The property was excellent. Our room was clean and spacious .The Ocean view was gorgeous The staff were friendly and professional , There are several restaurants at this location The beach and pool was great I did not get a chance to visit the spa( but next) love the property

A beautiful hotel overlooking the Caribbean. They put us up at the last minute when our flight got cancelled. We snagged a poolside room and enjoyed the pool and bar for the evening. All the restaurants here are top notch too. Would highly recommend.

All the rooms in the villas had ocean view. The balcony was clutch. The beach was lovely. If all the chairs and grass umbrellas were taken they could set us up with a green umbrella and chairs. We loved having the kitchenette and the market was walkable. The market on the main road was larger and more affordable but the market across the street was hella convenient. The pharmacy was walkable too. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was ok. Loved exploring nearby st barths and Anguilla. And really enjoyed taking a taxi to penil island for the day. Overall an amazing stay and I’d highly recommend. Buccaneer bar was best on sat nite. The live music on that day was incredible and a local band from Sint Maarten

Positive - great resort. Nice accommodations.
Negative - paid over $600 for one night but couldn’t check in until after 4pm and had to check out before 10am - no possibility for extension.
Bottom line - not worth the high cost for what is essentially a 16 hour stay. Look elsewhere for a short stay.

Clean room, very pleasant staff. Furniture is cheap and while it functions drawers are ill fitting. Bath tub is peeling where they coated it with a film. One thing I didn’t like was the fees for everything. All the restaurants were good with the exception of Julilette’s. Food was cold and the outdoor area was choked with car exhaust.

We enjoyed our stay here. The view was breathtaking, the beach was peaceful and the room was spacious. There are many restaurants within walking distance, two casinos close, secure parking and a Monday night reception while we were there. The only issue we had was some loud live music from a nearby bar a couple of nights, but we still fell asleep and enjoyed our stay. They do have laundry facilities too for extended stays. Would stay here again!

The Villas were amazing! The resort is very clean and centrally located. You can walk to the grocery store, restaurants, casino and shops. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I can't say enough about this hotel/resort. What I purchased was exactly what I received. The hotel was well maintained and is very walkable to alot of restaurants. They even have a shuttle for individuals that are not able to walk down the hill to do your grocery shopping. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Some of front desk staffs were rude and unhelpful. And our suite had sewage odor, paint were peeling off from the bathtub, and ceiling was leaking. The bedding and towels had hairs and had torns.
They asked me to pay for additional charges by cash at the checkout but charged my credit card. I called the resort for resolution, they could not help and still waiting for their management to return my call or email.
I don't recall ever needed to reach out to hotels nor resorts after my trips.

The view from the room right out at the water was lovely, and the pool in front of the villas was great.
Breakfast at the restaurant, which was included, was quite good.
I found the steak restaurant which was on premise was overpriced, so we did not eat there.

We had a lovely time at this resirt. Plenty of sunchairs and accessible shade. Ocean access was amazing. We only swam at main pool and it was quiet and refreshing. Convenient location with access to many restaurants and shopping. Check in was lacking as we weren't told any information to help orient us to hotel. They should let guests checking in know how to access internet, where to buy water, where breakfast buffet is served and give a map. I noticed they offered some guests checking in punch but not us.

The staff is the shining star of the resort, Minerva, Ziggy and Sophia. The bathrooms are completely dated and the WiFi is nearly non existent. I love staying here but unless they can do some updating I will look to try other properties. It’s 2025 to not have strong wifi is unacceptable.

I enjoyed my stay. I had to swtch rooms a couple times due to musty odor and small ants, but the staff was very nice and accommodating through it all. The bayfront view from my room waa beautiful. I loved the VIP Access complimentary breakfasts at La Paloma Restaurant on the property and Josephine, the activities coordinator was very friendly and upbeat! I had the best time at water aerobics, bingo, games at the pool, and movie night at the pool.
