It's good value for the money, with one problem. Most of the rooms are directly above the courtyard / restaurant which makes it quite noisy until 9pm or so. Very few of the rooms have windows, unlike the promotional photo (maybe they have changed it). For the rest, all good.

The hotel is well located., just steps from the OCC and all of the tourist areas. The property is clean and mostly well looked after. The breakfast is excelent. What I did nkt like was the choice of chair used i the rooms, the wooden one is not comfodtable, especially if you need tl work at the little table. The tub / shower in my room was a dangerous disaster. Impossible to shower without flooding the room. When you step out, an awkward stretch, you are faced with wet feet on very slippery tiles and no mat tl step onto. The shower was my biggest complaint. Otherwise, it was OK.

La mayoría de los hoteles no cuentan con estacionamiento. Aquí si hay uno pequeño que si tienes suerte puedes resguardar tu auto. Las condiciones del hotel bastante aceptables, lugar limpio y cómodo para pasar un par de noches y seguir tu viaje.

No me gustó que escanearan mi INE, aparte me hicieran firmar un papel de política de blancos, cuando es algo que se sabe que se ensucian rápido, aparte no había lugar de estacionamiento, y le dieron preferencia a otros huéspedes, aparte la habitación con cama King no tenía aire acondicionado ni calefacción, solo 1 ventana sin protección al jardín con riesgo que alguien entrara a la habitación, Lo peor es que el baño tiene una ventana que sirve como respiradero hacia el cuarto de servicio!! Solo tiene una cortina sobre puesta que se está cayendo!!! Ni siquiera tiene polarizado y era súper incómodo cuando entraban porque se escuchaba y uno se sentía observado, el cuarto hacia un ruido de un zumbido !! Como si estuviera a lado de un cuarto de máquinas o algo, no está insonorizado y para terminar al finalizar te piden que te quedes para checar el cuarto en ningún otro hotel y lugar me habían pedido eso !! La vdd que dejó mucho que desear por el precio, en fin tienen muchas oportunidades de mejora.

Lamentablemente el pago que me apareció en la plataforma no se me respeto, y page un poco más, es la primera vez que me pasa con un hotel, claro que he pago los impuestos pero no mas de 600 pesos, al final se pago para no buscar otra estancia, la persona que me atendio no fue cortes y no me ayudo con mi equipaje, es una pena ya que llevo varios años usando este hotel. El baño tiene un problema, al usar la regadera, se sale el agua del cancel, y se llena de agua y es incomo usar el sanitario con el piso mojado \"en charcado\".

O bien deberían cambiar de nombre y ponerle la cama de piedra porque eso es lo que son sus camas unas piedras , en realidad una verdadera tortura quedarse en este hotel, comenzando porque la cama no tiene cabeceras , la ropa de cama sucia , en especial la de las almohadas , no tienen espejo más que el del baño para peinarse , la iluminación malísima tanto que para peinarme intenté alumbrar un poco más con mi celular, el estacionamiento un lío para poder salir ya que había un evento y taparon la salida con otros vehículos , la regadera salpica el agua por todos lados y la cereza en el pastel, quieres descansar y dede las 7 am se escucha el ruido del restaurante

Durante mi recorrido por la ciudad vi pocos hoteles con estacionamiento me agrado bastante que este lo incluyera, la habitacion me parecio muy sencilla, con colchones nada confortables, el establecimiento en general está muy bien y la ubicacion tambien y si incluyen el desayuno en su reservacion seria lo ideal, está super bien. Sin embargo si buscas tranquilidad, este hotel carece de esta, por el tipo de instalaciones se escuchan muy fuertes los ruidos, las voces, las risas, cualquier golpe, de ahi en fuera esta regular.

La primer noche no tuvimos servicio de regadera, accedimos que al día siguiente nos prestaran la regadera de otro baño con la promesa del hotel de arreglar la regadera en nuestra habitación.. Al día siguiente llegamos por la noche y seguíamos igual :( ... pedimos que nos dieran solución y el encargado en turno nos pedía nuevamente esperar otro día para que la arreglaran.. Obviamente nos molestamos y pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación, al principio nos dijeron que no, así que solicitamos nuestro reembolso, porque aun nos faltaban 2 días mas de hospedaje (arriesgándonos a no encontrar a esa hra (11pm aprox) hospedaje disponible en otro hotel) .. Al final accedieron a darnos otra habitación. Salvo ese gran detalle XD .. ubicación y camas muy bien

esta cerca de la terminal de buses y cerca de los lugares turísticos en el centro histórico. EL lugar es tranquilo en general, y encuentras muchos lugares cercas para comer o simplemente caminar.
El único inconveniente que tuvimos fue que al parecer nuestros día de hospedaje coincidieron con el hospedaje de motociclistas, y cada vez q salían en la mañana era un escandalo por el eco que se hacia en el estacionamiento con la moto que no se podía seguir durmiendo.
