If i could rate 0 I would.
Had to pay 5€ for parking even though the gate was broken.
And while we were sleeping people came in to our room because they gave it away again!
They did nothing to resolve it, no different room, no compensation no refund!
They broke the privacy rules and won’t even own up to it, didn’t answer my emails and just flat out refused when expedia contacted them.. please save yourself headaches and refrain from booking here..

Very small rooms, not good for more than one person. Nice and clean and appeared to have been recently decorated. We were not made aware at time of booking that the hotel was having work done and the builders start at 9.30.
Asked for extra pillows on arrival (just 1 each in the room) told no spare pillows in the hotel which was odd so not a very comfortable few days.
Very basic hotel, about 10 - 15mins drive to Disneyland Paris.

Rooms very small. Bathrooms tiny. Everything got soaked during a shower as shower curtain was completely useless.

Some lights not working. Broken sockets.

But generally quite clean and car park easy to find space.

Card payment was not available at check in. No lights in room. Switched to another room. 2 of 3 lights working. Bits on floor. Booked a family room as previously had one here but this time had 3 singles instead of a double and a single. When I questioned it I was told that’s what I booked even though I had a similar booking 5 days previous with a double and single bed. Our door was open on arrival and all vacant rooms had all doors left open which I’ve never seen in a hotel before. No fire escape plans in rooms either. (I know it’s uk legislation, maybe not France?). Wouldn’t return

It was my biggest mistake to stay there there was some building workis i the hotel which wakes us up early morning with loud noise i have complain to the reception to change my room or stop the work early morning he didnt understand english and the one understand us he didint know there was any work i am not happy with any service i was there for holidays to have some good time and sleep but with that noise and such small bathroom where hardly u can enter and some of the light wasnt working the room was dark but the receptionist told us he dont have any room to give us i would to claim for refund

There was no rooms available when reached there for late check-in. Even i informed i will be check-in late. And reception staff was not very helpful amd i had to find another place after my long trip.

Hotels.com where i made the booking also not helping and i still not got the refund.. im still calling their customer service and waiting on calls for hours..

AWFULLLLLLLLLLLLL Hotel! I’ve been to plenty 1 star/cheap hotels but this one was hell! The room was basically like a can of sardines and shower was so dirty! The beds weren’t bad at all but the room was super cramped. One of the cleaner didn’t put a wet sign at the reception after mopping and I had slipped the receptionist did apologise but that wasn’t the point. Room service came
Into our room and MOVED a lot of our belongings around even to the point of packing our suitcase. We had put the do not disturb sign on our door for no room service to enter but they still came in our room while we were out! I was fuming. Stay away from this hotel I’m sure there are more pleasant cheap hotels.

Horrible hotel. The whole hotel smelt so bad, there was mould throughout the room and it just felt so so dirty, worse than a hostel.

We changed rooms as thought it just be a one off and the second was even worse! We walked out and went somewhere else.

The rooms and corridors all smelt of smoke, dogs are allowed in the hotel also so it had a bit of a wet dog smell. There kids running riot on the corridor.

Car parking - there is a few spaces on the street but you are up on the kerb of a main road, and there is only a few. Otherwise you have to pay. On arrival you will need to input a code but you hve to pay at reception to get the code, so basically have to dump the car whilst you go inside and pay. It was €5 I belive for your stay. (No matter how long)

In regards to Disney it was about a 25 min drive in the car door to door.

The only positive is the staff were helpful.

This place was more like a workers bunkhouse than a hotel.
While the members of staff were polite the place itself for me was not what i would expect of a large hotel chain.
Pictures of hotel both exterior and interior should be updated as i feel that these were taken when new( many years ago)
Combination Tap in one room was loose from worktop also to work the shower as if you repuired a special combination code to get it to an acceptable temprature!
No toilet roll in toilet so went to use the downstair disabled toilet and was no toilet roll there either.
The other room that we had ,the top bunk had stains(presumably urine) on the sheet and bedspread so my eldest daughter slept in the double bed
And that even was lumpy!!
Not the best hotel experience that i have had in my life i must say!
Will really think hard before booking with hotels.com again!!
Not a happy bunny.

the hotel I have ever been for the last 20 years!

The worst hotel I ever been in. Dirty, noisy and the best (worst) : the tender, when I arrived at the hotel she was extorting a guest who has already paid his room online, but she was saying no, and the poor guy had to pay twice :( then the parking is not free and very small, so forget to park because it always full with big vans occupying all the space. Finally, forget to pay by credit card, the machine is always broken.
I strongly recommend to avoid the place

The hotel is clean and even though rooms very small it was ok . However, the location is terrible, it’s in the middle of nowhere ( well in a housing estate) .. the walk to the train and nearest show and bar was about 40mins walk away .. we spent a fortune on transport .. breakfast was very basic too but what there was, was nice. There was lots of students too which was very noisy ( not the hotels fault) but the fact it’s more like a hostel than a hotel should be advertised as so !

