We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location was good with restaurants and a metro stop close by. The Jardin des Plantes, a beautiful garden with a zoo and museums, was half a block away. The hotel was clean and well maintained though very small. If you can manage with a small space, this is a good bargain. The front desk staff were very warm, welcoming, and helpful.

Yes on shops! Not sure on WiFi. Walked to Notre Dame along the Seine, ate lunch at Bonaparte's and walked Rue St. Germaine back to Libertel. Took early train from d'Austerlitz. Same on the return!

When walking in we was greeted by a lovely man at reception, smiley and very welcoming…

Check in was quick and straight forward, bed are okay a bit hard for the back but comfy.

The walls are very thin, you can hear next doors conversation and also people above you having their showers and conversations but it is what it is…

Amazing beautiful restaurants along the strip outside the hotel and very close to the metro and train stations

3-day family stay in somewhat noisy Paris

Great location, 2 minutes from Metro and 20 minutes walk to gare de Lyon.
Very small lobby with free water station, both flat and sparkling! There was a €5 Express to-go breakfast option which was great and cheaper to most other sit-down options nearby.
Elevator does NOT take you to your floor. You need to walk up or down one half floor.
Room was small but functional: we had the family room.
Noisy: Construction was in full swing across the street, starting at around 7am. It woke me up but the rest of the family slept ok.
Several ambulances and police cars passed by during the night, probably due to the presence of an nearby hospital.

I stayed here because of its proximity to Gare de Lyon - just a 15 minute walk but half the price of the hotels right at the station. The room was typical Parisian tiny but so well organized it wasn’t bad! The bathroom even had a shelf for toiletries which is such a nice bonus and it wasn’t crazy small. The room was very clean and modern and had a coffee/tea maker plus a little mini fridge. The best part was the AC which worked great as it was over 90 degrees in Paris. The immediate area is fine- nothing particularly charming but you’re so close to other areas/metro/the Seine it’s no big deal plus there is a huge botanical garden right behind the hotel which was lovely.

Very nice little hotel in a great location and for a reasonable price! It's closeness to Gare d'Austerlitz and Gare de Lyon metro and RER stations makes a great difference compared to other hotels of similar style

The hotel was well situated within a short walking distance of Gare d'Austerlitz (Metro 5 & 9 + RER C) so easy to get around. Very clean hotel and good continental breakfast for 12€. Ideally situated with a choice of bar/restaurants, a small supermarket and medical centre adjacent. Our room, although compact, was comfortable and very clean. The staff were very helpful and our room came with free WiFi. There was filtered tap water readily available to refill our water bottles whenever we wished. The room had air conditioning, although this was controlled through the front desk so you had to ask for it to be changed to your comfort. Although on a main street and close to the station we slept well in comfortable beds. We would stay again without hesitation.

The room was very small but just ideal for our ciry break. The bed was so comfy i wanted to take it home. Shower cubicle and room very small and not built for those with wider frames, however, the water was hot and the room, loo and shower were spotlessly clean. No fault, i would stay again

The hotel is very near the Austerlitz and Lyon train stations, walking distance. We took the Train to Versailles($4.20Euro each way). Breakfast at the hotel was good and there are some good and very friendly restruants just out the front door.

Probably fine for Paris but expensive and tiny! the rception area was crampd and the luggage storge room was tiny and not that secure. Bed very comfortable but strange bathroom which was not at all private. Only two tea bags - mean! Had thought we might be able to get changed after flying 30 hours as we were too early for check in but there is literally NO ROOM to do that. Sam ar reception very helpful and friendly.

Very small room and bathroom. The shower doors to the bathroom did not close properly as a result - there was a lot of water that flooded the bathroom floor. The room itself is very tiny and for the same price, a larger room in a different hotel is easily available. The smell in the room was musty and did not feel very comfortable.

Location was very convenient and close to restaurants and a train station, but our room was right by the street and we could hear every car and bus and train that went by, the honking, ambulance sirens, and people talking from the street. We were repeatedly woken up multiple times during the night on all the nights that we stayed—we did not get any good sleep. The hotel doors themselves slam loudly so our neighbors going in and out at late hours of the day also kept us up. Rooms were promised to be soundproof but were not. The bathroom had barely any counter space. No toiletries were provided. The toilet never flushed all the way even after several attempts. The shower was cramped and the water was prone to leaking out onto the floor. The double bed was in reality 2 small beds pushed together. I did like the filtered water machine on the ground floor which was convenient. Most of the staff was nice.

