I have stayed in at least 400 different hotels in over 58 countries. This has to be one of the two worst experiences. This is a robotic hotel with no staff apart from cleaning and maintenance. If things don’t work, you have to go via AI on WhatsApp. We ended staying for four days in a room that was NEVER CLEANED, with A/C in summer mode, therefore NO HEATING as only cold air came out of the vents, no extra blankets and NO WORKING TELEVISION. We left with no apology, no ability to speak to a real person and definitely REGRET for having booked there. Terrible TERRIBLE

Nice clean hotel but outside noise could be heard from inside room which was on 4th floor. One side of the window could do with better window draught proof. If you need any additional pillow case forget it, they tell you to go to laundry room but they don't stock spare pillows only bed sheets, tea, coffee etc... good hotel location a shame on the noise.

We came in, used our code and just had our room available. Very simple, easy and convenient.
The room was clean, well-stocked and comfortable.
We did have an issue on the first day with the code not working for our door, but the app could open the door as well so we just used that. It was resolved the morning after.
The only real complaint we had was that when using the shower the hot water only worked for the waterfall faucet, and not for the handheld one.

If minimal is your thing, you will like this place. Not a hotel as such; more like a room in an apartment block. No reception or human contact. But served its purpose.

Really enjoyed my stay. The pin process worked really well for me, made it very easy to come and go without worrying about keys/cards etc. The room was really spacious, the bed was very comfy, the shower was great. air con worked really well. Was a very good location, lots of shopping and restaurants around. U bahn was a 4 min walk away. Was very good value. Will definitely stay again if in Berlin.

(I get that it would cost more to have a full reception and bar etc, but even a picture on the wall??). Also the floor in my room was badly scuffed and in need of replacement. Bra rum , vi hade en studio med en liten köksdel, stort och rymligt, välstädat, lugnt, centralt, skön säng. Vi har bott där förut. Har ny regi nu, med själv incheckning på nätet, man får en pin kod som går till alla dörrar, dock ingen personal på plats. Frukost som tillägg, stod dock inget om att det inte var på hotellet, utan det fick vi se när vi väl var på rummet på mailet från hotellet. Frukosten fanns ca400 meter från hotellet, på en liten bar, man fick välja på deras meny tilll en viss summa, långt ifrån en riktig frukostbuffe, det dom hade var väldigt gott dock, men pengarna man fick spendera räckte inte långt, då allt var väldigt dyrt.
Synd för tidigare när vi bott där fanns frukostbuffé på hotellet, som var bra. Vet ej om jag väljer hotellet igen pga. av frukosten,,synd, för övrigt var allt kanonbra.

It was very convenient. A studio with a kitchen was big enough for two of us. We enjoyed quick cooking and eating in. Check-in process was so easy to convenient. We love password system which set us free from dealing room keys. We were fine with getting amenities from service room by ourselves. For us it was better than having someone in the room every day. One defect was that we could not find coffee pods in the room. It seemed that they didn’t check stock regularly. Anyway, overall we were very satisfied with our stay. Thank you.

Great location, clean and convenient , large rooms. Very strange set up. No name on building, just walk in the door, up a couple of flights of stairs, press code to get into a section of floor and another code to get into room. Very safe but incredibly inconspicuous. Wasn’t sure about where I was going and no staff or personal contact with anyone.

Hotellet ligger super centralt, bussen udenfor døren. Tog og bus til Berlin hauptbanhoff omkring 10 min. derfra. Hvis i skal have en til at sove på sovesofaen, så ta’ top madrassen fra sengen og lig på. Det er en elendig sovesofa, tipper hvis man ligger for meget i den ene side og der er ingen støtte.

Beautiful hotel, great location. Room was as expected. We knew it would be small, but we were just there to sleep and shower. They have a great public space, if you find yourself there for awhile and don't want to spend your time in the room. Close to public transportation. They did a lot to work in storage in the small space. If you're a washcloth user, bring your own (this has been true all over Europe so far, just a tip, not a ding on the hotel.)

The hotel was transiistioning from About Berlin Hotel to Numa Kudamm services apartments it was not ready to accept guests. We had no air con, no kitchen equipment and none of the facilities described the reception had been gutted

The staff was amazing, extremely helpful. The breakfast was a buffet that kept being replenished from 7 am to 11am (and it was good, a lot of salty and sugary options). The shower had good pressure and good temperature. The location was very close to the underground and train station (is at 40min from the airport by train).

We had a very nice stay. The whole place had a cool vibe to it. The room was spacious and comfortable and the beds were excellent. Will definitely stay again on our return to Berlin.

Hotel is not yet finished. Some of the materials used to build are a bit cheap. It is not 4 star hotel level quality. As a 3 star hotel it would be good.

Das Zimmer war mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Leider wurde der Müll bei uns im Zimmer nicht entleert bevor wir kamen und im Eimer war eine Flüssigkeit, die nach Urin roch. Um 15:30 wurde Bescheid gegeben, dann nochmal um 18 Uhr und nochmal gegen 21 Uhr und trotz der Benachrichtigung, dass das Reinigungsteam sich hierum kümmern soll, ist nicht passiert.
Zudem war noch eine Unterhose (die nicht von uns war) auf der Heizung.

Tolles Hotel in top Lage. Mein Zimmer mit Balkon lag zum Hinterhof raus und war total ruhig. Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln, Wasserkocher und diverse Sorten Teebeutel und dazu noch ein paar kleine Aufmerksamkeiten vom Hotel zur Begrüßung.

El hotel no tiene ningun personal jo servicio. Todo (registro, solicitud de desayuno, solicitud de limpieza, etc) es a travea de la web.

Vi havde et dejligt str. L værelse med siddeområde med sofa, det var rent og pænt og med god plads. Hotellet er uden reception og indtjekningen foregik med en kode som modtages på mail på ankomstdagen, det var nemt og virkede super fint.
Hotellets beliggenhed er fuldstændig perfekt på Ku’damm midt mellem Gedächtniskirche og Ka-De-We, så der summer af liv udenfor. På trods af at værelset lå ud mod gaden med udsigt til julelysene på Ku’damm, hørte man ikke meget larm og de gode mørklægningsgardiner sørgede for at der var mørkt når vi sku sove.
Hotellet har ikke morgenmad, men lige rundt om hjørnet ligger den hyggeligste lille bager/café som serverer morgenmad til en meget overkommelig pris.

We had a hard time trying to check in. No staff available and no answer on the number provided in my confirmation from hotels . I tried to get virtual help but no success . It repeated the booking as the only answe . Finally we managed to call a number linked to the company of the hotel . We had to become members and download their app .
