I got bed bug bites from the bed. Our room key was not working the entire trip and they told us their key card activator machine was not working so anytime we left the room we had to wait in line in the lobby then ask for us to be let into our room. Staff was friendly and restaurant food was great but the bed bug bites and room key were so inconvenient!

Very close to the bus terminal, so the location was very convenient. The staff could have been a bit friendlier. Decent breakfast. Our rooms had a lot of black stains in the corners. Also, the bathrooms are only separated from the rooms by a sliding glass door, so there is not a lot of privacy from your travel companions.

Well… for our purposes, the hotels proximity was perfect for catching a bus to Merida. Check-in was easy. Granted, we chose the basic room that you get booking 3rd party. Not anything like the rooms in the photos. Nonetheless, the assigned room was quiet enough and super basic. And despite the visual impression, the beds were very comfy. For the price, an acceptable choice. The breakfast options were different ethnic versions of the same thing BUT, we ordered different things and both were delicious. Service was friendly and pleasant. If you’r looking for 5-star for one night, stay in the hotel zone. If you need a reliable place to hang your hat, for a stopover, we recommend. As a side-note, if you are booking a bus, buy your tickets the night before to avoid the lines. AND make sure your door key and lock work the night before. No one’s fault, but we got locked out of our room when we went to check out and could have missed our bus. Staff stepped up and got us in. Thanks to them for that.

They need a major update in all the rooms. They have open windows screens let’s all the mosquitoes in. mirror’s were all rusted. No coffee makers. Weather is humid and you have no ice machines to provide to guest. Service was bad not notified at anytime that we were going to have to pay additional charges per night for some random code was never advised. We paid for a whole week in just the 2nd night the light just flicked and just went off notified desk and security when passed by and didn’t replace until literally our last night there. We was next to security or some type of clock in station for works and person siting there working for hotel had music since 4 am and we told front desk and nothing was done about it. Overall it was just a bad experience. Major upgrade needed.

I always stay here but this last time the room needed to b updated and more care when replacing things door was broken keylock hardly worked and keycard had to b put in about ten times to unlock. The toilet seat was too small for toilet and the room could use refreshing. I hope the hotel does update all the rooms and not just some because I love this place it’s convenient and I appreciate the staff

We walked into our room and it smelled - musty and the pillow cases were too small for king size pillows. The bed linen worn. There was a used towel on the floor near the door. It looked like a room that should be rented by the hour ! We left and returned to front desk and checked out - took a cab to other hotel. We should’ve known when the front desk clerk hands you the remote control, and the air conditioning control when you pay. We never received any funds back because we had entered the room even though we did not stay more than 10 minutes.

The gardens and the pool area are so relaxing. We noticed the sitting area above the restaurant, very relaxing. It shout be used more. This property has many relaxing area to enjoy. Ate at the restaurant on this trip, food was good, great ambience!

Just in front of Ado Bus Station, but still a quiet place. Downtown center. Close to the beach and ferry. The pool was very nice. The room is OK but the bed sheets were always humid even with the air conditionning on. We tried the mode \"remove humidity\" but we started hearing water dripping within the walls, so we stoped that mode. Everyday, we had to go to the reception to reactivate the key after the maid passed... The breakfast was ok, the bacon and potatoes were uncooked, cold toast, but the eggs were good. The waitress was very nice.

This is my go to place in Cancun. Nice rooms, pool and gardens. It' right by the bus station downtown but it is very quiet. It now has a waterpark for the kiddies which is new since I was last here as ell as the regular pool.

Location is great, ADO bus station right across, R1 bus to Hotel zone around the corner, convenience stores within the block. But room is shabby, towels may be clean but are dirty white in color already, sheets have tear, bathroom door doesn’t close properly, wall designs need a new look. Posted photos are enhanced to look nicer but the real thing needs a lot of improvement.

There’s a molds inside the room and the air conditioner is leaking water inside the room, I ended up developing skin allergies due to the last molds inside the and staying a week with molds developed all the skin allergies I had, flew back to the US with all the allergies and itches

The hotel is located right across the street from the bus terminal and this is exactly what I needed. I was able to walk a few steps and catch my bus. The area is busy and there are people walking at all times, which made me feel safe. It’s simple and clean, perfect for a one night stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I stayed overnight at this property before an international flight. Conveniently located across the road from Cancun ADO bus terminal, this was a huge bonus, with the large luggage I had to transport. Also located close to a supermarket and dining options. Check-in was seamless, room was basic, however clean, safe and quiet with comfortable bedding. The staff I interacted with all appeared unhappy and uninterested in their role, which was the first time I had encountered this throughout my month in Mexico.
