I really don’t have complains. Anything needed was attended by the staff immediately. Staff check up on us frequently

We had an ocean / beach view unit that was perfectly located. Unit was very clean when we checked in.

Each one of the staff was completely outstanding and the best I’ve encountered.

The restaurant was outdoor. We only had 2 dinners - hamburger was good, fish burger was on the dry side. It’s not a gourmet restaurant, ok by me. Plenty nearby restaurants walking distance.

I would go back in a heart beat.

The room was very small for a family of 4 when you had the pullout couch pulled out you could not get to the balcony door. The front desk staff and maintenance staff were very friendly along with most of the security staff. However the towel staff were not very friendly. With such a large property there were not a lot of chairs available for guest around the pool.

The resort and staff were very enjoyable but not having an elevator to the 5th floor was not. To add to it, they didn’t tell us at check in so we had to figure it out. I would not recommend the 5th floor right now and understand you share 1 elevator with all buildings and staff.

The room was spotless and I do mean spotless, We had three full sets of towels and bathroom supplies were generos. Staff couldn't do enough to assist us with whatever we needed. We had breakfast on the premises where the staff, Nina, Devon and another young man were wonderful. The cook was great and all the meals were well above average. All were so friendly and very invested in pleasing their patrons!

Gorgeous beach. Water is clear and calm. Our ocean view room was lovely and super clean. Unfortunately, the elevator was broken the whole time we were there. It was okay for us going up and down four flights of stairs, but would be extremely difficult for anyone with mobility issues. We did have to use the service elevator for our luggage and it was a bit of a pain. There is only one restaurant on site and it has a limited menu. Fortunately, the area has lots of restaurants, but you really need a car to get around. We really enjoyed our stay as we rented a car and ate at a couple fantastic restaurants nearby.

Room was resort standard.
- Booking was an issue. Had to change rooms after 2 days because of poor room management. Was offered comped meal in lieu at attached restaurant.
-The restaurant was atrocious. Waited 45 mins for a simple breakfast plate, with no one else in the restaurant. Wait staff offered a free beverage to compensate. The overall interaction, at the front desk and in the restaurant, was subpar. As if we were the problem.

Hotel activities were limited to:
-a pool, used once. Awkward location at the end of the hotel.
-2 hot tubs that were spotty on each day, either the jets weren't operable or the water was luke warm.
-Towels were an issue. Supply was short and had to wait each day 20-30 minutes for resupply, at both pickup locations, at varied times.

Location on the island was a positive, with relation to water but a negative with relation to everything else. We had a rental.
-Parking was limited, compact, and dangerous.
-Walking to other attractions was over a steep passage way (hill) without lighting or safeguards.

Wil not return nor will we recommend

Very nice grounds and pool. Rooms were clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Good location. We booked a pool view but ended up with a room where you had to hang off the balcony to see it. When we expressed our disappointment, our room was changed within the hour. Would definitely stay again.

The room was immaculate! All of the staff were all very polite and friendly! The front desk checked in daily to make sure that everything was fine with you & your room. The front desk associates were also able to point us to all the good restaurants, clubs, & excursions in the area. They also helped us with transportation for our entire stay.

Loved this hotel. Rooms were spacious service was great. You have access to the beach with chairs. The hotel restaurant on the beach was good with great service. The only down side is its downhill walk to the main strip. There are a few restaurants you can walk to but it would be an uphill and downhill walk. Overall great option for the price.

The room was SO CLEAN!! I have OCD and I Lysol wiped all the shelves before putting any of my things down and not a speck of dirt was seen on the bright white wipe. 90% of the staff were so pleasant, only a few older men were grumpy and obviously not happy. Other than that, we were treated wonderfully. The neighboring resort we spent a lot of time at as well and they were fabulous. Only slight concern is my husband’s sweater went mysteriously missing from our room. We never had anything laundered and he never wore it (it’s a sweater) because of how warm it was daily. I would 100000% stay at this resort again though. It was a great overall experience.

Downside:The smoke detectors have a blinding blinking night all night long, (asked about it at front desk-never heard back) the rooms smell, the bed is uncomfortable, the building is a looong way from the pool (assigned a room in a bldg up the road from pool & main bldgs).
Upside: Room was clean, had everything we needed, had a large balcony to sit on (smidge of a view).

