Stayed in a King Ocean view room - the view was gorgeous, the room was clean and cleaned every day, the pool and hot tub were great. We ate at all of the restaurants and didn't have a bad meal (one was kinda slow but Island Time is a real thing). All of the staff were very friendly and outgoing and helpful. We loved it and would go back in heartbeat.

Mixed review. Staff was friendly. Beach nice. Don’t recommend the club floor. The food was gross. Industrial eggs. The cheapest pastries you’ve ever seen. The same flavorless fruit every day. Cheap cold cuts and cheese. Only sugary yogurt. Wine cheap but somewhat drinkable.

The room was nice, however. Decent bed and pillows. Even though they clearly have zero interest in approaching a five star hotel, they had nice bathrobes, although you may need to request them. After flushing the toilet, sometimes it wouldn’t stop and sounded like a freight train in your wall all night long. We asked for it to be fixed, but it never was. I suspect maybe it can’t be.

A lot of nickel and diming. Charges for everything - even extra salad dressing. Some food was very good - burgers and fish tacos excellent. I wouldn’t consider the chicken fingers. French fries undercooked always, no matter what you ask. Drinks mixed. Decent pina coladas. Poor mojitos.

One thing to note is that they rent pool/beach chairs to cruise people. There were a lot of them and not enough chairs. Some tried to take ours by removing our considerable things while we were eating lunch.

Again, the staff was friendly and did their best under constraints.

Overall great stay. The room was very nice with an ocean view and comfortable bed. The pool area and beach access were convenient and quite nice.

There were some issues that had me knock it down a star- our room’s mini fridge had food from the past guest still in it which grossed me out. The bathrooms near the pool outside were consistently dirty so much that I started going inside to the lobby bathroom instead. The worst part was that it was always hard to get good pool chairs. Most of the nice ones along the pool were reserved for paid rentals which mostly went unused all day. There are simply not enough regular use chairs and umbrellas for hotel guests them to be reserving a couple dozen chairs a shady spots for outsiders to come in and rent. They charge a hefty resort fee so chairs and umbrellas should be a given. I am pregnant and to not have a spot in the shade was a problem for me.

The included breakfast was fine but it was the exact same every day, nothing mixed up at all, so it was really monotonous. That being said there’s not much in the area so it was convenient to have on site. The food at the beach bar restaurant was fine but incredibly overpriced — but you’re paying for the location!

It was quiet and not crawling with spring breakers like the Condado are was, which was nice. You do have to uber pretty much everywhere from this hotel- which we didn’t mind because we wanted a quieter area! Easy airport access too.

Great stay, we got an ocean view room on the 14th floor, WOW! What an amazing view. The grounds will maintained the pool is clean. The bars are great. The staff is friendly. The beach is fantastic. It’s basically a private beach for the hotel. All the staff was nice enough to get everything ready for us at the beach the ocean very nice very well taken care of. The food was OK. It wasn’t the best but it was pretty good for being hotel food. The restaurants aren’t as varied as other places we’ve stayed but they’re good enough overall great location great hotel.

I had an ocean view, but I was actually overlooking a roof on the property. Beware of all the hidden costs-resort fees are over $100/day. I wanted to check in an hour early it was $150 fee. If you buy anything from the bistro or the lower level store it will be three times the expense. The area is not the best, I spent alot of money ubering to the condado area, much nicer over there and the hotels have casinos and better amenities. All in all puert rico and the people are amazing.

Beautiful property.
Restaurants on property were pricey. The breakfast buffet is $40pp. All food was delicious. Room smelled a little musty at first, but we were able to open the slider and get in some fresh air.

Exactly what you’d expect from a five-star hotel—a stunning location with gorgeous views, immaculate inside and out, and top-notch amenities. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, lunch and dinner were equally delicious (we especially loved the outdoor pizza oven!), and the bar service was fantastic. Endless opportunities for total relaxation. Highly recommend—we can’t wait to return!

The room was very nice, beautiful sea view. BUT, overpriced for the overall experience. For 700$/day: Breakfast not included. I paid 100$ for two breakfast that were very average quality and with a servant that was very bossy. Food at the bar was low quality. Just way overpriced!!. For that price you need to be PERFECT! And we are far away from that!

Second time we stay here. The staff was very friendly, beautiful views, convenient location, but shower door would not close all the way, beach had a lot of seaweed, breakfast buffet food such as eggs, french toast, bacon was completely cold, beach side Ocean Breeze restaurant has a switch over from lunch to dinner that was not informed, once the girl said they closed at 5 and it wasn’t true, another time we had to wait 20 minutes, when we tried to order ceviche appetizer they said it would take another 25-30 minutes because it was not ready. Meanwhile our entries took 25 minutes to arrive, While eating there were a ton of flies circling our food and drinks making it very uncomfortable to eat and enjoy the evening. The pina colada was very strong.

