This hotel was super cute, and the staff were friendly. The location is perfect for getting around, with Isla Verde Beach just a 4-minute walk away. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it does the job. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Puerto Rico in the future. The pictures are identical.

Lovely authentic hotel in middle of all the chain ones, within walking distance to Isla Verde Beach and many restaurants. Nice pool too. Only drawback is there is no restaurant on premises only snacks to purchase, so cost is a little more than possibly going with an all inclusive resort or even hotel that offers breakfast. We Ubered to Walmart 20 some minutes away, to get waters, fruits and snacks to try and eleviate eating out so much. Rooms do have a fridge and there is common microwave in lobby. Otherwise would definitely recommend!

The location was great and the hotel was clean. Unfortunately, for us we were given a room right next to the lobby. Sound echoed horribly. We heard everyone check in until 115am. (I know because the clerk advised me at this time that the buzzer and noise should stop). Then after that the door buzzer continued to wake us as people returned. It was so loud and we got maybe 1 and half hours of sleep. This was on, one of the hardest beds I have ever experienced. It’s a great place if you don’t want sleep!

The only suggestion would be to maybe leave the pool open later on weekends and consider having coffee makers and microwaves in the rooms but very grateful the coffee maker and microwave down stairs was available. It’s only one block from Isla Verde Beach, which made it incredibly easy for our family to enjoy the ocean without dealing with crowds or long walks. The neighborhood felt safe, relaxed, and very walkable. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming. Our room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for such a central location.

This property in our opinion was one step above a hostel. The rooms had nothing the merit in them, the property was run down (even for San Juan) and its location left us with few options for dining. I simply cannot recommend the property for anyone who has stayed in a hotel rated above a Motel Six.

The pool is very lovely and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The rooms are well kept. The only downside is that parking is very slim if you have a car rental.

Walking location near the beach, driving distance to Old San juan and love the open concept outside of the rooms between the lobby and pool. Comfortable bed, large shower. Anything reviews said bad about the place they didnt do their research. I wanted a decent quaint place, good location that was reasonably priced. This was it. No hot tub no elevator and i knew that when i booked it so it was fine. Pools a little small but everyone seemed to be out and about and at the beach so i had it just to myself and my companion. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Parking was a little tight but available there. If it wasnt shoulder season mightve been hunting for on street parking but didnt have to. Id stay again wthout hesitation. Perfect blance if you want comfort and efficiency with a decent price tag.

The people are reasonably friendly and the hotel very clean. They use keys for the doors. There are no deadbolts or chains on the doors, just the doorknob itself. I was initially in a room on the second floor with metal greats in place of windows on the sides. It sounded like the people at the pool were in the room with me and the planes from the airport right next-door were landing in the room and taking off in the room. After the third day of requesting a different room, I contacted Expedia and magically was changed to a different room for my last night out of five. I would say if you stay here, request to stay on the main floor.

The place was excellent and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The staff also was always cleaning the place and it showed. The beach is very easy walk down a street. The pool was perfect for cooling off. Bed was comfortable and made each day if you wanted. They have a small convenience section with some drinks and snacks for when you’re just craving something and don’t want to walk. There are two restaurants right beside it and both are great. I would recommend this place. It is by the airport and you can hear the planes but it didn’t affect my sleep or anything. You get used to it pretty quickly.
