The staff was lovely and apologetic, and we did arrive during a heatwave, so I understand that issues arise. That being said, they are so short staffed that I couldn’t get anyone on the phone from our room and the check in line was wrapped around the lobby multiple times.

Air conditioning was not working in our room (though was fine In the common areas). Access to the pool needs to be arranged in advance, and we were not aware of that. Our key card does not work for some of the facilities. Again, staff was lovely and as helpful as they could be, they need more support.

The stay itself was good, and we had originally booked a six-night stay. However, due to unexpected train delays and a missed onward connection, we were unable to arrive on our scheduled check-in date. As soon as we became aware of the disruption, we made numerous attempts to contact the hotel directly to inform them of the situation and ensure that our reservation would not be treated as a no-show. Unfortunately, despite more than seven phone calls and multiple emails over a 24-hour period, we were unable to reach anyone at the hotel. We also contacted Expedia for assistance, but they were likewise unable to obtain any confirmation from the property before our arrival. None of our emails received a response. Although we were ultimately able to check in the following day, the most concerning aspect of the experience was the complete uncertainty surrounding whether our reservation would still be honoured. As hotels may, in some circumstances, cancel bookings and retain full payment in the event of a no-show, we had no way of knowing whether we would have accommodation upon arrival.
This lack of communication created significant stress and forced us to continue our journey under difficult circumstances without any assurance that we would have a place to stay in Paris. For a four-star hotel, it is unacceptable that reception was entirely unreachable despite repeated phone calls and emails over an extended period.

A very good stay overall. The room was large, had a great view and was very comfortable. I didn't get a chance to use the pool but the gym is very good, has a decent number of equipment pieces and dumbbells up to 30 Kg, and, being on the 38th floor, amazing views. The breakfast buffet was consistent day to day but very comprehensive and solid quality. Access is also handy, with two metro lines and the RER close by, and a bus route to CDG.

Well where do I start with this truly amazing place. Absolutely stunning, elegant and classy, yet so much cheaper than expected. The beautiful view from the room, we was on floor 22, and was able to see the Eiffel Tower , the room was so bright and clean , the beds were very comfortable, I loved the little uniqueness to the lifts using your room pass scan it at the lift and it takes you straight to your floor, we had dinner in the restaurant good sized portions that tasted amazing, breakfast so much choice , all staff were friendly, so much more to say, will definitely visit again and would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel.

This hotel is a real gem in Paris. Maybe one of the best deals around.

The staff are absolutely wonderful. In particular, Guy, the front desk agent was lovely and a superstar receptionist. The concierge is great too.

I had an incident one of the days in the area (not the hotel) and spoke to the Manager of the hotel. She was incredibly professional, empathetic and understanding. That’s what you want in a manager if you have having a very bad day or had an unfortunate incident.

Their rooftop bar is just divine. Some of the best views in Paris. They have happy hour and some great deals going. Cocktails are fantastic and the bar tenders are super cool.

The rooms are clean, large and have great windows to look out of. Very unique to have such large, comfy rooms in Paris. And at the rates they offer- it’s a real steal.
The hotel is often fully booked with conference goer- clearly they are popular.
I highly recommend this place! It’s one of my favorites in Paris!

We arrived at 430 and room was not ready we finally collected our room key at 630pm and the room air conditioning didn’t work so we spent the night outside of sheets totally burnt because it was so hot when you spend $300 you expect air conditioning and at least a check in on time
The area of the hotel was not the best either but we managed to get out without any harm

We stayed at H4 Hotel in Paris and had a very pleasant experience. The best part was its location directly opposite a metro station, which made getting around the city extremely convenient. While there isn't much to do in the immediate surrounding area, a 20–30 minute metro ride takes you to the city center, which was our main goal during this trip.

As a family traveling with a child, we didn't want to stay in a tiny, cramped hotel room, so we chose this hotel for its spacious accommodations. The room was large, clean, and well-maintained, and the hotel was professionally managed. The bathroom was spotless, and the toiletries provided were of good quality.

