Was an amazing property for the most part. Food was on the expensive side as in REALLY expensive for a basic breakfast. However the reason we rated it so low is the bed. There's a firm mattress and then there's the concrete slabs CitizenM has. Staff had heard it before as their solution was an extra duvet cover to lay on. It offered little relief. I loved the location, amenities and vibe but those beds will keep me away.
Lastly, the IPad to control the room is modern but like all attempts to consolidate all functions onto one screen, it is severely lacking in convenience and overall simplicity. Here's a tip CitizenM, just because you can, does not mean you necessarily should.