We have stayed here twice before. The first time 5 years ago then 3 years ago. We visited again in February 2026. It was ok. We may try someplace else next time. Staff is friendly and it is a great pool. But the rooms and hotel are showing its age. There were mushrooms growing out of the carpet by one of the ice machines on the floor we were on. Our room smelled like mildew in the bathroom and the shower door wouldn’t shut completely. A nice hotel but needs some attention. We were just disappointed because we could compare it to previous stays where it felt perfect.

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. Most of the staff were dismissive and rude, with the exception of the bellman, Williams, who was kind and professional.
The resort itself feels run-down and not well maintained. For the price point, I expected much better. The cocktails were overpriced and tasted like they were made with cheap, overly sugary syrup.
The only real positive is the location — it’s convenient and beautiful. Otherwise, I would not recommend staying here.

Our room was perfect. Clean as could be. Great City View to the bridge and mountains. All the staff were always smiling, helpful and genuinely friendly and having a good time.

I loved the personal touch to the room by having champagne glasses for us and also a postcard that I did actually use for my Granddaughter :-)

The new key card bracelets worked poorly. Our room was only cleaned once. There were no books or pamphlets on how to order room service, and what the hotel amenities are, It was only once we called down to the main desk were we told we had to go to a special tv channel and scan a QR code.

Hotel, beach, pools, and restaurants all good - airport is close but you don’t hear jets - just the crashing waves. The area is run down and the town has to give it a major facelift. Go to the nicer El Coronado area a few miles away unless you stay at the hotel the whole time.

Our experience was very disappointing. On the first day of our stay, our daughter was hit by one of the doors leading to the outside terrace on the property. The staff was not helpful in handling the situation, and instead of properly addressing our concerns, they offered us cheesecake as if that would make things better.

Our daughter had to walk around with a black eye for the rest of the trip, and it was uncomfortable because people assumed we weren’t taking care of her or that something worse had happened.

On top of that, the room itself was very basic and not worth the $600 per night price. Overall, this was not the experience we expected, and we will not be staying here again.

We have stayed at the resort many times over the years and always have a wonderful time. The facility is lovely, and the staff is always pleasant and accommodating.
For some reason, however, we had to track down toilet paper, as though it was being rationed! And final note, I realize the spa is no longer owned by the hotel but their “ we don’t do butts“ massage policy is laughable.

We had a great time during our stay. The first night, we had dinner at Ocean Breeze and our waiter did an outstanding job. We don’t remember his name but he had curly hair and glasses. He gave us all types of recommendations and always with a smile on his face. Same with the waitresses at the breakfast buffet.
The hotel is clean and very well kept. We totally recommend it!

Room was ok. Chairs on balconies would be great. When checking in could not hear anything as there was a party by the bar area that is too close to check in. Had our bags and was hard to get through to the elevators with all the people standing in that area. Food was mid. Not great. Buffet was terrible. Price for gross food was sad. Beach area hard to get chairs and as soon as someone got off one and were going to take one the attendants were taking them away. Asked for more chairs and told they couldn’t put any more out. This was at 3 pm. Hotel staff was friendly. Housekeeping great.

The room was clean but not spotless, there was still hair in the shower from previous guests and a lot of dust around the little fridge area and the coffee machine didnt work. The room had a humid smell, not dirty but you could tell there was a weird smell. The staff was courteous. And the location was really nice. There is different dining options on site and bars with excellent drinks. I wish the pool was heated but it was still nice and clean. I really enjoyed the little restaurant along the beach and the towel service asl well. Overall it was a nice stay.

We were never given a full property run down/exclamation - so we found out where things were and what was happening as days went on. We were never informed of how much the breakfast buffet was as we missed a la carte breakfast by minutes. Paid F&B options are expensive and sometimes without informing you the price. A bottle of Champagne that we ordered was $215 dollars; when the day before I paid $100 off property at the T Mobile District. Bit of a slap in the face to not inform guests and/or have a menu price available. Our room was lovely, BUT - the bathroom kept flooding when we showered. The faucet - made more of a mess than it was useful. We left the property three times out of our four day stay, never once did valet services or a bell man offered to help us. The housekeeping team, while they would change our towels - they didn't change the linen. We noticed this on day three when unfortunately my wife PJ's bled/stained the sheets from the night prior. With that being said the nicest person and recognized us out of our stay was Joseph the bartender at the pool bar. 5 stars for him!

A band was playing at night but all I heard in our room was the base-boom boom boom. The manager refused to come to our room to check it out nor to turn down the base or music. It was not a good holiday at a premium price.

The beach was clean the water was warm and the guys were ready to set up an umbrella without wait.

Room was dated & seems to have been through some usage but overall good service like most said. The door handle at my balcony was broken or loose. (Oceanview). Very kids friendly for toddler, it has a small section playground slide. On the bottom level it has ping pong and connect4 & other kids games. If you are going with adults I will recommend next door or somewhere else. 8/10
