We got the suite, it was spacious. Breakfast not bad. Hotel is in close proximity to train station. Pretty easy to go any cities from there. Only 2 train stops from Lucern train station. Hotel close to a few restaurants in the neighborhood. Location is great.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful, we stayed for one night and were able to leave our luggage on our arrival day and departure day which gave us 2 full luggage free days to explore. On dropping off our cases were were given a city pass which allowed us to use public transport around the city free of charge. It is 2 stops (6 mins) from the city on the train and so easy to get back and forth with trains running well into the night. It is also a short bus ride from pilatus gondola which we experienced and is well worth a visit.
The room itself was well equipped with a kettle which is always a bonus, the bed was comfortable and the room was plenty big enough for us and our luggage. Everywhere was clean and the shower worked well. Breakfast had ample choice all set out nicely with plenty of seating. I would love to go back to Luzern as it is a lovely town and I will definitely stay in this hotel it was also good value for money.

The location is close to bus stop and local train station, but it is far from downtown and major attractions. We have visited many cities in Switzerland, holiday inn is the only one to check travelers passports. Lucerne city gives tourists free pass for public transportations. It would be nice if holiday inn could have sent emails or texts informing its guests so that they did not have to buy the tickets to the hotel.

The hotel was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and professional. It is a 2 minute walk to the train station. The hotel gives you a discount train pass for the whole area, good for trains and buses. The pass also gives you a 10% discount for Mount Pilatus train ride. Morning breakfasts are included. Brilliant stay, stayed 4 nights with my family. Location isn’t bad as train station 2-3 mins walking distance, and the free voucher to travel to Luzern station was very handy. Room was great, very clean, service brilliant. They have thought of most things with usb charging port, able to request certain items like toothbrush, hotel also had microwave in the lounge area which was very helpful. Staff were amazing, very helpful, always ready to help and offer advices when asked esp for travelling around. Breakfast again was of very good standards. Honest can’t fault anything during our stay and defenitely recommend it. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The hotel is very modern and ia 5 minute walk (if that) to the train stop. If I remember correctly Kriens is only 2/3 stops away from Lucerne which I think is a fantastic town.
The offer the usual continental breakfast which I found to be fresh each day.

The hotel is EXCELLENT, staff is very nice, breakfast is great. Parking is a little costly at 25/day. But what is very HORRIBLE is internet, so slow can't do anything. 2 Mbps average, when other hotels have 50-100 Mbps and at home I have 300 Mbps. Not even possible to do a zoom meeting, some web pages don't even open. Please UPGRADE your internet!

La ubicación se convierte asi en una ventaja porque por un precio parecido al de un vetusto hotel céntrico puedes alojarte en éste, que es más confortable y tiene los mismos servicios.

The front desk employee name Atsuko and manger Olga both very not friendly , my wife is always very sensitive for elevator noise so every time if we found the room is assigned too close to elevator after check in , after talk with front desk all the hotel always happy to help us change to different room , but this time the attitude from Atsuko and their on duty manager Olga just let my wife and me feel that they don’t even try to help us at all , they not even try check their computer system and just told us it’s fully booked tonight , what kind of bad service ….., after checked in we also found no tissue paper and body lotion , hair dryer is broken wrapped with tape and very sticky, shower head is broken and leaking , paid $236 for this kind of poor quality, don’t recommend anyone to stay at this hotel .

Staff were neutral in their manner, not friendly, not rude just very indifferent…. Very short walk to the train to get in to the centre, just 2 stops and it’s free for hotel guests.
