no me permitieron entrar en la habitacion, aunque les presente mis credenciales.
La recepcionista me dijo que la reservacion incluye 2 hijos, yo la dije que no van a quedarse con nosotros, van a quedarse con su abuela en otro hotel.
En respuesta, la recepcionista me dijo, que no nos puede dar las llaves, tenemos que traer los hijos.

la pedi numero de su gerente, me mostro un numero en un anuncio, yo llame este numero, pero la persona colgo la llamda 5 veces.

Al final, teniamos que salir de alla y quedarse en un otro hotel.

Me gustaria un refund por favor.

Staff was awesome Lusio front desk clerk was the Best. Hotel, very clean, we had clean sheet everyday, new hand soap. Clean pool. Location was awesome, transportation was close ,the Niño Beach was at walking distance, walking distance to affordable place eat and walking distance to public transportation.

Terrible hotel, beers not allowed. Not clean.

Photo of the building is not accurate, it is the last building on the property, rooms look very different from photos. This hotel is part of the Kavia hotels. At check in, guests are required to sign a form regarding alcoholic beverages are not allowed on the property, because the hotel chain does not have a license for alcoholic beverages. Now, being a hotel in Cancun, and not having an alcoholic license not disclosing this in the hotel description is totally misleading and lets say not a wise business practice. I will not stay at any of the hotels in this chain again. Brand name hotels are close, and in same price range. Avoid this hotel.

I liked that it was very clean and the staff is terrific, in spite of what looks like poor senior management. Lucio, at reception was a prince, and very helpful. He deserves a BIG raise. Breakfast was pretty good and reasonable. GREAT coffee. BUT, pool didn't have a pump, or it wasn't on,so the water was breeding germs and not at all refreshing...in fact it was hot. Advertised hot tub was dirty and not working. One had to ask for toilet paper, God forbid they leave a spare when running low, or notice when lights need a replacement bulb. It felt like being ahead of maintenance instead of reacting to what's needed is not in the management plan, i.e., things got addressed when the customer asked for it, it wasn't ever anticipated or addressed with any initiative. I understand the no smoking rule, but there is a no alcohol rule, so if you want a cold beer in your room, you do without or risk sneaking it in...the best thing about this place is it's clean with a great staff, who is left to deal with poor management overall. I would never stay there again, in spite of the staff. There are other places in this price range that have to be better. I got the feeling that saving money and cutting corners is of utmost importance, not customer satisfaction. Give Lucio a raise!

Nice budget hotel to stay, clean, pool, a/c

Great place to stay for a night or two with low budget, in order to discover Cancun or near activities. Dificult to reach the parking, lot of traffic, but not as loud as we thought. Nice people in the front desk and parking was in the street, so it didnt look that safe, but it is private for guests only, so it worked fine.

When first entering the lobby the hotel seemed to be great. Everything was very clean but the hotel staff was unfriendly. We had to wait for the room to be cleaned. Room was dark and tiny. Upon waking up the hotel had NO water. The receptionist ignored our inquiry. The common restroom in the pool area had no toilet paper but the toilet did flush. The best part of the hotel was the convenience to the Isla Mujeres ferry.

Nice very close to Puerto Zuares & Ultra Mar. When i phoned from Canafa to book my Res. I mention a safe-box was my 1st priority to book a room at this hotel; 2nd close to the Sea Ports for the convenience of my Isla Mujeres Tour; However, the Safety Box did NOT work, I had to change my plan on the 1st day of my trip could not bring with me nor leave personal things or all the money in the room unsafe. Luckily i was switched to another room next day until early afternoon, i did not give hard time to front Desk people, i sucked it up, but the next day I forgot my room's key at the restaurant table after breakfast for which i was penalized with $100 pesos for losing the disposable card key. I was upset and dissapointed never showed any negative attitude to any Hotel staff. Front desk people never saw them smile even though i was provided assistance or directions to find a place. However, an employee or maintenance person working over night was a very nice friendly person that showed concern about trying to fix the safety box the first night of my arrival. In addition to that Wife-service never work all guess gathered at the lobby and interior Patio to get a wifi signal , it never works in the rooms. Do i recommend this Hotel ? No, i won't stay here again.

Leak on bathroom ceiling. Shower sliding door doesn't slide properly. Water on the bath sink runs down very very slow. One night maid cleaning hallways 12 :30 am, making noise every time touches metal bars with the broom.

This is a budget hotel offering free parking and pool, the hotel is very clean and organized, it's location is excellent, just 10 minutes from the Cancun hotel zone, everything about the hotel was perfect except one thing: the rooms do not have a refrigerator, other than that it's an excellent value hotel and you get a little more than what you pay for.

Says there is free WiFi but there is never any connection unless I go down to the front lobby, which made it very inconvenient. And when I contacted the front desk about this issue, they pretty much said there is nothing they can do about it. Also, there was no refrigerator in my room which was annoying as I could not bring in food and keep it over night. Also, the area is not that great and we heard dogs barking in the building near us all night long for the whole duration of our stay. And the shower nob gets super hot, making it difficult to adjust after a little while. The only good thing is that the hotel is really clean and the kitchen staff are really nice. Other than that, my hotel experience was poor.

Room basic but clean. No pillows - rather two lumpy cushions in pillow cases. Smell of bleach pretty overwhelming in bathroom. Internet not available in rooms and poor in common area. Balls of hair in the swimming pool. Quiet at night though and air con worked well.

