Nice hotel, perfect spot for shopping, west end. Opposite a park. During our stay they said their usual restaurant wasn’t available so gave us tokens to get breakfast at a local Wetherspoon's, which was ok but we hadn’t been told about this when booking or beforehand, only when we arrived.

I watched staff on the welcome desk and they consistently made guests feel welcome! Well done.
Some nice touches in the room with sink/stove/microwave... a bathroom with bright lighting.

The hotel is located in a great part of the city and it is walkable to many local attractions. The rooms are clean and quiet. It is however quite expensive for what you get, especially in the winter when you cannot enjoy the lovely outdoor patio. Our room had a slanted ceiling (6th floor facing the fields) which made it challenging from (5'3\") to get in and out of bed.

Photos are intentionally misleading, I spent a lot to upgrade to a superior room based on the photos showing a large soaking tub in the bathroom (specifically for my wife who has joint issues and a good soak really helps her). Upon arrival I was placed in a room with no tub, that looked completely different from the photos I booked based on. After speaking to the front desk I was informed there was ONE TUB in the entire hotel- and it was located in a smaller room with no kitchenette two floors down IN THE BASEMENT. No windows, no view, a depressing little dungeon. Mind you they display the photos of the brand new beautiful bathroom with the large tub under their “superior room” when in all actuality they have 1 tub on the entire premises and it’s not in a superior room. Very disappointing.

There was only one operational elevator for the building which could lead to long queue times at peak check in/out hours.

We do not immediately note the property only cleans/restocks rooms every other day - so please be sure to stock toilet roll, towels, and coffee pods at check-in as it will not be regularly refreshed and we quickly ran out of all three of those items.

The location is great for walking distance to places, but the street is not idyllic London.

Excellent location a 3 minute walk from Holborn tube and a 10 minute walk to Covent Garden. Superb safe and quiet location opposite Lincoln Fields Park. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds . Couldn’t fault this hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

I wasn’t given the opportunity to swap one date to another in the same month, only two weeks later, with availability and at the same rate, due to soaring my ankle 3 days ago leading to being unable to travel to London from Leeds. A charged of £350 would have bed. Incurred in addition to what I’d already paid. I was asked to provide a letter from the Doctors which is unavailable in the UK and can take upto 4 weeks to do so.

The main issue was that you can't control the heating from your room, you need to contact reception which isn't something you want to do in the middle of the night.
Bed was nice and comfy. The only other issue we had was that due to a nearby fire, there was no WiFi and there is no pgone signal in the rooms.

Everything is very clean and we had a pleasant room outfitted with kitchenette.Room is set up with plenty USB connections for modern travelers. The location, Lincoln’s Inn Fields, while convenient to transportation, shopping , etc., is a beautiful park that offers quiet in the noisy city. Maria at reception was particularly pleasant. We appreciate that Club Quarters has good coffee and water available for guests 24/7.

Excellent stay at the Club Quarters Hotel. Room was clean and laid out well with a very comfortable bed. Being an international traveller, the USB ports near the bed were handy to avoid using international plugs. Bathroom had great amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, moisturizer, and 3-ply toilet paper.

Location was in a quiet area of London and I didn't hear any outside noise. Within a 5-minute walk to various tube stations.

Staff at front desk was friendly and welcoming. Complimentary coffee drinks and water bottles in the lobby was a great added benefit.

We stayed at this Club Quarters primarily for ease of seeing Matilda in the evening, was a lovely hotel and we had a good nights sleep! If you’re having breakfast at the restaurant next door I’d recommend getting there early as it’s buffet style so some of the hot food was a but chewy!

Room was great, reasonably spacious, comfortable queen size bed, staff were excellent, WiFi was average, breakfast is available at a restaurant that is “attached” by covered walkway to the hotel. We ate there only on the first morning. Coffee was literally terrible, very small selection of fruit and other cereals and hot items, no gluten free bakery items at all. For the price of 23.50GBP per person, it was poor value and quality.

Great hotel with easy check in and a 24 hour coffee/tea station in the lobby. Great option for traveling with friends or fam, spacious and clean rooms and the breakfast was 22p per person and absolutely worth it. The location was a 10/10, near every bus and a major underground station while also walkable to soho & british museum/trafalgar square. Also, the hotel was on a really cute street and will def come back when i visit london again.

I had a fantastic stay at Club Quarters Hotel Covent Garden Holborn. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of London, with Covent Garden, the West End theatres, and Holborn station all just a short walk away. It made exploring the city so easy and stress-free.

The room was modern, spotless, and well-designed for both work and relaxation. The bed was very comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and little touches like the complimentary water stations on each floor were a big plus. Everything felt geared towards making the stay as smooth as possible.

Staff were welcoming and efficient throughout my visit. Check-in was quick and easy, and I found everyone genuinely helpful, whether it was answering questions or giving local recommendations.

The atmosphere is relaxed but professional, and it really does feel like a “home base” in London rather than just a hotel. For business trips or city breaks, this place ticks all the boxes.

Overall, Club Quarters Holborn offers excellent value, comfort, and convenience in one of the best locations in London. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Front of the hotel faces out onto Lincoln’s Inn Fields (park) and there is a lovely patio area to sit and drink coffee. There is a rear entrance/exit directly onto Kingsway with easy access to Covent Garden and the theatres. Staff can’t do enough to help and will certainly stay there again.

