Room was clean nothing to bad to complain about the rooms staff was ok even though they have you wait long to order or come to you. Pizza stop was great they greeted us and answered all questions we had.

The front desk was unorganized after seating 4 hrs on the plane to get to the hotel which we got here at 1245 hoping i can get early check in they made me wait 4 hrs for a room even after check in was at 3pm we were not happy . It took til almost 4 to get called for a key and the line was super long ……
Check out went smooth but do check ur pending charges it didn't make sense at all waiting for all to clear to know whats right and whats wrong ….

The rooms were clean and the staff was excellent. The beach was just a short walk across the street and many great restaurants and amenities were in walking distance. There was a great retro feel to the hotel with its unique decor and colors. I would stay there again for sure.

Overall pretty nice hotel. Lots of the painting and caulking in the room was sloppy, so it made the room not the nicest I've stayed in. Window was very small, but could see the ocean so that was cool. The pool was very nice to swim in. Proximity to the beach was nice as well as restaurants and shops. Short commute to the airport was also very nice.

We have stayed at your hotel several times before this stay. We had never had any problems, but this time was very different. During check-in, the gentleman refused to give us what was included in the stay. The room had problems with the curtains and air conditioning, and the bathroom was neglected. Very disappointing because it's a hotel I prioritize when looking for accommodation.

2nd floor room. Big disappointment. Nothing like the pictures. Musty smelling. Ac when activated roared like a jet engine for several seconds. Smelled a little like cigarette smoke at times. Door handle broke on first day, maintenance temp fixed it thankfully. Windows looked into lobby atrium, no privacy. Music from lobby heard clearly in room. Only positive as a good bed and pillows.

I was warmly welcomed by Nicole at the front desk who was very efficient in getting me checked in. I was stranded because my flight was cancelled and she showed me everything available to me around the hotel until my room was ready. The hotel is very clean and safe. But I had two issues that would make me not return. I was there for three nights and my room was not cleaned once. I had to empty my own garbage. And there is a hefty service fee for hotel amenities but there are not beach chairs available to borrow. If those two things were corrected I’d absolutely consider another stay. All of the men and women at the front desk were exceptional and welcoming. The brand is lucky to have them.

The check in was redundant
The room had a light (something to do with smoke alarm) that flashed all night long and the bathroom lights automatically came on which isn’t helpful in the middle of the night. Also the area has NO amenities. Don’t stay here - NOT worth the price

The room had a musty odor. The carpets could have used more attention. We had four people in our room however we were not made aware of the fee for breakfast when given vouchers for just two people.
When asked for late checkout I was told the hotel was full however upon checking the app for same day check in I was given the option for three rooms at a lower rate than what I paid.

TRYP by Wyndham is located in a very convenient location. It’s only a minute or so walk from the beach. The staff were great, the restaurant was good. If the breakfast buffet was convenient. The room was comfortable. I like this hotel very much because it and the area felt very safe.

Overall, the room met our expectations; however, the bathroom was a significant disappointment. The sink was not functioning for the first three days of our stay, despite notifying the hotel upon check-in. Additionally, the shower did not properly contain the water, which resulted in the bathroom floor being consistently flooded after each use.

On a positive note, the front desk staff was friendly and courteous throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the breakfast that was included was poorly prepared and offered very limited variety, which did not meet expectations.

While there were some positive aspects to our stay, the ongoing maintenance issues and breakfast quality significantly impacted the overall experience.

Staff (though friendly) gave us conflicting or wrong information several times. Bad mistake on coding room keys meant that we walked in on another family - glad it was during the day. Breakfast buffet was terrible. AC in room rattled loudly all night, door didn't close without a shove. Good location across from Isla Verde beach access.

Room was amazing, the view spectacular. Staff was awesome. Not much for food, restaurant was closed every time we tried to eat there. DON’T stay there on New Year’s Eve if you want to get some sleep. They hired a DJ in the lobby and we could hear the bass on the 8th floor. Cool roasted pig though…. And the little flask of liquor they gave us at check in was AMAZING.

Cruisers BEWARE—NOT really a Wyndham. Not at all the quality you expect from a Wyndham. It is privately owned and in poor repair. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. We came early for a cruise. The room was marginally clean, I say marginally because the floor and bed were clean. The shower leaked considerably on to the floor I would not blow dry my hair because I was standing in a puddle of water. The shower had mold. If I don’t have something nice to say, I would generally not say anything at all. However, this hotel charged over $250 a night and was labeled under the Wyndham name the room and decor was probably an equivalent to a Motel 6. Don’t stay here. The service? We waited for a long time for counter person welcome us. They were no where to be found. We finally had to go to the security guard and ask for someone to check us in.

My room was in 6th floor and they had an event on 9th floor with loud music till 4am. Couldn’t sleep a wink. Horrible hotel to stay and carpets are also dirty. Staff couldn’t help at all to shut down the music.
