Rooms are a good size.2 sub stops near, pharmacy 1/2 blk. 5 min theater district /time sq. Delis, resturants, groceries.. .everywhere! Its new york! this is 1 of my favorite properties as an international 70 yr solo female traveler. Good pricing too.

The Jewel is our new “GO TO” hotel in NYC! Everything was perfect! The staff went above & beyond to make us feel welcome! Ariela, Krystal, Leslie and the others were terrific!
Cleanliness was top notch - the rooms were spotless and fresh, and the amenities were great. The 24/7 lounge floor with specialty coffees and teas, the gym and even the laundry room - and of course the convenient location, at Rockefeller Plaza - couldn’t ask for more!
We were so happy at The Jewel that we extended our stay another 2 days and I look forward to coming back!

This isn’t the fanciest hotel, but so many other details make this a 10/10 stars! The people who work there are top notch, friendly and helpful (easy check in/out). The rooms/linens/beds were super clean and comfortable. Bring your own water bottle (small plastic bottles are also available), there is a chilled, filtered water station on every floor. The 2nd floor has a coffee/tea station (also a nespresso in each room). If you are playing tourist, the location could NOT be better!
