We really enjoyed our stayat the Morgan resort. The staff were friendly and professional. The room was large, modern and very functional. The infinity pool and surrounding area or beautiful. We were only there for a few days and loved how close it was to the airport both for flying in and out and for,and the view of the planes landing and taking off.

The property was nice. The pool could have been cleaner. Upon arrival the toilet had been used and had urine on it but the staff immediately came and fixed it. The only other issue I had is that I booked a room that fits 3 and even registered the 3rd guest, then as I arrived I was charged $150 for extra persons even though registration said $0. Knowing what I know now I would stay at this hotel again.

The infinity pool is wonderful. Beautifully designed with the area made to look like you're wading on the edge of the beach, plus the view to the ocean is lovely. The rooms are nice, bathrooms are very nice. My only complaint is that housekeeping is TERRIBLE. We had our room cleaned ONCE in six days, after requesting service and being out of the room for six hours at a time each day. Also had to ask for more toilet paper, kleenex, and towels, which is really substandard for a hotel of otherwise high quality.

I stayed here for three nights. The resort has beautiful ocean views from the outside patio and when you first walk into the property, which makes a great first impression. However, the rooms themselves were not very impressive and didn’t really give a true “resort-style” feel. I also felt the prices were a bit overrated for what you get. It seemed like we were mostly paying for the convenience of being close to the airport.
That said, the staff was attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the stay. One highlight for me was the massage on the pier it was absolutely wonderful and ended up being my favorite part of the experience.

Airport pickup didn’t happen even though we called, said our name and waited and waited. Taxis said the van just left and it happens often if there’s not more than 10 people (arrived back just before us). Staff not very attentive. Room pretty clean but rusted safe, outlets finicky. Shower not great…..didn’t eat there. Close to airport. Pool was nice. Didn’t make it to the beach. Glad we only stayed one night. It was okay but for $800 not even remotely worth the price.

Valet parking was nice but 2 mornings in a row the passenger seat came back to us with cigarette ashes one day and other dirt the next. Not sure if the valet guys were using our rental car for evening breaks? Re-stocking of Keurig K-cups and bathroom supplies never happened over the course of a 5 night stay. Would stay here again.

Had a great time at this hotel! The room was amazing and beautiful. We were able to find chairs by the pool anytime we went. It was busy but not over crowded. Walking distance to some fantastic restaurants and the beach the planes fly over. Oh yeah, about the planes. They are loud so pick your room carefully. The planes do stop during the night so you won't have any trouble sleeping. Water at the gym was scarce and the TV quality wasn't great but that didn't matter since we were always out. Staff is super friendly and loved the food by from salt both by the pool and at dinner.

Had to open and close multiple tabs at the pool, and I had to send my steak back and it took 20 minutes for it to come back out. Of course my husband was then done with his dinner. While the staff was nice, company organization of handling things at the pool needs to be reorganized.

The hotel is worn and overdue for a freshen up, but the real problem is the complete lack of soundproofing. We could hear our neighbours whispering word-for-word as if they were standing beside the bed. A sneeze from next door literally startled us awake. Every hallway sound carries straight into the room — doors slamming, conversations, footsteps and even music — despite the hotel not being busy. There appears to be no door seal at all, so hallway noise echoes constantly.
The room also had a strong musty odor. The hotel previously addressed it by placing air fresheners on the A/C vents, creating a fake floral smell mixed with mildew that actually gave us headaches.
Service was equally frustrating. I went to the front desk and asked for towels for the pool and was given towels without any explanation. When I got to the pool, I was stopped and told I couldn’t use them because they were “beach towels” — even though there isn’t even a beach at this resort. After explaining I received them from the front desk, I was told it was my mistake and I needed different towels. I then had to go back, wait in line again, and request “pool towels.” Completely unnecessary and poorly communicated.
We requested a room change — denied.
We requested a partial refund due to the conditions — also denied.
For charging these rates, basic sleep, comfort, and reasonable service should be expected

THERE IS NO DIRECT BEACH ACCESS. For the price I did not expect that. You must walk around to Maho beach to touch sand. But beautiful pool area.

The resort is amazing. Staff were friendly, attentive, and very accommodating. Our flight was rebooked for a day later and we were able to extend our stay effortlessly. Even though they were at full capacity. I will certainly visit The Morgan Spa and Resort again. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. Job well done!