Considering that we visited Paris in mid-May, the hotel was reasonably priced and offered excellent value for money. We appreciated having a comfortable room with air conditioning and a clean environment, rather than paying a similar price for a small, overcrowded hotel room with no AC and no elevator.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paris, and H4 Hotel provided a comfortable and relaxing place to return to each day. I would definitely recommend it to travelers looking for good value, space, cleanliness, and easy access to public transportation.

Where to start… hotel looks good until until you stay in it.. firstly it started with having a shower in our bedroom, we have asked to be moved but they said they have been fully booked so can’t move us, after complaining multiple times they gave us a new room but it was just as bad so we have stayed in original room as there was no difference ( me and my partner ) so we have moved past it.
Rooms: floor dirty, constantly finding someone’s long black hair everywhere we sat, on the bed floor table sink, everywhere! (I’m short brown hair my gf is blonde so deffenetly not us)
AC didn’t work at all it was 35c outside and our ac didn’t work… one of the reasons we wanted this hotel was because of ac.. we complained and they have bring us two fans.
No fridge… they have said only “ super delux bedroom” have fridge which is £2500 a night.. rather buy my own fridge for the stay then pay this..
shower power and hot water was good, and bed comfy, nice and dark in the bedroom.
There is no vending machine at the hotel and at the bar they don’t allow you to bring out any drinks you buy.. so when we asked for big bottle of water we wasn’t allowed to take it upstairs, so we was stuck buying worm drinks from the shops..
swimming pool is horrible and dirty, you have to book in advance, at reception, even when we booked and went up it didn’t let us in bc they need to make a new card for you, so we was on lift going up40floors around 4x ..
I can say more but run out of characters..

You get what you pay for. Staff overall is good. The layout of the room is off- the actual toilet has it’s own room. I think it’s a bit off that the shower and bathroom sink is right next to your bed. There are a few places in Paris that are layout like that but I didn’t think hotels will do that do. My room didn’t have a mini fridge which was a bummer. I like keeping my drinks cold.

Breakfast was great with a good choice of hot and cold. Excellent modern gym and a nice pool. The location is super close for the Paris metro Only drawback is that the limited on site parking was actually on street and we were warned by staff that even if there was a space cars often get broken into. On top of this the covered secure parking was no longer owned by the hotel and was now €10 euros a night extra than the advertised rate. I checked and in booking in it was still showing €35 a night rather than €45 a night. That’s quite a jump and the hotel and hotels.com need to amend this asap

47 year old traveler from USA: I rented the king bed single room and a room with a twin bed. King bed room: The shower (Frosted glass in the middle, clear on top and bottom) is in the same room as the bed. The toilet is in a separate room, but still within close quarters. So if you expect to have privacy to shower with those you don't want to see you naked, reconsider. The bed was firm and the TV allowed me to sign in to my Netflix account, which I've found is rare in Europe.
Twin bed room: Our 20 year old daughter stayed in this room, and it was perfect for her. Separate bathroom with toilet and shower combined, not separate. All the rest was the same as the King bed room.
We didn't use or see the pool, since we only stayed 2 nights, 1 full day. All other items listed and pictured are depict what you'll get. You can see the Eiffel Tower from both rooms. You use your hotel key to turn the lights on.
The area of Saint Denis is less than desirable to be honest. I wouldn't walk around alone at night, and stay aware during the day. We tried to find somewhere to eat at 8 pm amd everything within walking distance was closed. There are metro stations within walking distance, which is how we got around. We did not have a car, so I cant review parking.
I would stay here again for the price, as it was less than other places. However you trade off the location and availability of places to eat after 6 pm.

