Attention à vérifier la facture, on facture 2 personnes alors qu'on est seul et ceci est mis sur le compte de Expédia. Régularisation faite. La taille de la chambre est petite, par contre la salle de bains est correcte. L'isolation est très bien, on n'entend pas les voitures ni le tramway si la fenêtre est fermée. Le petit déjeuner est simple. Le tramway est au pied de l’hôtel et on n'est pas à 10 mns à pied des rues piétonnes et du centre (2 stations de tram). Hotel fermé après 21h00 (il faut un code d'entrée fourni à l'accueil); clé magnétique.

Malgré mon pre paiement j'ai du attendre l'ouverture de l'accueil car la borne d'entrée me demandait a nouveau le reglement de la résa pour l'obtention de mon code d'entrée et de chambre. De plus rien n'indiquait qu'il n'y avait pas de parking ou du moins que ce dernier était payant. 6€ la journée !!

C'est au moins la 5ième fois que je séjourne à cet endroit, très bien situé par rapport à mes besoins. Je sais que je vais y avoir une chambre propre et agréable, un super petit déjeuner le matin et un parking pour ma voiture, tout ce qu'il faut. Le tramway est à moins de 20 mètres, c'est un plus et la place Viarme est agréable.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits, lors du passage du nouvel an 2016. 4 jours pour nous de visites de Nantes et ses environs : 1) Clisson et les vignes de Muscadet + resto à la Cigale le soir, 2) Nantes en suivant la ligne Verte + les machines et spectacle \"la famille Morallès\" super,3) Trentemoult, puis l'estuaire et ses oeuvres contemporaines et les ports/glaces de mon enfance : Piriac, Le Croisic et Le Pouliguen en passant par les marais salants et bien-sûr Guérande, 4) Le château de Nantes, musée histoire de la ville+expo sur Tromelin, très intéressants.Nous n'avons pas vu le mémorial de l'abolition de l'esclavage à cause de la pluie.
L'hôtel est calme, le personnel de service discret et efficace et l'accueil est agréable. La salle de bain est fonctionnelle et l'eau chaude réglable de la douche quelque soit l'heure délicieuse. La literie est très confortable et les draps impeccables. Le tram face à l'hôtel et le parking facilitent la vie. Mais nous sommes un peu à l'étroit dans la chambre double pour y séjourner 3 jours à 2. Il y faisait chaud la nuit.La clim ne fonctionnait pas ou bien nous n'avons pas su la faire fonctionner. Nous n'avons pas trouvé de notice. Il manque des tablettes pour poser les affaires de toilette de 2 personnes pour 3 jours( qui dit réveillon, dit préparation, maquillage, coiffage...).