Clean hotel but high noise level

The only reason why I would not recommend this hotel was because in front of our room were about 4 tables and umbrellas and everything night the noise level from other guests was terrible up to 1-3 in the morning. People were loud because they were also drinking and laughing. They should have this tables around the pool area away from rooms or have signs with certain hours for example 8am to 10pm. I had a small kid with me and it was hard for him to sleep with the noise level

Our stay was okay. The Wi-Fi is absolutely horrible in this hotel. It's only available in the lobby and by the pool. It is very inconsistent. The staff is friendly but doesn't know much when asked information. Don't think it's a language barrier as I speak Spanish. Room was clean and they stayed on top to clean. Never got in to the hot tub it was always over run by children and was shut off 2 hours early most nights.

Cool little hotel. Great for a short stay. Rooms have A.C. which is a must in Cancun. Shower didn't have hot water. Talked to staff said there was a problem with one of the heaters. I'm not that sure that is true since i had already read a review of someone else complaining about the same issue. Overall decent for the price.

The hotel itself was decent. Location wise, it’s not close to anything like the beach or restaurants. It’s a little bit outside of their downtown area where mainly all locals are. It was easy to get to the beach on a bus near by (R1) and it took like 15 mins depending on the beach you were going to. WiFi connection was horrible, it only worked in the lobby and courtyard. Not in the rooms. If you’d like a location that’s amougst the locals then this isn’t a bad place to stay.

You get what you pay for

Stayed in room 206 Nov 2017, stayed overnight after arriving that day and on route to Isla Mujeres. Room was clean as were beds, bathroom and linens. The room have 2 queen beds and 2 plastic chairs. That's it. Could be a great hotel as they have a lovely courtyard and the doors into the rooms amd head boards are a pretty wood. The floor is all marble tile and the shower is a glass walled marbled floor design. But the hotel is in a very sketch part of town and directly beneath and underpass. There are no restaurants close by and walking anywhere should be done with extreme caution. The decided to mop the floors in the hallway and 3am so we listened to the scrubbing and water falling to the floor below for an hour. The walls are paper thin and the constant drone and whine of traffic was very loud. The pool water was covered in a greasy film (most likely suscreen) but the filters didn't clean it. The complimentary continental breakfast was 2 slices white toast and squeeze tube jam and cornflakes with milk if you wanted . Coffee is offered as well as juice but the juice was in the containers that night when checked in and was the same for breakfast. All in all the room is clean, very bare bones, we felt safe in the actual hotel but not outside, breakfast while sparse was a typical continental style, traffic noise and hearing most of the other guests in the hotel through the walls is a big issue. We would not go back.

You have access to wifi only in the lobby and outside however i managed to connect to the wifi aince my room was near the lobby entrance. If you need wifi do not stay at this hotel. The room is confortable there is a 12peso bus that takes you to the hotel zone that runs 24hrs its safe and cheap. There is a shopping center a few blocks uo the street as well as a OXXO(mexican 7/11) for anything you need ice, water, snaks etc... overall nice hotel but wifi ia the deal breaker. And i recommend buying tours in the U.S. or native country not while in Mexico its more wxpensive. Mostly everywhere they take and prefer payment in USD even OXXO.. I strongly recommend uber if you dont want a taxi or take the bus my rides typically were 45 peso or 2.5p$ usd...

Cancun is not necessarily expensive...

This is an excellent option for travelers in a tight budget or for those who only use hotels to sleep few hours and prefer to go out. Is not far away from the Cancun beach area and the main night clubs. From there you can easily go to Isla Mujeres by ferry or to playa del carmen and the Mayan riviera by bus.

Their continental breakfast is composed of bread and beverages if you want to complete meal you need to purchase it at a decent price. The Internet only works in certain places of the hotel but not in the room...just an fyi.

We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past. I think that maybe it is under new management as I saw several differences from before. Looks like they don't keep it up as in the past. For starters they don't put hand towels or bath rugs in the bathroom. They have a sign that reads for your safety please use bath rug how can we if they don't leave one. Also they never leave you an extra roll of toilet paper so if you don't watch you might not have any at night. The pillows are little to be desired all lumpy. This hotel doesn't have a refrigerator in the room or an ice machine. Although this isn't anything new it would be nice to have. Our room key had to be reactivated several times which was also an inconvenience. The Air conditioner leaked if we put it high enough to cool the room. No internet service for 2 days when we got there and then no service in our room only slow internet service in the lobby. Our television would only play on very high volume. We could not adjust the volume. They tried to fix it but certain channels would not adjust.

Newer hotel basic but what we needed for one nite

My only negative was how noisy it was from traffic. The front desk said it was going to all quiet down at 11pm and it did get Quieter. Early morning the traffic noise woke me up as did some Boom Boom BOOM Boom Mexican Yelping at around 5AM (could have been someone up all night partying) The desk manager said he would tell management and suggested ear plugs. Otherwise this was a safe clean room with a nice big glass shower and the beds were comfortable. I would have rated room comfort pleasing if it wasn't as noisy.

Location was not walkable to anything really other than a petrol station, so a car would be needed (or Uber...the local taxi services were very good and competitively priced too). Hotel also provides parking out front which was a huge help!

Reasonable rates for clean spacious rooms. Lobby staff very helpful but spoke very little English. Only downside was noisy guests in the middle of the night and noisy maids at 7 am. Don't stay in rooms 211 to 213 as they are across from maid prep room and they have a problem with volume control...

Way too loud

The room was ok but worn out. There is a newer part...but we couldn't switch rooms without paying more. The walls are paperthin und you can here the street and very other guest like you were sleeping outside. I will not come back.