I stayed at the Hilton Flamingo Beach for four nights and had an amazing experience. The front desk staff were outstanding from the moment I arrived. Kenica and Sharda made my check-in process smooth and effortless, and they even helped me with my bags, which was greatly appreciated.

During my stay, I also met Kimberly at the front desk, and she was phenomenal. She assisted me with dinner reservations and arranging taxis, making everything so easy and stress-free.

The beach staff were just as wonderful. Jean Rony and Mr. Joseph were incredibly kind and helpful, always assisting with beach chairs and umbrellas and ensuring we were comfortable.

Thank you to the entire team for such an amazing stay. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of.

Great stay in garden view king suite. Pleasant surprise that it had a large balcony with table, chairs and lounger. Beach front quite nice with sandy beach some rocks but overall nice. Close to a lot of restaurants or make your own in suite with nicely equipped kitchen. Had a great stay here and would go back!

Rooms are new but much smaller than advertised…ours was advertised as 750sqft but was 450sqft +patio.

Place is renovated. Everything works well. People are friendly.
They offer time share but don’t push hard if you say no.

Too many rules, to the point of missing hospitality…

They make you wait until 4 whether your room is ready or not. I verified with the cleaning lady. Our room was ready over two hours before they let us in. Tired, hot, with kids…2hrs helps.
..And I received 2 verifications just before 10am (at door) and a call at 10:05 ‘you know checkout is at 10?’ As we’re leaving…left a bad taste. They were not busy at this point. Plenty of rooms available online.

Older crowd. Nice property grounds. 2 beaches, both good. Good pool. 2 hot jacuzzis.

Pathetic gym, only 5 cardio machines. Forget about weight lifting. No weights. Like none.

I wouldn’t do it with kids again. Couple maybe.

We were at this hotel for 10 days (end of November 2025). The room was very clean. The room location was great as we faced the beach. We were on the second level which made it very convenient/walkable between the beach and the room. The kitchen in the room included everything that you need including paper towels, dishwasher soap, cleaning sponges , salt, pepper, dishes, pots and pans..etc. Hotel location was great (walking distance to many restaurants). Ample parking spaces (not sure why others said it was limited, they may have not known the parking under the hotel). Staff were amazing (both at the front desk and cleaning staff-not sure why some visitors had issues with the front desk as they were very courteous and professional-Tessy was the best). Our room was cleaned every 3 days (witout having to request the cleaning unlike some of the other reviews hear). The hotel staff communicated via text message so it would be helpful to have a phone plan to use at the island. The beaches at the hotel was just awesome. Waters were always calm. There is sand in the water so no need for rock shoes. Great snorkeling within the bay at the hotel as well as further out where you can find sea turtles and sting rays. This hotel, location and staff make it a 10/10 place to visit. We will be visiting again!

This is a lovely resort with direct beach access. The room was spacious and clean. Love that there is a sliding partition that separates the queen sized bed from the sofa bed making it feel like two separate spaces and offering privacy. There are large flat screen televisions I front of the bed and sofa bed. Accessibility can be an issue for those with mobility issues. Our room was in building 7 on the theirs floor. You had to take an elevator from the hotel lobby to the first floor and then walk down a corridor and some steps to another elevator and take it to the third floor and then walk down another long corridor. Our room was adjacent to the beach but to access it required doing the long corridor walk and two elevators or walking down a few flights of stairs. To get to the pool was another awkward elevators/walk/stairs situation. The hot tubs jets weren’t working the first day. There are not nearly enough beach lounge chairs as there are people by the pool area. If you want to rent a pool inner tube you have to return it by 3:30 pm which is a tad early. There is only one restaurant on property and it is by the beach (pool is on the other side of the resort). There is a limited lunch menu and food was subpar. Dinner menu was a bit more expansive and the food was delicious. Staff are friendly and the views of the beach/ocean are breathtaking. Overall, the crowd is mostly retired individuals.

The only issue I had was the restaurant/ bar that is part of the hotel, on the beach. It is a very convenient option, but the food was horrible - worst than any fast food chain - and the management were hostile to any feedback or suggestions.