The room was great - you get what you pay for. The website had said there was a shuttle bus to Disney Land but there was not. When I needed help the lady on reception decided she could not speak English. Eventually she did help me. There are next to no amenities in the local area. There is, however, a bus stop but no buses on a Sunday morning. Get the bus to Torcy (bus stop across the road from the hotel) and then the train to Disney Land (very cheap transport). Be aware of the taxi drivers they will try and rip you off and they charge extra for Sundays.

Before our arrival , the telephone numbers for the hotel Expedia gave me was not working as I was trying to contact the hotel,. When we got there , it was like a house of horror, no telephone in the rooms , shower was too small that I could not squiz in , the lift was very noisy that I was unable to sleep, my room was not cleaned , the breakfast was very poor. Everything in the hotel was totally poor, if I had contacted them before going , I wouldn't have been in that hotel with my family but the number Expedia gave us to contact them was not working too.

The hotel was just what we needed, basic as we wanted to explore the city and Disneyland. Staff are friendly and supportive, room was clean and decent. Only thing we would have loved was air con.
Downside was simply reaching it after 10pm as bus stopped running.

My daughter and I used the hotel as a jumping off point. We also used it the last few days of our stay. We were in Europe for 10 days. During that time we were gone for days at a time. When we would return to our room it was clean and our personal items untouched. We felt safe walking through the neighborhood. We visited a bakery across the street from the hotel every day of our stay. We did not eat the breakfast they offered, but the dining room was clean and well lit. They offered a wide variety of items to purchase from a cooler near the front desk. I would tell the economy minded traveler to stay here. We won't be returning to paris, but the hotel was very nice.

First look at the entrance , did not like the look of the entrance .
Reasonable cleanliness but not good for family with children.
Bedrooms are too small, will be suitable for young people travelling not for family.
It is more of a hostel not a hotel.
No food service available apart from breakfast , with no much options.
Only one restaurant near by- and staff did not seem to know what services are available near the hotel.
It will be helpful to have staff who speak basic English, very difficult to communicate.
Our plan arrived late night and the staff who checked , difficult to communicate.
Bedroom , did not have lights- got to the reception to let them know but he did not understand.

Can't complain. Have had better for same rate. Walls were extremely thin. People's chatter and kids' screams in the halls will be heard or wake you up.
Room size was very small. Luckily, there was a bunk bed on top of the full-sized bed which was the favorite place to be for a 7-year-old.

Perfect Hotel. Perfect Price.

Like most people travelling to Paris for the first time, I did my research into hotels that were of good quality but also located at a reasonable distance from Disneyland and central Paris.
I am so happy I chose this hotel because not only was it cheap, it was an overall good quality stay and was in a decent location to get to all the main attractions.
The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful when assisting me to travel to both Disneyland and central Paris.
The 25 bus outside the hotel takes you to Torcy train station where you can get a direct train to Disneyland in under 20 minutes.
A train going from Torcy can also take you to the metro station where you can catch a metro to central Paris, all within 40 minutes.
However, this hotel is just over an hour away from Charles De Gaulle airport on the metro and train. Better than spending 50-60 euros on a taxi though.
If you want a hotel at a price that isn't overpriced, with friendly staff and in a decent location, choose this hotel!

Hotel was convenient location for Disneyland. Bed was pretty comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small. There was no mirror in the room besides the small one in the bathroom. Another one by the desk would be nice. Sunday morning we could hear other guest slamming their doors. Our room was cleaned when we had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Not a big deal but I would have moved my stuff out of the way. Breakfast was okay, only bread and cereal. I wouldn't get it next time. I would recommend the hotel if you are just doing a few days.

Small but fine for a couple of nights.

Lack of air conditioning on the hottest night of our holiday (33 degrees overnight) made for an uncomfortably hot and restless night when there's 3 people in a very small room. Extremely compact room but as we spent all our time at Disney it really wasn't a problem. Bathroom smelt a little but fine to put up with for a couple of nights. Word of warning - arrived on a Sunday night hoping to find somewhere locally to go for dinner but there was absolutely nothing in the area open. Even after a drive around for 10 minutes the only thing we could find open was McDonalds which was a real shame. Patisserie Martin just across from the hotel though was amazing and we stocked up on breakfast and lunch items to take to Disneyland. Easy to get to Disney and I'd definitely stay somewhere cheap like this again rather than overpriced Disney hotels that you're only there to sleep in.

