The only two things that I didn't like about the hotel was number one there is no water pressure that is adequate enough for a quick shower and the water is very soft so when you're soaped up in your rinsing off it doesn't feel like you're getting the soap off at all the water needs to be less soft. The other thing is the breakfast is mediocre at best it used to be a great place for breakfast no longer Holiday Inn Express meets this place by a mile.

The hotel was in a great location and was very specious and clean. I would have rated it a 4, but the beds were the worst I have ever slept on in a hotel. We will be traveling to this area frequently and I am not sure I would stay again because of the bed. My husband and I never woke up in such pain!

Decent breakfast. Mediocre coffee. In our case, the decaf was cold. Great room, nice full kitchen. Easy access to exit door on the side. We love this place. We take walks around the lake in front of the property. Multiple restaurant options within walking distance.

My family and I stayed at this property recently when my daughter had to have surgery. The staff was very friendly and would say, \"welcome back\" each time we would return. The beds were so comfortable, our room was very clean, and quiet. We will stay again when my daughter needs to see her doctor for a follow up.

Our overall experience was good. The breakfast was good and the location was excellent. The only things we didn't really like was the bed, it was a bit too firm for our taste, and the pillows werent the best either. We liked everything else. Ther room was very comfortable and spacious.

Dirt came from heating/air conditioning system. Someone charged us 600 dollars without our permission. They corrected this but if we wouldn’t have seen the charge may have suffered the loss. Breakfast could have lasted a half hour longer. Nice breakfast staff. Friendly front desk staff. Some guy sat next door in a pickup truck with the engine running blowing dope.

The Room was clean. Beds was comfortable There was no paper toilet in the bathrooms. Had to keep asking front desk for extra blankets and towels not enough supplies was provided it. One of the elevators were down was not happy about that. Breakfast food was scarce only had one staff member on duty who let everyone know very loudly that we had to wait until she filled everything back up. Overall, our stay was OK.

Woman who checked me in had short curly hair unfortunately I forgot to get her name. It was a late check in. Almost midnight. She was extremely rude. For this reason I will never stay in recommend this hotel to any family or soror sisters when they visit the area

Well the hotel is beautiful but the room bed was very uncomfortable, the pillows smelled like old musty, the bathroom was dirty I cleaned it lots of dirt came up, and toilet had stain n shower too
The ac kept not working through the night stayed on cool. We had to keep getting up to try to fix, I went to lobby few times no one was there, I called to report no answer
The breakfast meats were undercooked, I couldn't enjoy soft bacon and sausage was over cooked I guess from microwaved
eggs were not satisfactory.
So no not happy
I really would like a refund, I left my number to call me, no response

My family of five very much enjoyed our stay here. We LOVED having the full kitchen & table. It made eating/playing board games during down time so much easier. The lobby, communiy dining area, and pool areas were clean and welcoming. The staff were very helpful. We will definitely be back! :)

Reservation NOT honored due to overbooking

I arrived for check in and was told the suite I reserved was not available because they were overbooked. They offered an alternate room with no price adjustment. However, that room was not yet available because the occupant requested a late check out. I left and called the front desk around 5 and they still could NOT tell me when the alternate room would be available. This is NOT the quality service I expect from a Marriott. I ended up as a welcome walk-in at a competing hotel.

Beautiful hotel. The only issue is if your handicapped try and get back to hotel early they have not enough spots. The parking lot is huge, I don't know why they didn't make them all row in the area they have.

I loved everything about the property. My only complaint is that the one bedroom suite didn’t have a pullout sofa. I used to work for Marriott and that is very unusual for a Residence Inn. I guess it’s all about making extra money with the roll away beds.

Highlight the fact that there’s a property was in the area where I could easily walk to some things pertaining to food. Nice space. My family and I did not feel like we were on top of one another while staying in live resident Inn. I would definitely come back and stay at this Resident Inn if ever need be.

The hotel is nice, spacious and the screener was everything for the reason I was there for. The staff was attentive and very professional my entire stay. The hotel on 1 of my days there did not any clean towels available for me and my family, we had to wait until the staff finish washing to get available towels which was a couple of hours, also while dinning for breakfast there I saw a roach crawling across the bar counter that I witness and other guess, made it aware to staff member Jayna, Jayna got a napkin, kill the roach, pick it up with the napkin and threw it away. The fact the roach was crawling on the counter and going neat the bar, no kind of sanitation was performed after this it scares me to even eat there or stay there again. This is not clean house keeping at all.

It so nice bedside table contents

Hotel and rooms are pretty nice. Service was just ok. Had to wait for front desk personnel to be at the front desk when both checking in and checking out. Mild inconveniences.

The biggest negative of the stay was lack of attention to detail by maid service when cleaning our room from previous guest stay. Our 15 year old discovered body oil and condoms in the bedside table drawer. Needless to say, not what we would have liked to see.

Complimentary breakfast was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The entire property was very clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The front desk staff was especially welcoming and attentive—they made check-in smooth and were always available to assist with anything we needed. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to friends and family!

We’ll gladly be back!

We were thoroughly impressed with the amenities received at such a great price. The front desk staff were wonderful & so sweet. Je-Nae especially exhibited patience, politeness, & great customer service. The room was spacious & clean. I also loved the shampoo, conditioner, & body wash available. We’ll be visiting the area frequently & this is the only place we’ll book from now on. Top notch!

Nice spacious sweet clean when we got there . They said they would come and clean the room every other day for our 4 day stay but they only came on the 3rd day but did give us new towels on the 2nd day when informed that no one came to clean our room on the 2nd day. Minimal areas to hang up your towels to reuse them. But overall a nice place to stay.

Good area to stay, but boring basic hotel. Bed was horribly uncomfortable, pillows were worse. Cleaning staff didn’t re-stock towels or toilet paper. We were setup in the handicap suite… not sure why when it wasn’t requested and we booked a regular suite months in advance. Kitchen in our suite was great. Overall wouldn’t book again.

We were on the ground floor just passed the lobby. In the morning for about half an hour we got to hear the cleaning crew in the laundry room, it was like they were in our room. If we had a quieter location it the stay would have been much more pleasant.

Great property and location but lousy service.

Breakfast closing time is supposed to be 9 am on weekdays. The staff doesn’t restock any items after 8:20. They were out of bagels, bread and egg omelets.
We had specifically requested for housekeeping service during our 2 night stay but came back from our day trip to find the room was exactly as we left it.

So close to a great breakfast at a nice place.

The room was very nice. Super spacious, clean, comfortable, abd quiet. Location great, right off the interstate, lots of food options close by. Breakfast was...meg
Coukd have been great. Cage free scrambled eggs ( not powdered), really tasty little spinach quiches
( good enough im going to replicate them at home) and lots of interesting toppings for oatmeal.there was also sausage and the usual cereal, waffles, hard boiled eggs. But the food was all cool, not warm, let alone hot. Coffee ran out and wasnt replaced for 30 minutes ( I timed it). Oh so close! Not sure why they couldnt keep it warm!! Would have made a world of difference!