So i took it. 36 floor got close to 10 floor speed down very fast ans hit 3 floor hard. (Brake ) and then started to go up an stop 24 floor an went back down after. Calling the elvator emergency buttom took time to talk to someone. When i ask to speak to manager they took me to security like what the heck. Then they took me to supervisors who was useless. Its not about a bloody power outtage it should be about close the elevator and see why that Letter H elevator issue. But they still kepted it running. Disgusting. What hurt the most is when supervisor said its a power outage what can we do. Like what the..... you can do by announcing that elevator are at risk or something. But not to brush it off. Also they had there security keep looking at me while am talking.Also they need to get there staff in check when i said whats the latest i can use the pool. One the staff who did booking said 11 pm i can go. I made sure bunch time. So i went down there like no last booking is at 10 pm. Like they were accusing me its my fault. Paying that much for a hotel not worth it. I took picture of the mold etc.there is more what the supervisor said but not enought space to discuss. Only few staff was amazing

We booked a room with Eiffel Tower View, I paid extra for it, mind you it's our 10 year anniversary which only happens once in a lifetime, when we got there got told in a rudely manner that the room is unavailable and we have to stay in a room with two single beds and no Eiffel Tower View(which I paid for and booked ahead of time) as that is the only one room available in the entire hotel(basically go elsewhere or stay in that room). 9 times out of 10 staff were rude and unwelcoming. Will not come back definitely

The hotel was nice and modern, the location wasn’t great it was quite far out from central paris (granted the metro was all good and easy to use but there wasn’t much around the hotel for eating or drinking). The staff were particularly rude, especially reception - they gave the impression they did not want to help at all I was very unimpressed. You have to book to go to the pool (which is okay but doesn’t look like the pictures) and it was often filled up as they only let 10 people per hour (which I get as it it very small but they don’t advertise this and they don’t make it easy to book, I tried to call up to book after my partner did the Paris marathon and no one at reception answered the call all afternoon). The rooms were nice but I wouldn’t go back again.

This is a nice hotel, but it has poor customer service and not a very good system. The front desk staff (mostly male) didn’t seem very interested in helping guests.

The rooms are okay, and the breakfast is good. However, some facilities are inconvenient to use. The swimming pool requires a reservation and is limited to one hour per day. The rooftop restaurant also requires a reservation

The elevator key system had frequent issues, which was frustrating.

The location is not very central—it’s about a 15–20 minute taxi or Uber ride to main attractions like the Eiffel Tower.

Overall, the hotel has some positives, but the service and restrictions take away from the experience.

In regards to the hotel cleanliness, variety and space at breakfast, staff availability and friendliness, this hotel gets a 10. Marks have been deducted as during our stay on the last night/ morning we had no water in our room, so not able to shower, or flush the toilet. There were no notifications, I went to reception and was advised it was an issue with the whole area, I expected to be notified BEFORE going to reception, was offered more bottle water. Once I returned I sent an email to the hotel asking for clarification of what happened as the gent at reception could not offer much of an answer. It has been over 2 weels, no response to my email and no update provided. Very disappointed with the hotel tbh, for this reason I would not return. I do however want to commend the staff that worked during our 3 night stay, everyone we spoke with was a delight. A huge thank you to the lovely lady at the bar who recommended the mint tea for my mum, even added extra mint leaves for added flavour, my mum was very impressed - Aminata you are a star.

The lifts that take you to your floor are a bit unusual and can be a bit annoying sometimes due to you have to scan your card to go to your floor so you can’t just get in any lift, you have to get in the one it’s chosen for you!.

Bar on the 40th floor is very nice. Specially at night time.

I recently stayed at an H4 Wyndham hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.

While I understand that occasional issues can happen during any stay, what really matters is how the staff handles them—and here, the reception team failed completely. During my stay, I experienced problems like the AC being far too hot and even a temporary lack of water. These things, while inconvenient, could have been manageable if handled professionally.