A notre arrivé, les chambres n'étaient pas prêtes malgré que nous sommes arrivées 30 minutes après l'heure d'arrivée indiquée pour avoir la chambre.

Au niveau de propreté, c'est très mal géré, il y a des taches partout et l'équipe de l'hotel ne renouvelle pas les équipements de la chambre (savon, papiers toilette, serviettes, etc...).

L'equipe n'est pas très aquillante ni sympa.

Le seul point positive c'est l'emplacement de l'hotel (environ 25 mins de Disneyland)

J'avais réservé dans cet hôtel dans le but de me consacrer pleinement à la formation que jachevais de suivre.
Il m'a ete impossible de me reposer correctement. Énorme porosité des murs. Un bruit infernal venant de tous côtés, les couloirs arpentés continuellement par des occupants qui claquent les portes.
Lit 1 place alors que j'avais demandé un double.
Tout était décevant et loin de correspondre à la prestation promise.

Wir waren für das Disneyland dort. Es war in Ordnung, doch auch nicht mehr. Das Zimmer war wirklich winzig und für zwei Personen viel zu klein. Das Zimmer war ebenfalls nicht ganz sauber bei Bezug. Das Personal war jedoch sehr nett und die Bearbeitung war immer sehr schnell und ohne Komplikationen.

Je n'ai pas dormi de la nuit !
J'y suis allée un jour où il fesait -3 dehors c'était gelé.
Je suis arrivée tard vers 23h je me suis couchée en arrivant il n'y a pas de couette juste un drap et un petit dessus de lit.
Je n'arrivais pas à m'endormir car je grelottais je me suis relevé pour mettre un pull et des chaussettes et c'est à ce moment là que je me suis aperçue que le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas !
J'ai donc allumé le radiateur mais ça n'a rien fait !
Je n'ai pas fermé l'oeil de la nuit tellement j'avais froid.
De plus on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir les allés venu des voyageurs !
Bref je déconseille cet hôtel en hiver !

A mon arrivé les gens se sont garé n importe comment sur le parking. A l accueil cela c'est bien passé. Et le lendemain matin les autres clients ne respectent pas les autres voyageurs. Réveillé à 6h du matin par des gens qui faisaient du bruit dedans et dehors. Pas génial je ne retournerai pas a cet hôtel désolé.

Tout simplement horrible.

Par ou commencer, chambre avec mauvaises odeurs moisissure sur fenêtre ainsi que dans la salle de bain. (Rideau de douche Sale!) Vmc soufflante avec moisissures ! Parking payant sans le preciser a l'avance.Aucun respect des horaires de confort a 5h30... les service de menage qui eclate de rire et claque les portes. Et portes de chambres tres bruyantes. Je vais me contenter de décrire que cela car nous pouvons en rajouter encore.

Odeur désagréable, chambre pas propre et abîmée

Arrivée à 22 heures. Une dame se plaignais de l’odeur de la chambre, elle l’a rendue. Et c’est celle dont nous avons hérité. Effectivement odeur de tabac froid et de transpiration. Il y avais du moisi dans certains coins. Exténues on a gardé la chambre après avoir aéré. Mais les matelas sont déjà bien usés et affaissés, là salle de bain était pas très propre, des poils de barbes coupés, la fixation de la douche cassée. Les voisins de chambre étaient bruyants et la nuit a été désagréable en plus d’être inconfortable . Je ne recommande pas du tout. De plus ils précisent 7km de Disneyland sur le site, ce qui n’est pas tout à fait vrai. J’ai mis 20 bonnes minutes à rejoindre l’hôtel, sur une portion d’autoroute.

Lo salva el precio, que ofrece desayuno y parking y la cercanía a Disney. Pero el servicio no es bueno, las habitaciones pequeñas, el baño es realmente mínimo y el desayuno Justito…

Prima hotel om te verblijven

Hotel ligt zeer centraal voor een overnachtig (op doorreis) of voor een korte vakantie met b.v. een cobinatie om Disneyland Parijs te bezoeken.
Kamers zijn niet ruim, en het ontbijt is goed. (Daar is de prijs ook na). Er zit een supermarkt en een boulangerie om de hoek, en het winkelcentrum Bay 1 7 Bay 2, op 2 kilometer afstand. Disneyland is ongeveer 15 minuten rijden.

Mehr Absteige als Hotel. Schreckliches Frühstück, nichtmal Teller vorhanden. Nicht buchen!
Gibt nur Schokobrötchen oder Buttercross. Selbst wenn es Brötchen gegeben hätte, kein Käse kein Schinken etc. Stickig heißes Zimmer, mini Fenster, keine Handtücher.
Ja es ist ein günstiges Hotel, aber man wollte dort eigentlich nicht schlafen.