Great little hotel

This hotel is opposite the Austerlitz Gare and perfectly positioned.
It has plenty of restaurants/bakery at it's doorstep and it's easy to get around with the Metro right there.
The hotel is very small, but it's clean and the triple room we had was modern and lovely.
We were worried it would be noisy as it was on the street, first floor above a bar but it was actually really quiet!
Great shower!! beds very comfortable with plenty of pillows.
We were driving (during Olympics) and we found a Zenpark space 6 mins away, which was perfect!

Fantastic Hotel in a great Location

Fantastic hotel right across from a major train station serving several Metro lines and lines outside of Paris. The hotel breakfast was quite good, the breakfast room was clean and had some good options. Use of stairs required, but I wasn't phased by that. Room was bigger than I thought it would be. Loved the heated towel rack - great way to dry my clothes after hand washing them!

Handy location close to the train station. The room was nice and clean with tea and coffee making facilities. The negative was that the elevator stops half a storey below the room, requiring you to carry suitcases up/down half flight of stairs. The rooms and corridor are carpeted so there is a musky smell to the hotel. Also being so close to the staton meant being on the main road so lots of traffic noise throughout the night. Hotel lobby/entrance very small and reception staff was a bit abrupt, not the most friendliest.

We enjoyed the central location and cleanliness of the room. Wish we’d been able to check in earlier, would’ve been nice to rest for 20 minutes after all the travel and carting our bags around on the metro but we were quite thankful they let us store our bags until we could return to check in to our room. Perfect overnight stay in well designed room.

Elevator was not operational. Had to go up flights of stairs with a torn ACL. Staff was also not the friendliest. Key deactivated multiple times on the first attempt to open room door. Was told to go downstairs for new one as opposed to staff coming up with new keys. Wouldn’t be a big issue if the lift was functional.

The good news for this hotel is that it is super close to the Austerlitz train station. The bad news is that it is pretty noisy. When we arrived the elevator was out of service and we were required to take the luggage upstairs ourselves, to the 4th floor. The room is basic but clean. The bathroom door was broken, which shoes of rather poor maintenance.

Great base for exploring Paris/spending a day at Disneyland as Gare de Lyon is only c10 mins walk. We had a triple room with our teen daughter and it was great. Express breakfast option very good for smaller appetites. All staff so professional and helpful. We will be back!

Room provided not what I purchased. Pictures are misleading. 30 Euros Extra charge for early check in while having rooms available!! crazy!! no consideration with elderly guest after travelling all night long.
We have travel many places in Europe (2nd time in Paris), never been charged for early check in.
After complaining about the room not being what we booked, not very happily we were offer a different one slightly bit better and told \"take it or leave it\"!! Great way to treat a guest! under my supervision this person do not last a day.

I was quite dissatisfied with the severe understaffing issue that resulted in me being locked out of the building at 4 am. Having to wait outside in the early hours is not only inconvenient but also raises safety concerns, as it relies on the front desk attendant returning to unlock the main door.

The property served its purpose. The air conditioner wouldn’t stay running and they have a limit that would not let us adjust it lower than 21 C. Being on the 5th floor it was hot plus it was 37 C outside! We would wake up sweating in the middle of the night. I did contact the staff via email but never got an answer. The lady at the front desk was not helpful- maybe didn’t speak good enough English but was much better than our French 😂

I gave 5 stars because overall it was a good value stay. However the walls are thin and you can hear people in the hall or in the room next to you. And in the morning the cleaners are noisy starting at 8:30 am.

Also the wifi was inconsistent sometimes.
But good area, great restaurants nearby, good ataff.

Despite being next to a train station, the room was quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very clean, spacious and modern. Staff very friendly and helpful. We never tried the breakfast, but it looked like a good variety. I will really refund it. It was in an excellent location, close to amenities and within walking distance to the centre.

Great little hotel

Good location, less than a 10 minute walk to the Bateau hop on hop off service. A quaint hotel with good amenities. Very clean, good amenities and very close to the metro . There are several restaurants within a short distance as well as a small supermarket.
