We had a truly exceptional stay. The hotel is immaculate and beautifully maintained, and it was clear throughout our visit that the team takes great pride in every detail. I often noticed staff carefully checking the property to ensure everything remained in perfect condition.

The gentleman overseeing the breakfast buffet each morning deserves special recognition. His leadership and professionalism stood out immediately—he clearly leads by example and creates a welcoming, well-run atmosphere for both guests and staff. Please extend our appreciation to him and the breakfast team for starting each day so wonderfully.

From the moment we stepped out of our taxi, the service was outstanding. The staff greeted us warmly and were attentive from the very start, making us feel incredibly welcomed—almost like receiving celebrity treatment.

Our room also offered a beautiful view overlooking Hyde Park. Watching the morning activity in the park—people walking their dogs and the wildlife just across the street—added such a peaceful and charming element to our stay. The location is also incredibly walkable, making it easy to explore many of London’s highlights.

We were visiting London for a special mother–daughter trip to celebrate my daughter’s final year of pre-med studies, and the hotel helped make the experience even more memorable.

As a small suggestion, daily vacuuming of guest rooms and at least one bedding change during a six-night stay would further enhance what is already a w

Our room was in a 13th century annexe and accessed via a steep and narrow stone spiral staircase. Not for the faint hearted! The hotel sauna is also down steep stairs.

Our three-night stay at Schlössle Hotel in Tallinn was wonderful. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and very well run. Our rooms were small but perfectly comfortable, the bathrooms spotless, and the whole hotel quiet and peaceful. On cool autumn days, the fireplace in the lobby made coming in from the chilly streets feel especially cozy, and breakfast was both extensive and delicious. The staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely interested in our daily adventures, always ready with excellent restaurant tips and directions. We’re pleased to say we really enjoyed our visit to charming Tallinn, and we’ll definitely be back, looking forward to staying at Schlössle Hotel once again.

We had an amazing stay and wish we had longer in this beautiful luxury boutique hotel. Very centrally located in the old town of Tallin, close to great restaurants and shopping. The room was comfortable and warm and the breakfast was lovely. The staff were most obliging and helpful. We treated ourselves to the amazing private sauna. Overall, a wonderful stay and would recommend it highly. Hope to be back here some time.

A bit disappointed with a couple of things, service very slow for drinks since there is no bar the drinks come from the restaurant downstairs up to the lobby area so I had to ask reception a couple of times. I was woken by someone loudly shovelling snow early on a Sunday morning when I was hoping for a lie in. The room was stifling hot despite turning off the radiator. There was no tea or coffee facilities in the room.

Stayed here for a long weekend in Tallinn. Good stay but didn’t really live up to 5 stars as marketed and priced. Location great and building itself very characterful. Room was nice with comfortable bed, bathroom functional and other amenities ok. Reason for lower score is down to a few things; (1) breakfast & service generally average to poor with us constantly having to ask/chase for things as there was no plates, orders forgotten, food/coffee warm/cold on arrival etc. (2) charging 5 star prices for a 4 star hotel at best and (3) felt like lots of things were additional add on prices all the time.

Tallinn is busier than Riga but just as charming of an old town.. It is a port city so it is geared to cruise ship visits. Lots of history, clean, walkable.

From first stepping into the lobby, it is impossible not to be charmed by the Schlössle's old-world elegance -- the exposed beams, the crackling fire, etc. The staff were incredibly accommodating and outgoing, and the one issue with our room (the safe wasn't functioning) was fixed within minutes.

The room itself was lush and comfortable, very well-appointed, and overlooked the beautiful streets of Old Town. There were no USB ports for charging our devices, but the front desk had plenty of adapters we could use for no additional fee. Location was within the boundaries of old town, but not so central that we were awakened by folks coming out of bars and restaurants.

Breakfast was delicious, with many options, and our dinner at the hotel restaurant was quite good as well.

Overall, a wonderful experience -- highly recommended!

The small but unique Schlössle Hotel - The Leading Hotels of the World comes highly recommended. It's location is quiet but central to the old Tallinn town, and tucked away behind the popular town square (only a few minutes away).

