My visit coincided with a national holiday so although the restaurant was closed they accommodated with the room service menu. There were also vending machines with small snacks (chocolate bars, etc) in the lobby.
The bathroom in the room was quite nice and felt fancier than expected.
The area around the hotel is not very beautiful, but it's an airport hotel so you can't beat the location. It's not very convenient to get to the city centre in my opinion, but it's the perfect place if you have an early flight like I did. I would happily stay here again if I fly through Nantes again in the future.

Hard to beat the convenience of access to the airport terminal and car rentals, especially for early-departing or late-arriving flights. But the failed air conditioning system, closed swimming pool (in June!?), inadequate parking and the massive business convention in progress left little food in the restaurant or staff attention for non-convention guests.

No a/c in my room on a very warm day. I was told I could open a window. In an airport hotel, opening a window make it noisy. The room was dusty. The soap dispenser in the shower didn't work.

What makes this hotel stand out is its proximity to the airport. It was definitely clean, and the front desk was really friendly. I found room service a little tricky, and if I hadn't been so tired and scheduled to leave by 4 am, I may have pushed harder. Short story, I couldn't get it. Throughout the evening, I noticed a smoking smell. Maybe there are smoking rooms that were close by mine? Needless to say, I was less worried about the smell, than I was/am concerned I may end up with some kind of charge. I opened my window most of the night to help. The hotel is great for catching an early flight, and offers an express breakfast snack on the go.

Overall our stay was good. But we had a 6am flight and needed to leave at 4am to walk to the airport. The front doors to the hotel we closed and locked. No way to get out and no one at the front desk. Took a while for night watchman to come open door for us

It actually does not run on week-ends so I had to walk to the airport with all my luggages and my 3 years old. The description needs to be updated to week days only.

Quite nice for an airport hotel. Walking distance from the airport; thus making it quite convenient. They offer a free shuttle which you have to ask from the information desk at the airport.

Very nice hotel, staff is first rate. Distance from Nantes airport is very close. I drove a rental car for our 3 week stay in France. I drove to the hotel to drop off our bags and check into the hotel before returning the rental car. Since it was raining, I asked if I could call the hotel for a pickup at Nantes airport after returning the rental car if it was still raining. I was told that they would not pick me up, even if I was at the airport terminal. If I were arriving on a flight, they would pick me up. The Hilton at CDG would pick me up at the terminal after I checked in and returned the rental car. I only asked because it was raining. As it turned out, the rain ended and I walked back to the hotel. Picking up a 75 year old guest at the airport terminal in the rain shouldn't really be verboten.

A comfortable option for NTE overnighting. Conveniently located at 150 yds. from the Terminal. Unfortunately the hotel refuses to transport clients in their shuttle to the terminal when going to get a rental car, something I consider unfounded and discourteous to paying hotel guests, particularly when weather conditions are not favorable and when you must be careful while walking to and from the terminal due to constant traffic and lack of proper signage.

I don't know how this hotel got its 4.2 star rating. Other than close distance to Nantes airport, there is not much to rave about. Very small room. Low quality furnishing. I asked for quiet room away from elevators and stairs and got a room 2 doors away.

This hotel couldn't be more conveniently located - it's about a 5-8 minute walk to the airport terminal. We didn't eat in the hotel but we were impressed with the fact that breakfast was available starting at 5am. We were there during a heat wave and while the room was air conditioned, the air conditioning was a bit under powered. Also, parking is not free and you must pay with a credit card each time you leave the parking lot. Other than that, this is a very good choice if you need to stay at or near the Nantes Airport.

Great location, walk to Nantes Airport, restaurant good for such a hotel but in slow season they fake being full and close half the tables off. Go to Bistro in upper level of airport terminal. Le Grand Comptoir...a surprise for an airport restaurant.

Wonderful airport hotel
We were surprised by how nice this hotel is. It is remote in that it isn't near town, but it's right next to the airport and walking distance (5 min) from the terminal. There is a restaurant in the hotel that served credible food. If we need to ever overnight at Nantes Airport, we will happily go back.

This is a small airport, so there are no oppotunities for shopping or leisure other than the hotel and one small (excellent) local restaurant, however for an overnight airport stop it was perfect.

We had a short one-night stay here with a 5am departure, so did not get to take advantage of the breakfast or the pool, but both looked very nice. We were pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. The English-speaking receptionist was friendly. We were able to print out boarding passes in the lobby. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant. The bed was comfortable and the shower was large. The room was clean and well-appointed; enjoyed having free wifi. The shuttle wasn't running as early as we needed it, but it was a quick walk to the terminal. I would definitely stay here again when flying through Nantes.

Would not have minded staying longer if we had needed that. Good evening meal and very ample buffet style breakfast . No noise from airport......sound proofing very effective. Exceptionally good shower in ensuite. The tennis court and swimming pool were added extras we did not use but looked very inviting.! Would highly recommend this hotel.

All good service except I hate getting to a hotel thats advertising a beautiful inviting swimming pool just to find out that it needs renovating and will not be ready for use this year.

Very Convenient location to Nantes Airport, stayed there twice in the last 2 weeks and found hotel to be friendy, rooms tidy and clean and comfortable. Restaurant was excellent and would recommend to anyone who wants a quiet convenient hotel near the airport.
