Hotel was absolutely perfect, location is superb. Very clean everywhere. Staff is extremely accommodating. Very close to restaurants, casino and food store. Beach chairs are always available. We had oceanfront first floor and loved it. Going back from now on every six months.

Pros: well-maintained, beautiful grounds, friendly helpful staff, great pool and beach,
quiet and relaxing, and amazing ATTENTION TO DETAILS.
Cons: VERY hilly, unsuitable for people with mobility issues, pool activities (trivia, name that tune, aerobics) made it hard to relax/read/ enjoy quiet. Limited dining options on site, and horrid traffic for off site meals/travel.

Awesome hotel & location. We enjoyed staying here everytime. Spent a week here for spring vacay after staying 2 weeks in Maho.
Enjoyed it so much we are now official members of Hilton Resort Grand Vacations, Yay!
Room was great facing the bay, great sunset views, accessible to supermarkets & a few great restaurants by foot.
Staff was attentive & friendly.. next time may have to ask for top floor as we can hear kids running around above us but fortunately we left the next day so it was tolerable then.
Will definitely stay there again!👍

We had a great time at this hotel. All of the staff were so polite and helpful. The hotel restaurant and pool bar were fantastic. The pool and hot tubs were great and well maintained, and the private beach was perfect. We were always able to get chairs and an umbrella on the beach without any issue. My husband and I can't wait to return.

Great place and location bar staff and waitstaff were excellent.If i had any complaint it would be that there were not a lot of menu items to choose from for lunch and Dinner. The front desk staff was great and would send us a text everyday with activities and also would offer us tips for local restaurants depending on what kind of cuisine we wanted to try. All in all a great place

No communication upon arrival. No daily cleaning but we are supposed to know from a paper in room we found a days later. Need to ask in advance to get room cleaned. You can ask for clean towels. Washer and drier was helpful but no vacuum for sandy floors.

My stay was amazing! The property is about 8-10 minutes from lotus and amore if you enjoy the night life. Captain rib shack was close by. Very quiet location away from the busy area. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Staff was amazing, customer service was 10/10. Juliette bistro is walking distance from the hotel. Price was reasonable. The view is breathtaking! I can’t wait to book again!

Excellent location. The resort has a private beach with many umbrellas and a beach bar and an infinity pool. The beach is covered in fine sand and the water is calm and clear. The neighborhood is very nice with several excellent restaurants nearby. There is also a piano bar and a nice supermarket across the street. The hotel has ample parking and the units are comfortable and well designed.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times, and the rooms are always great. The food and drinks are decent, though not particularly standout.
This visit was for my birthday, so I was hoping for an even better experience, but unfortunately, there were a few disappointments. The internet was very unreliable throughout my entire stay. While there was Wi-Fi in the room, it didn’t extend to the balcony or certain areas of the property, which was inconvenient.
I also had an uncomfortable interaction with the towel booth attendant that left me feeling stereotyped, which took away from the overall experience.
Additionally, room service was not delivered to the room. Instead, I had to go down to the restaurant to pick up my order, which wasn’t what I expected or paid for.
Overall, it was a good stay, but these details matter. With a few improvements, especially in service and amenities, the experience could be much better for future guests.

The room was very clean and well kept. Issues we had included a TV that suddenly stopped working while we watched and the lights in the bathroom flickered uncontrollably. We weren’t in the room much, so it didn’t affect us too much. However, the property itself was amazing with breathtaking views of the water and boats nearby. The staff is super friendly and responsive.
Its location is in the center of everything in Simpson Bay but that also includes the traffic at certain times of the day that make getting around a bit of a challenge. I would stay here again if I needed to be near Simpson Bay.

Quiet. On a nice beach. Not a lot to do here especially for kids. They had a tie dye for kids with two colours and only large shirts. Not much effort put into it. Other Hiltons do more for families. But overall, the place was very nice, pool was nice and beach was fantastic. We worked with Kimberlee who really went out of her way to assist us.

This resort has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I truly enjoyed everything the property had to offer except the restaurant. I only ate there twice and it was the worst meals i had all week long. Drinks are fine there, but food was terrible and that was unfortunate.

Everything was wonderful. We found out aftet booking that it was a timeshare but we were not bugged at all by anyone. Glen our taxi driver was awesome. Service, room, amenities were better than expected. Traffic was the only downfall. Very busy.
Highly recommend it for a tropical getaway.

I have strong mixed feelings about the property. The front desk staff were great and the team that worked the pool/beach bar. The rooms are spacious and clean but don’t expect them to come clean your room unless you nearly BEG. Also, my partner placed a bag outside our room door, just to let it dry and it went missing (Valentino Beach Bag). Won’t be seeing that bag again, i’m sure someone on the staff will enjoy it. Our check out was for 11:30AM which is complimentary if you ask and this guy banged on our door 3 times! They also must think their guest make stuff up because we requested our room to be clean, it wasn’t and when we called them about it they sent someone to come and check? Like why would I lie about my room not being clean? Overall, I won’t be staying at this property again. It’s fine if you don’t care about where you stay.

Lovely beach. Spacious room with everything you need. Minus was the area, not walkable with a baby stroller and few restaurant options close by. A big minus was the septic truck that came in the afternoon everyday and caused a horrible smell which lasted for hours (not sure if this was a problem the specific week of our visit though, but it did greatly negatively impact our experience).

We had an ocean / beach view unit that was perfectly located. Unit was very clean when we checked in.

Each one of the staff was completely outstanding and the best I’ve encountered.

The restaurant was outdoor. We only had 2 dinners - hamburger was good, fish burger was on the dry side. It’s not a gourmet restaurant, ok by me. Plenty nearby restaurants walking distance.

I would go back in a heart beat.