For our four-night stay, the room was very comfortable and, although contained no coffee or tea making facilities, it had a well-stocked mini bar. Breakfast was excellent and, again, staff here were very friendly and attentive. We didn't eat at the hotel's restaurant and will look forward to booking a table on our next visit. All-in-all, the Schlössle Hotel afforded a lovely stay in a lovely city.

We enjoyed our recent stay.

Pros- breakfast had good choices and was filling, comfortable rooms, excellent staff, outstanding location. It has a unique old world charm matched with modern amenities.

Cons - no elevator (one in our party struggled). With early departure they weren't able to support any takeaway breakfast. Neither are dealbreakers for us - just being thorough.

This was the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed at. Their attention to detail is outstanding standing. The staff goes above and beyond love and beyond they are super friendly spoke wonderful English and we're very helpful helpful in everything. The hotel is super clean it is in the heart of the Old Town and has tons of history. It is one of the top boutique hotels in the world. The Queen of England stayed here along with a long list of other dignitaries. This is a place you will never forget. If you go to Tallin you should stay here, you will not regret it!

Adorable hotel

This is a beautiful little hotel. Very historic, with tremendous staff and a great location. We had unusually warm weather, so the A/C struggled a little, but it was just a minor issue.

It’s a shame such a wonderful hotel and great service had to cheat me on my room!!! I have booked a Deluxe Room that sleeps 3 people but my room was downgraded to the regular and smaller double bed room only because I asked 2 people sleeping separately. What I don’t understand did 3 people supposed to be sleeping on the same bed if my booked room couldn’t accomodante 2 people?! Also I have been lied that my room was upgraded at the hotels expense, in fact it was definitely downgraded even comparing the pictures of the rooms! No partial refund was issued even that I stayed just 1 night and have paid for 7 person dinner in the on-site restaurant! Very disappointed!!!

The Schlosse Hotel has a great sense of history and the staff is super-welcoming. The breakfast was fabulous! There was some confusion about the category of room (double versus queen bed) that I booked which was quickly sorted out. A tip - the double rooms are small, check and confirm with hotel directly if you want a queen bed. Some of the furniture upholstery needs a shampoo or replacement but otherwise it’s a great place.

The overall atmosphere in the hotel as soon as you walked through the door into the reception area with a fabulous fireplace was just lovely after a cold day outside. The private sauna was enjoyable too.
All the staff were very attentive especially our waiter in the morning.
Everything you need is within walking distance, would highly recommend a staff there.

Beautiful entrance with fireplace , junior suite is not as good as in pictures. Small 90’s apartment style bathroom with not functioning hair dryer, not friendly service. Staff made a Lot of mistake , giving wrong keys, delivering wrong room service. No compensations of mistakes. Asking concierge best djnner they recommended their own restaurant which in reviews is not the best. 3 star service 4 star interiors. Not 5 star experience.

We highly enjoyed our stay at Schlossle Hotel.

Staff was super friendly always ready to help. The rooms very clean and very cozy. I did personally find them very hot and wasn’t able to reduce the heat.

The location of the hotel is perfect within the Old Town.

We had dinner several times in the hotel, and food was excellent!

For the smokers, it has a cigar lounge, the temperature is quite cool inside, but better than smoking outside.

Nice and cozy hotel! Location is nice at the heart of the old town. However, be careful of the rooms 18 and 19 (particularly if you are with kids). They are situated in the 2nd floor with steep and old stony steps which need to be extra careful when heading up or down.

Perfect for a romantic weekend

We had a wonderful weekend in Tallinn, staying at the Schlossle.
Perfect check-in with Martin who was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was romantic and nicely furnished. Only gripe was that the towels were a little old for such a luxurious hotel. The breakfast was very high standard, with a good buffet selection and eggs and pancakes cooked to order. We ate at Stenhus restaurant on our last evening. It is in the hotel but the food and service were superb. This is a perfect hotel for a romantic weekend away. In the heart of the beautiful old town and minutes walk from many of the major attractions.