Instead, the reception service was the worst part of my stay. I lost a significant amount of time waiting in long queues at reception, only to receive little to no help once I got there. One of the reception staff members (no one wears name tags, which already says a lot about accountability) was particularly rude and unhelpful.

The team repeatedly made promises—such as fixing issues or calling me back—but never followed through. There seems to be a serious lack of communication between departments and an overall lack of willingness to assist guests. Calls to reception often went unanswered and when I did manage to speak to someone, nothing was resolved.

Overall, the experience felt disorganized, dismissive, and frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel based on the poor level of customer service alone.

The hotel has potential but is not currently operating at it's full potential. The main attraction for this hotel is the rooms with the view of the Eiffel tower and other city sites. If you don't pay for one of those rooms, the hotel is not worth it. We stayed from Sunday to Wednesday, the roof top bar was closed from Sunday to Tuesday. When we tried to go up on Tuesday night we were told it was for private tables only/private event. So we didn't see it at all. If we wanted the view of the city, we'd have to go to the gym. The line at the Pleyel Restaurant in the main lobby was very long the night we wanted to eat there so we ate at one of the nearby restaurants. The Odiwara Asian fusion place around the corner was very good. the restaurant to the right of the hotel is just ok. There are lots of other food options and a small supermarket all within walking distance. The metro is very close and it takes about 35 mins to get to the Champs Elysee. It's on the direct metro line. to the Eiffel tower you can also go direct to les Invalides station and then walk or transfer trains. Also about 35 mins. We upgraded to the city view room and it made the stay worthwhile. I also noticed that the walls in the toilets could use a clean. We stayed in two different rooms and both had cleanliness issues with the walls. The staff at the front desk not great. When we moved rooms my husband forgot his pajama pants in the other room and when asked about it, they didn't find it.

The hotel appears to be very new. Ths staff has done a great job keeping the place clean. My family of 5 stayed here for only 1 night. I reserved family connecting rooms with a description of 2 king beds and 2 twin beds. The description is accurate however it wasn't what I expected. These are 2 room with connecting door. Each room has a king size bed and a bench along the windown that they can provide linen to make into a twin size bed. The bench is a little high so I was very nervous to let my kids sleep on it. If you have people in your group that require a proper bed this will be an issue. The room itself is large, no microwave in room or anywhere on property, a tiny fridge is in the room. As many have stated the breakfast buffet is wonderful with lots of options. The location appears to be in more of an industrial area, so not very walkable and depending on traffic at least 25-35min away from main attractions like Eiffel tower and Lourve museum.

Just had a fantastic night away 2 adults and 2 teenagers for 1 night here. We booked two rooms, requested rooms on the same floor. They gave us two rooms together which we could turn into adjoining rooms. Great location for the Stade France. Sky bar is a must amazing viewand great drinks. Breakfast was also very good. Supermarket and patisserie round the corner.
Pool was lovely with again a lovely view.
We found all staff so helpful and lovely
The whole family were so impressed we will definitely be back

One of the best hotels in Paris that I recommended on your equal go there has been rewrite very early and then and we are in London so that travel was quite a long travel but I recommend the service everything. Amazing hotel fantastic the service amazing absolutely stunning.

We were sent to our room and the cleaner was in there. It was difficult to get permission to go the 40th floor, staff a little unattentive on reception. Female staff member in downstairs bar showed no personality or interest in being there. The shower in the room was also a bit odd.

Nice hotel, great service provided by staff.
Very close to Metro station and enterprise rental.
Only thing to consider, evening time doesn't feel safe. And it's outside from Paris.

Fantastic hotel, better offering than so called 5 star hotels in the area. I will stay here in the future, great rooms and the food is wonderful (Breakfast and restaurant).

Modern hotel, spacious room but comfort room with shower in room not my cup of tea.
Access to pool problematic. Not many restaurants in area but hotel food is nice.
Good transport links into centre Paris within 20mins

Lovely hotel very central to the metro and stadium. Great breakfast and loved the room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Best shower too!