This is a nice property with comfortable rooms that are spacious for Central London. That means that booking through them is expensive. Otherwise great location walkable to all the usual tourist locations. Lindon is great that way with the Underground being a very very convenient safe and easy transit option.

We would most def book again..However, my daughter's hotel room's AC was broken from the 1st night we arrived and unfortunately, she did not let us know until the 2nf from last day. The front desk staff had manually override the system but upon our arrival that evening it was still very hot in her room. We called down and they said they had fixed it but when i went into her rooom the next morning, it was probably about at least 80 degrees F. The staff was very friendly right from the start and we had no issues. The location is a short walk to the hop on hop off bus and subway, yet set back enough from the main street where you can enjoy a nice quiet night sleep. The room is spacious and clean, 1 out of 3 of our rooms had a microwave and a fridge but unfortunately, the fridge was not working properly (in the room wiht no ac). Aside from the minor set backs, we are quit happy with our stay an still book again if we plan another trip to london in the future. They were more than accomodating at check in, allowing us to store away our luggage early and shower in the lower bathroom, and notifying us when our rooms were available early (at 10:38am). I have to guve them props for going above and beyond there....

This was an awesome place to stay for an American family visiting for a week. Quiet and very comfortable with an ideal central location for many of the sites you would want to visit. The staff is amazing. They also have a fairly amazing coffee machine that you can get drinks from whenever you'd like. That was a nice touch.

Great location with Holborn underground station 2 minutes walk away. Out family room was a good size for central London. The queen size bed was very comfortable but the sofa bed quite the opposite! A good selection at breakfast but no good coffee! Coffee machine in foyer was good though. Staff throughout were very friendly & helpful!

Liked free coffee, tea, water in lobby. Nice terrace area with tables in front of the hotel was relaxing & quiet. Room was very clean and ac worked well. Bed was comfortable & bathroom was decent. Convenient for Covent Garden, restaurants, shopping & theatres.

Disliked that some rooms were in the basement or had a window onto a narrow dark shaft. This was not made clear on Expedia nor on the hotel website. Price seemed high for that type of room. Staff were helpful when room with actual window with daylight was requested.

I specifically asked for a quiet room far away from the elevator and was given a room across the elevator. The room smelled really badly my daughter wanted to throw up. So we requested another and was told only the one on the ground floor was available. That room smelled fine but was right by the door to the breakfast room which kept getting slammed disturbing us constantly. My husband forgot his pants and the hotel didn’t find them despite the fact that they said they did, and my husband walked back to retrieve them. In general, it was a pain communicating with the hotel.

Fire alarm nightmare

The fire alarm sounded 28 times between 1.30am and 2.30am. Initially told that someone was smoking on the 6th floor and then that there was a faulty panel! Night porter could not contact support and hotel guests were left milling around at reception and outside wondering whether to risk going back to their rooms or waiting for the situation to be satisfactorily resolved.
Completely unacceptable...I am amazed that the hotel has it's Fire Certificate.
I fully expect Club Quarters to refund the entire cost of our stay not only for ruining our stay but slso, and crucially, put all our lives at risk by having a faulty, non-compliant fire alarm system.
I expect to hear from you at your esrliest convenience.
No sleep, highly distressing and worryingly slow response from hotel staff.
Won't be staying in any Club Quarters Hotels again.

Room was perfectly clean. One of the cleanest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. The bed is a Hypnos and extremely comfortable, medium firm. Bedding was amazing!

Breakfast is in a different building around the corner but we did not use this or go in.

The only thing that let this hotel down is the wifi! It is marketed as ultra fast wifi but this was not the case and I had difficulty working all day from the hotel.
The WiFi dropped in and out and this was not acceptable for a Teams meeting, were I was not clearly heard as the internet lagged so bad. At times it was totally lost which affected working.

A lovely stay that made us feel at home

We had an amazing stay here. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. After we got in the first room and found it too small, they quickly showed us and got us in another larger one. No London hotel room in any kind of reasonable price range is going to be spacious, but this felt relatively spacious due to having two windows in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. I love natural light in a bathroom! The air conditioning and TV were also amazing. Breakfast next door was extra and not cheap, but good. Mostly loved the neighborhood, too. Not too touristy, but close to a tube station and many shopping/dining options. Beware of quite a lot of street people due to property facing Lincoln Inn Fields on one side. I wouldn't walk in that park at night...

Great staff, hotel didn't live up to expectations

I booked this hotel for a night in London for me and my wife.
We did also have a nice view of the Lincoln's Inn Fields from our room, and it was very pleasant to sit outside the front of the hotel in the evening. The staff were all pleasant and friendly and its location was pretty central. However, it was not at all what I'd expected from the pictures. I paid extra for a room upgrade, but I shouldn't have bothered.
Admittedly, parts of the hotel are going through a refurb - what looks to have been the business centre, for instance. It was a very hot weekend in London, the duvet on the bed was feather, so you can imagine how warm that was. With no top sheet, our only options were to sleep with no cover or under the heavy duvet. Additionally, the air con cooled the entrance to the room very effectively, but unfortunately no other part.

Lovely area within walking distance to most London attractions. Near Holborn tube station and 20 minute walk to Elizabeth Line. Lots of eateries nearby and some attached to the hotel, of which we did not partake. Free water dispenser in corridor. Free yoga mat and workouts on the tv. Very fast check in check out with excellent staff. Free hot drinks downstairs all day and night. TV placed in a slightly odd way in the bedroom so difficult to see the full screen from the right side of the bed. Room was quiet and bed was very comfortable.
