We loved the hotel, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. They really went beyond to help us with everything we need it. They helped us book our shuttle transportation to the airport, which was a big plus since we were leaving at dawn. The area is very convenient, the restaurants close by were amazing and had a really good vibe. As females we felt safe and were able to walk and enjoy the neighborhood.

Excellent staff and location. Family room worked really well for us. Monmatre is a fantastic district in Paris- everything on your doorstep -food and transport. Sacre coeur basilica is a wonderful end to a busy day of touring -and then it's an easy potter downhill.

A great hotel, in a great location

A nice hotel just a few minutes walk from Pigalle Metro station. Some lovely restaurants and cafes within walking distance, or venture into the city using the nearby Metro, Bus and Taxi Ranks.
The hotel is clean, well maintained with rooms cleaned daily.
We didn't take the breakfast option here, so cannot comment, but breakfast is also easily obtained in the many cafes, boulangeries and patisseries nearby.
Although there is a \"red light\" area close by Pigalle Station, it is very tame and we were able to walk freely and without concern as a family.
Staff are very friendly.
Overall I would recommend this as a good hotel to stay at. The close proximity to the Metro (Line 2 and 12) is perfect.

This was an absolutely outstanding place to stay. It felt very authentic for the area, boasted a great breakfast, and had some incredibly kind, efficient, and thorough staff members. If you decide to stay here and see Imed, please tell him I send my Appreciation once again for all he did while we were there!

One thing that I absolutely love about this hotel is that it is in a very walkable area of the city with so. Very. Much. History! And we know the Paris is full of history, but the fact that the Monmart area and Rue des Martyres, and Sacre Couer with its funicular and spectacular view, as well as a nearby children’s merry-go-round, makes it an outstanding area to spend some time in.

If you are looking for good food or fresh groceries or (you name it!), it’s probably easily within walking distance of this hotel. Clean, safe, and excellently situated. Parfait!

Pathetic behaviour of a filthy hotel

It was terrible, the room was in poor condition for that price, the night staff on the first night was very rude and didn’t care, toilet was not clean when informed him, he came bluntly and said I can’t do anything someone will come next morning, he also said U might have made it dirty and even started shouting at me, he ignored me and attended other customers and spoke in French about me and tried to mock, and smirked at me… absolutely pathetic behaviour spending€904 and service was pathetic I would never use Hotels app and never recommend anyone I have never been to such poor condition hotel and rude behaviour of the night staff on first night stay, rest were still fine, it spoiled all my mood and my holiday small size bathroom beds of poor quality legs of bed week and squeaking, small rake for towels, not enough soap and shampoo, very poor experience in overall

Great trip in Paris!

Hotel location was really good, Pigalle metro is just 3 minutes from the hotel. It's great to be close to visit all the nice attractions in Paris. Also we were really close to Sacre Coeur and Moulin Rouge area which is very vibrant area. The only thing we did not like is that our room was in the 6th floor and there was only a lift up to 5th floor, so it meant we have to climb stairs from 5th to 6th floor, lift was really tiny and very slow. However, we liked our room! Great trip in Paris!

Location was excellent - close to bakeries, groceries, pharmacy, restaurants and train stations. A walk away from the centre of Montmarte and la louvre. However it was like living in a hostel - the walls were very thin the first nights sleep was terrible as you can hear walking on the floors from other levels and people next door.

The room was soooo much smaller than all the photos on line. They were not changing our sheets until I had to ask them and even then they forgot to make up our room the last day. Supposedly they say they have until 5pm to clean. We left before 10am and came back past midnight to find nothing was done. It was literally the only thing I thought they at least did right. Frankly I was truly very embarrassed reserving this place for my family as they always knew me to pick the right hotels to stay at. Also, when we first arrived we literally had to drag our luggages on top of piled cleaning equipment and clutter in the very tight hallway to get into the door.

Nice place, be aware the lift is smalll

We were pleasantly surprised at the Parisian boutique style hotel. It was clean and the man who greeted us was very helpful. I will say the elevator is extremely small, and can only take 2 people at a time, not for the claustrophobic. Also it only goes up to the 5th floor and our room was on the 6th which was only an issue when carrying luggage. The street was lovely, the area was great. Easy walk to the train. The cafe on the corner of our block was so good we ate there twice in our 3 day stay.

Stayed here a few years past and returned. Has had face lift and new owners and staff who take genuine interest in your stay and well being. Provided early check in which was appreciated. Room cleaned daily & towel change. While limited facilities Wi-Fi was free all over. Didn’t try breakfast 12euro but free croissant/pain chocolate to lift at reception were delicious. Good locality for metro and some nice restaurants down towards Saint George. I say in all my Expedia reviews acid test , I would stay here again. Budget, value and service so well done Migny

Great little hotel in Montmartre - recommended!

Terrific little hotel - Abdel who was running the show when we were there could not be more accommodating and helpful as well as engaging - it's great to see that the staff at the hotel care about their clients. Location is great too for the Montmartre area and all the wonderful music shops, cool boutiques, and great places to eat. In some ways a typical small Paris hotel but they care, the beds are comfortable, the A/C works well, the lighting and lock systems are up to date, and they have very useful facilities such as lounge / breakfast / bar / luggage room. We will return!
