When i first arrived to pick up my room key there was no one at the front desk and i had to wait approximately 30 minutes for them to get back from the airport. After i got my room key there was no soap for the shower or the sink anywhere in the room. TV remote did not work for the tv (remote was receiving power) one of the bed sheets looks like a cigarette was put out on the sheet. Room was supposed to be smoke free but smelled like smoke. Paint on the walls is flaking and needs to be redone. Floors are stained.

There were roaches running across the bed when i pulled the dirty covers back. I woul never recommended anyone to stay there. DO NOT BOOK THIS STAY!! This is the worst possible property ever. The stay was so disgusting, dirty, poorly maintained. Our room had tons of mold on the ceiling, roaches everywhere (we spotted almost 8), broken chairs, dirty bedsheets, bathroom door had a huge hole in it AND the property owner/manager was incredibly rude and inappropriate with us. As soon as we checked in to our room, we noticed all of the above problems and went to them asking for a room change. They did not stating that they didnt have any more rooms (their website did say they have rooms available). We contacted Expedia for a change of stay at that instant itself but were met with threats from the property manager asking us to leave in the next 30mins, else he would call the cops. All this was also happening at 12:30am since we had a late check in. The hotel owner started calling us again and again asking us to leave since we broight up the issue with expedia. He started cursing and abusing. We couldnt leave at that moment since expedia’s relocation team couldnt find another property for us so were asked to stay just for the night. We did the same and upon checking out as soon as we could the next morning, the owner again called and started cursing saying he wouldnt agree with expedia on giving us a refund. We finally got the refund for our entire stay but had to go through so much trauma, unhygienic conditions and absolutely horrible behavior from the staff. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS STAY

Do. Not. Stay here. It is a literal roach motel. I don’t expect a whole lot from places like this; I’m aware of what I booked. But I DO expect the rooms to be free of roaches; it is INFESTED. The first room they gave had roaches on the bed and a busted smoke alarm. Changed rooms and this time, there was no smoke alarm at all. I killed five roaches before I went to sleep, and couldn’t sleep peacefully because I was afraid that I’d be covered in them. Woke up and killed more roaches. Again, THIS ‘MOTEL’ IS LITERALLY CRAWLING WITH ROACHES EVERYWHERE. I literally skipped showering before my flight just to leave that place; woke up and found TWO roaches in the bathtub itself.

The linens appeared clean, but honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if they’ve never been washed. The ‘comforter’ certainly hasn’t. The towels and wash clothes were dingy and filthy. I didn’t even want to use them because I wasn’t sure if they’d never been washed or were just dingy. Felt disgusted and literally went and bought a towel and wash clothe from Walmart down the street. The bathroom was also filthy. Looked like the toilet seat had never been cleaned, the shower was gross and dirty.

One of the staff was an a-hole about resetting my room key. Interrogated me and then demanded the room key, fixed it, and threw it back at me because it was the middle of the night before storming off. This is your job dude.

SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN AND GET IT OFF EXPEDIA.

Let's start with the good. It's close to the airport. The room had a microwave and mini fridge. Now for the bad. The television did not work, and even if it had there were no batteries in the remote. Both bedspreads had several cigarette burns. Each bed only had one pillow. And my favorite...... there was no shower curtain????? How does that happen??? I've stayed at much nicer hotels for less money! I would have left and went to another hotel if i hadn't just driven 10 hours.

There was no slower curtain. The sheets were filthy. The ac didn’t work and when you tried to contact the front desk no one would answer. After helping move our daughter from SC to Norfolk with the NAVY we just wanted to rest and it was so disgusting we couldn’t rest. I’ve been workin with Expedia to cancel our 2nd night because we were definitely not staying there and tweeting to get our money back. But these people will not answer the phone for them either. This is definitely the worst place we have ever stayed. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever!

We Left After 45 Minutes - FITHLY and RUDE!

This hotel was filthy inside and out. My daughter rinsed her feet in the tub and used the bathmat to walk across the floor because she want to walk on it bare footed. Half way across the room, the bathmat was black! The bedding was stained, had burn holes, and hair stuck to the sheets. The staff was rude and unhelpful. The late night window required you to yell into a ring doorbell over the street noise and she refused to come to the window. The TV didn’t work and when I called the hotel from my cell inside the room, the man continued to yell at me that wouldn’t help me. After 45 minutes of this ordeal, I booked another hotel and we left. Shame on me for not reading the reviews but we were in a hurry after our flight delayed to the next day. I count on Hotels.com for at least decent rooms and was caught off guard this time. Do NOT stay here and I highly recommend this hotel be removed as an option on the site.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and outrage regarding the conditions of room during my stay from 7/4/25 - 7/5/25. My family and I discovered a significant bug infestation throughout the room, which has made our stay unbearable and directly led to our baby receiving multiple bites, consistent with bed bug bites.
Upon discovering the bugs, I immediately documented the issue with clear photographs and videos. These visuals show numerous bugs on the mattress, bedding, and furniture. The room had a broken mirror, missing microwave and there was supposed to be a mirror above the sink which was missing. Even more distressing was the hotel's response when I contacted the front desk on 7/5/25 at 7:09am. When I reported the severe bug problem and the bites on my baby, the woman I spoke with, with a middle eastern accent, refused to offer any assistance or alternative accommodation. I was explicitly told that I would still be charged for the room, and then she passed the phone to her husband who unprofessionally hung up on me. after multiple attempts to get their names, they refused to disclose this. This behavior is not only unhelpful but deeply disrespectful and completely unacceptable for a hospitality establishment.

Due to the unsanitary and frankly horrifying conditions, and the severe lack of customer service the staff, I recommend to avoid this location.

