Our experience at this hotel was utterly disappointing and frustrating. We arrived at 8:15 PM and were forced to wait for our rooms, which lacked basic amenities like towels and shower gels that had to be repeatedly requested. To make matters worse, the noise from a wedding procession at 4 AM was deafening and made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast service was equally unimpressive, with used cutlery carelessly placed in the utensil stand and coffee served in chipped, broken cups. The lack of attention to detail and basic hospitality was staggering. Needless to say, I would strongly advise against staying here.

It was an amazing trip. The Hyatt Regency hotel is very comfortable and clean. The service was excellent. Everyone was very helpful. The breakfast was another plus at this hotel. They had a wide variety to choose from and everything was cooked fresh. Everything was very very clean at this hotel. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We had issue in bathroom and water was all
Over bathroom. We called for urgent service and nobody showed up to fix the issue for next 2-3 hours

The second issue is when we called front desk to provide service on moving luggage down and they did not send anyone. It was shameful that lady’s have to move all luggage down in elevator. We had total 12 bags and it was very inconvenient.

Nothing but issues from checking in to check out. Don’t go to their restaurants unless you want flies in your food. Aircon in our room wasn’t working, was really cold. Reception staff were friendly. The restaurant manager was rude.

Top class hotel with a few flaws easily remedied

Great comfortable hotel. We were there for 6 nights mid January. We did arrive about 11 am and the hotel had our room ready. Not hotels fault I know but there was a thick fog/smog for the entire 6 days we were there. So consequently very cold outside.
The public areas although very clean were quite cool in particular the Club lounge. In the lounge the drinks service was quite slow mostly. Although the light snacks on offer were very tasty and well presented the 2 hot offerings each night were just luke warm.
Although too cold sit outside never mind swim the pool area was very shabby. The outside of the pool was covered in bird droppings and cracked uneven tiles.
No information in rooms regarding hotel facilities.
Be warned, if there is a wedding going on, which lasts 3 days don’t expect an early night. We were on the 12th floor overlooking the hotel entrance where there is a green area to host the weddings and we were kept awake till early hours on 2 of those nights.
The staff at this hotel were all very polite, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with plentiful options. The room was very comfortable as was the bed (like sleeping on a cloud). From here we did trips to the Taj Mahal and Jaipur which took about 3 1/2 to 4 hours to reach from here. Despite the negatives mentioned above it is a top class hotel and we would go back but would like them to address the few negatives above first.

Unprofessional staff and front desk manager. Usually refrain from being specific and giving names, but need to mention about Diksha and the harrowing experience. The behavior was totally uncalled for. Arrived at the property after a long flight, did two rounds of walking between the room on the 9th floor and the front desk since the keys for room did not work! Requested Diksha to give spare keys for the 3rd time but still weren’t provided and a new room got allotted on the 14th floor. At the time of check out, went to the front desk to check and to clear all the dues and was told they were already done through expedia. After half an hour and on our way to the airport we get chasers and multiple calls that the dues weren’t paid. And it was simply an “error” from the front desk. When we requested them to get in touch after 10 days once we received the cc statement, we are still being harassed by multiple calls and really rude tone by Ms Diksha, who hence forth I requested not want to engage with!

It is not always the guests who create a ruckus and throw tantrums. The hotel staff has to respectful and empathetic towards the guests. The first rule of hospitality industry is to be able to create an experience, be generous and friendly toward the guests.But no apologies or regret was shown at the time of checking in, when we had to run back and forth between the rooms n front desk.A regular guest at the Delhi Hyatt regency but what ill behaved staff at your Gurgaon property.

Worst 5 star hotel ever !

Worst 5 star hotel we ever stayed. No hygiene standards. Food on floor in restaurant - not even cleaned after 1 day; housekeeping using mouth saliva to open sheets, putting bedsheets on their heads, rooms really run down, property run down, menu's old and stinking , the whole hotel stinks. No service orientation. From restaurant Mayank is a disaster, he made us get up from the breakfast section saying table is reserved when there was no sign - and no one even came by the time we ended, asked him for salt (since table salt was empty) - he went to his section and was seen asking somebody else to give since he told us that we were not sitting in his section! Rahul was nice from restaurant. In room dining - we asked someone to get mouth freshner - the guy asked our room number and never bothered to came back. I think it is just a 3 star business hotel and no - where close to a 5 star or a hotel suitable for families. We will never come back to this hotel.

I lodged a complaint with hotel management, the washroom was dirty and drainage was blocked, we couldn't take showers, staff didn't do much to fix the issues and also didn't have the courtesy to offer us a change of room. From no angle its a 5 star hotel(I used my filter criteria). I would rate this hotel below 2 star. I have photos and video too if you need me to share with you.

This did not look like a Hyatt property.
Rooms: Very bad condition, towels where dirty in the bathroom, Mirros and tables where not cleaned properly, and showers did not work properly:

Food: Was there for three days and the breakfast spead was small and not fresh. Luch and Dinner was served in the baquet as i was there for a funtion and the quality was of a three star hotel.

The olny good thing about the hotel is the staff and the lobby.

My stay was awesome at Hyatt Regency, Gurgaon. What I like the most is the cleanliness of the rooms in fact the whole property was clean.
The things which I didn't like about them was there was no valet parking which should be there being it a 5-star property and there were limited options available in breakfast buffet.

A nice friendly hotel but a bit far from delhi

For a happy go merry person, its a fabulous hotel with big comfortable rooms/washroom, fabulous aravali hills' view, elaborate buffet spread and friendly staff. However, to a discerning eye, the budget constraints the hotel is going through and low occupancy effects are apparent. Though the stay was pleasant overall (30th-31st august 2019), we could not enjoy the swimming pool as it was teeming with live mosquitoes and insects. We did not feel it safe to swim in it, though other guests were enjoying. We brought it to notice of duty manager, but the problem could not be rectified during my full duration of stay.

Value for money, little car from Gurgaon

It’s quite a distance out of Gurgaon, but once you in the expressway it doesn’t actually take that long to reach. I stay here often, they frequently run specials so look out. The local area is pretty isolated but if you control your schedule and don’t need to be close to airport then it’s not a bad option.

Lovely, modern spacious hotel. Great customer service, an efficient professional staff and quick room service. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are large with great amenities. A business trip brought five of us to stay for a few nights. I should have checked the actual distance to Cybercity because it turned out to be rather remote. The best rates are for the food, Hyatt Regencies have to be famous for the food, which is really outstanding, here especially the buffet in the main restaurant and the food in the Indian restaurant on the first or second floor. If one looks for breakfast, the better choice is the main restaurant, not the Club Lounge, which was almost empty during our stay and likewise reduced its offering to a few items.

Amazing hotel but far way from everything

Stayed with family on my first trip to India. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and very profressional. Room service food was amazingly delicious even at 3 am (no longer than a 40 min wait but so worth it!)

My only con would be the area, besides being close to the airport (30 mins drive), you are not close to anything else. New Delhi is over an hour drive away. Best way to get around from the hotel is uber, the taxi costs are ridiculously over priced.

One advise would be to shower at night because the hot water runs out in the morning.

Overall I would stay there again under the condition that I have something to do near by.
