From check-in to check-out, this little hotel was wonderful, quiet, clean. The decor was beautiful and tastefully done. The location was off the main areas, tucked away in the little back neighborhoods of Venice. It was very safe location, just around the corner from a restaurant we loved and dined at twice.

Lovely little hotel near the grand canal. 25 minute walk to main bus station. 25 minute walk to St Marks Square. Love the antique asthetic of the rooms. Breakfast for 10 euros was delicious and they had a great variety. Staff were all very friendly and accomodating. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Venice!

This was our favourite place we stayed in Italy! The staff was friendly, the room was clean (and huge!), and the location was quiet but convenient. Breakfast was decent but cost an additional €10 per person. Would highly recommend Locanda Ca’ Zose to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay that is only a 2 minute walk to a ferry taking you to the heart of Venice!

Surprise, no air conditioner during a hot summer night of no sleep. No breeze. Just your sweat slowly running down your skin and no refund as they said they would issue us. What a disappointment! I liked it because it was a quiet area away from the crowds. You could take a traghetto to san.marco side or walk for an extra 10 minutes and cross at a bridge. It was definitely less crazy and less touristy. The stores nearby also sold more artisan items and not touristy items, perhaps its because of its proximity to the Guggenheim museum. The room was nice and on theme, washroom was modern and clean. There was ac! Although I would've like some instructions on how to ventilate the room better.

This location is close to the Salute water bus stop. We got the unlimited pass and we were able to get around town easily. The staff was pleasant and checked us in quickly. The micro hotel nature of this property was nice. The style was also nice. Unfortunately, the renovation apparently used slightly inferior products. The laminate floor squeaked, the refrigerator didn’t work, the bathroom sink sprayed water on the user, and the body jet unit in the shower didn’t work at all. Bottom line is that the unit concept was nice, but the execution was lacking a bit.

This hotel served us well. One thing to be mindful of is that it is in the “wrong” side of the grand canal. This means that to reach the main square there is extra walking required to back track to the bridge. However if you don’t mind paying there are several boat services nearby. Additionally, the WiFi connection was not great in the room. Not always important but something to keep in mind. But for the price it was a good hotel

Not centrally located but that was good as well as there was no late night noise. a little cramped for 4 people but not too bad. For the price is was a very nice visit. My daughter did end up leaving her ipad in the hotel and they made sure to reach out and help me get it mailed back out to us in the United States. Overall happy with them and would stay there again. And Venice is very hard not to be happy and like it anyways as it is one of the most beautiful places anywhere!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. Something we didn’t think about that I would like to highlight is getting to the hotel. Venice is full of stairs and carrying luggage from the train station to the hotel was quite the workout- however, that was not on the hotel it was just on us for lack of research.
The hotel is very very clean. The buffet is an additional charge. The bathroom was very very very tiny. No legroom for toilet. In March, there is no AC which is common for Italy however with how small the room was the heat from the shower sky rocketed the room temperature and made it very uncomfortable. However we were able to open windows so that did help and we ran very cold water to help counteract the steam.
Would I stay again? I would try to find something a bit closer to the station but the view, location to some highlights, and the price point were great.

Although off the beaten path our hotel was a quiet escape from the noise and activity of city center.
32 steps and no AC but shower was lovely snd room was spacious with a sitting area outside our room. Did not eat here and only 2 nites. But a lovely hotel snd helpful staff

Clean and quiet stay in Venice

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The room was very clean and the front desk was friendly. The location was great as it was close to the attractions but in a quiet/safe area. The one con was having to walk from the bus station as the taxi was expensive, but I think that would be anywhere in Venice