Yep it was the cheapest option near the airport and it showed. Dirty floor. Dirty bathroom. No shower curtain. Mirror was broken. The bathroom door had a big hole in it. Lights over the bed didnt work. It was a nonsmokimg room but the bedspreads were from smoking rooms (washed but still smelled and had burns in them). I left as early as I could and spent an extra 6 hours in the airport because I wasn't comfortable in the room.

There was a car alarm every 10 minutes to disturb the morning sleep from 6:15 am onwards till 10 am… couldn’t sleep. No electric for TV or lights near wash basin areas, bathroom door didn’t close properly. They downgraded our reservation even when I assured them calling ahead and requesting my CC about coming to the motel little late around 12ish. They gave our confirmed room of double bed to some other customers the front desk says. Had to go out to fetch morning tea/coffee which is supposed to be there… although they advertised about free morning breakfast. They charged the same amount in cash. No good for 1 night for close to 200 bucks … a total rep off.

STAY AWAY! Rooms are dirty , bedding was stained. They only provided a bedspread no top sheet even when asked. One bar of soap and towels were tinted brown and not fit for humans. The owner doesn't care. He said he does only what the franchise requires. But customer service said bedding is not up to their standard. "I recently had a distressing experience at a hotel that fell short of basic cleanliness and maintenance standards. Upon entering my room, I was dismayed to find evidence of poor housekeeping, including a significant cockroach infestation and visible signs of drug paraphernalia on the floor. Furthermore, the toilet was malfunctioning and refused to flush, exacerbating the unsanitary conditions. The bedding was also in disrepair, with noticeable burn holes on the blanket.

When I attempted to address the issue with the hotel staff, I was met with confusion and a lack of transparency regarding payment procedures. Despite having paid for my stay online via credit card, the staff member at the front desk claimed that my payment had not been processed and demanded that I pay in cash or via Cash App. This was particularly perplexing given that both my bank and the booking platform confirmed the successful transaction.

The situation escalated when I was subsequently locked out of my room and forced to vacate the premises, leaving me with no choice but to relocate my belongings. Although the booking company has since initiated a refund, the processing time of 5-7 business days has left me without accommodations and facing significant inconvenience.

In light of this experience, I strongly suggest that the hotel management prioritize addressing the cockroach infestation and overall cleanliness of the property. Allocating resources towards pest control

The tv didn’t turn on with the remote. I went to the front desk and he told me I would have to pull the wire out and put it back in. After doing that it still didn’t work. He then sent someone down, who got it to turn on but you only got one channel. As the night went on the roaches started to come out. My boyfriend called the front desk and the lady said that they only come out at night. He asked could we change rooms and she said no not until the next day and hung up. He called back and talked to someone else who claimed that he didn’t know about any roach problem and we could get a refund for our next night.

When I entered my room, the bed has not been made from the previous guest, the room was dirty. I went to the office and they switched me to a different room when I enter the second room. It was not much better than the first. The room had been cleaned, but I assume with dirty rags and mops. It smelled disgusting and left a lot to be desired. The bedding had holes in it from what seem to be drug use, there were bugs in the room, and although the bed was made, the linen was from a previous guest. There was hair and other noticeable items in the sheets and bedding. The bathroom facilities did not work properly.

Disgusting!!!!!! Roaches, prostitution running all through the motel. I had to stay for a week. So upon arrival i noticed the floors. So i bought a mop and bleach and once the water hit the floor it literally was mud!!!! No lie!!!! It took 6 moppings of the floor for the water to become clear ISH!!!!! My daughter pulled back the top blanket….. which was filthy dirty full of burn holes…… just to find unclean sheets. Crumbs. Makeup smears. There were rooms with busted windows…. That they would rent out cash for a discounted rate!!! There was only one housekeeper who had a bottle of glass cleaner and a toilet brush. Thats what was used to clean everything!!!!! The mop used was brown!!!They charged a service fee of $3.50….. that you had to pay via cash app!!!! Complete dump and scammers!!!! Would NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Your basic "no frill" motel

This was your typical "no frill" motel. A friend and I only utilized the room for a few hours before having to be dropped off at the airport. Aside from cigarette burns on the comforters and sheets (in a non-smoking room), cracks and holes in the walls and doors, stains in the bath tub and ceiling, the TV not being able to turn off, smoke detector dangling from the ceiling, no water pressure from the sink, and killing a roach....the bed was at least bed bug free and comfortable for a couple hours.

No breakfast, no coffee also in lobby, door does not lock easily, had to ask for blanket in bed, TV remote not working from bed bcos cable box behind TV and remote only works behind TV, airport shuttle was paid and not free even though multiple places it said free or $10 but manager said $15

The bathroom door was broke the bathroom roof had a hole in it and it was leaking I didn't get no soap for the for the room I didn't get any courtesy cups for the room the price had changed from the price online they add an additional $15 when I got there very inconvenient wanted it in cash

The spreads were so dirty, dingy, the floor had paint splattered all over it there were holes in wall. Tv didn’t work. The clerk told us our credit card had declined and we needed to pay we immediately checked with credit card which showed we had paid in full. Clerk charged $5.00 service charge we have no idea why. Needed shuttle to airport scheduled it for 9am went to office next morning and told shuttle wasn’t running til 10, we called taxi which was cheaper than they were charging for shuttle. Advertised breakfast included, sign in lobby no breakfast.

The dirtiest, smelliest, dysfunctional roach motel in that area.

You get what you pay for though... Cigarette burns in the bedding, stains on the sheets, TV had no sound, room smelled like mold and a mixture of curry seasoning and smoke...

But at least the lights from the paramedic vehicle and commotion next door was soothing...Not next door as in the property next door...literally the room next door. I can only imagine it was an OD.

Even if you're on a super-tight budget, stay somewhere else.
