with very limited parking. With the amount of money I paid I would not recommend nor stay there again.

The hotel is nice if you are on a budget. The pool is small but newly renovated. The bar serves delicious drinks that are about $20 each. The restaurant has delicious food. There’s no housekeeping service services. If you request a housekeeper, all they do is throw the comforter over the sheets.

The hotel is well located. Melissa the host was an amazing person.
The issue is with management and ownership, the last afternoon before our departure, there was a problem with a water supply outage to the area. The hotel acted quickly, I will give them that, but their own system in the hotel failed completely and we were without water for 24 hours. No showers, no toilet, no nothing. We had to be asking for water bottles throughout the hotel so that we can have a minimum amount of drinking water there.
The hotel employees were left on their own, no one checked to see if we were ok in the room. Try to have a bathroom with no water for 20+ hours, no toilet paper and having to take both me and my wife showers with a couple of water bottles!
I requested a 1 night refund from the hotel which was denied. I emailed the hotel at the email provided and was never answered!!!!

Management personnel are the worst!!! We loved the island and the people, we will be back soon but will definitely avoid this hotel.

This was an unusual and fun place. We were shown to our room by a well spoken young lady, who presented us with the card key, after she opened the door! She came to find us at the pool since we arrived about six hours before check-in. And we did get into our room before the official time, She recognized us among all the others at the pool. Also the mojitos were top notch!

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. Pictures are not accurate at all. Everything is run down or broken. I’m not sure if the room is filled with mold or if it is the AC unit that barely works but by the end of the trip my boyfriend was so sick that he was coughing up blood. Broken toilet seat. The ac unit kept leaking water all over the floor. No hot water. We barely slept due to the air quality. The window to the bedroom was broken and wouldn’t open. I called desk twice to ask about getting the window opened for some airflow and went to the office 4 times. Finally the 4th time I went to the office and asked, she informed me the window to my room was broken and we couldn’t open it. I asked about changing rooms so we could at least get some fresh air and the women at the desk told me to come back later. I did, and no result. This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life. I’d rather stay outside in a tent.

Room was clean, so was property , however there are few things that people should be aware of: room is very small and may not be sufficient for two people. There is no place to hang your cloths or put your stuff. The beach is not conveniently accessible . You have to take a long bridge with a lot of steps to cross over wide highway . Breakfast is very basic , same every day . The staff is very nice , pool is small but clean and nice with bar next to it.

There were a few negatives about our stay, the room space was tight. We had a king room there was little space around the bed and no space to put luggage or hang clothes. We were stepping over our bags to get to the bed. It was fine for one night.
Our room was right next to the pool and we were woken up by late night partying. We only had hot water for 1 shower. I had hot water but my husband didn't and the next morning the water was cold.
I would stay here again but request a room away from the pool and get a suite room. I would hope the hot water was a fluke

I didn’t like the shower not having a curtain or a doorway to it. The water was luke warm, so it was cold taking a shower. I also didn’t like that I could hear the slightest noises through the door, very thin.

The hotel was very nice. Rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly! While we were there, the water was out for two days. Something about the cistern pump being out. They were going to give us a refund, then extra Wyndham points. None of this has happened! I will be back to let you know if we hear from them!

Staff was awesome. Good location. Clean place. Melysa Malo, the receptionist was an exceptional host. She gave us great places to visit and when she noticed my wife was limping from a sprained ankle she brought her an ice pack by the pool. Restaurant at hotel was 4 stars. Great food.

Not great. We decided to book this hotel because it’s 5 minutes from the airport basically. Note it is NOT on the beach it’s across a highway from the beach.
Check in was great, we were taken on a tour and taken to our room. Room was very small, but that is fine, we were only there for two nights. The room was definitely put together with glue and gum it seemed. Exposed wires from the lights hanging in the bathroom, the light switch looked like it was about to come off in the bathroom, literally I can see a hole behind it. There was hair all over the floor in the bathroom when we checked in. The bed seemed like if we moved to hard on it, that the mattress would fall through. The walls and doors are basically like paper. You hear EVERYTHING from the outside. The staff at the bar and restaurant not great. The bartender outside seemed overwhelmed with the 4 people at the bar. We asked for a bottle of wine that was on the outdoor bar menu and he told us to go inside for it. We went inside and were told they didn’t have it and showed us basically every wine that wasn’t cheaper than $70. We said okay fine and got a bottle and the bartender said to basically go outside and drink it. They didn’t even want us sitting at the bar inside. Meanwhile, there was still people in the restaurant and another woman came and sat at the bar. We decided to not chance it and we ordered food delivery to the hotel instead of getting the wrong food outside at the bar.

Cute and functional hotel. Super close to the freeway, so it’s a little loud. Rooms are minimalist but had everything we needed. Pillows were the only major complaint. They were soooo uncomfortable.

I have to say the hotel is very cute and clean staff were excellent management not so much we went to the reception desk 6 times to ask to extend our stay and no one was staffing it. Called on the phone and it went to a full voicemail. Finally got a manager on the phone and he was rude and said he would call back but did not. Asked for a receipt and still have not received via email checked spam and told the woman at the desk

The property itself was fine. However, checking in almost 2 hours later than promised, carrying our own luggage down steps (no elevator), waking up to housekeepers arguing, having a broken fridge and toilet paper holder made this stay marginal. Customer service and property management was sorely lacking in this “posh” hotel. Shout out to the two stellar employees that we encountered: Alexander and Lonnie.

So much potential for a beautiful boutique style hotel. Service was absurdly terrible. 0/10 stars. From every aspect.

Check in was horrendous. Did not even get a tour to room, had to find it on my own (not that serious since it’s such a small place) but was not a good first impression.

Arrived at 11am and although 3pm is check in we were told we would be contacted when our room was ready. We continuously had to go In ourselves and finally got a room at 5pm that was the size of my bedroom closet. Extremely small. Extremely tight.

Now service at the bar, HA!!!!!! Better off hopping behind that bar yourself and making your own drink. Staff is overwhelmed by the lack of help from all aspects.
