I stayed here for 5 days under rough conditions where I had a bandaged up arm. I cannot explain enough how amazing this hotel has been in making me feel welcomed, treating me like any other person that walks in that door, and respecting me during my stay.

I did come alone, although 2 out of the 5 days I had my family/cousins stop by before we hit the city/beach. Regardless, there was no issues with the staff or the conditions of the hotel. I would go as far as to say that the staff from the front desk concierge to the room service ladies were all better at their jobs than any other hotel I’ve stayed at. This goes a long way in my eyes when I’m in a city in which I turn heads wherever I go to be able to go back to my temporary home and feel genuinely welcomed.

Also that view from the rooftop pool is worth the 150-200$ you’ll be spending if you’re getting the regular room. I loved how it was very close to a lot of the top restaurants (according to google searches) and a decent 15-20 mins from the beach via electric scooter.

Staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a nice Israeli breakfast. Could not be better. Only issue was the confusing issue with the hours and access to rooftop pool and bar. Sometimes the rooftop should be open that was closed and staff did not hotel policy.

The property is not anywhere near anything of value. Guy at a locak shop said \"what are you even doing here? There's nothing in this area!\" Room was what you would expect from a three star, with uncomfy pillows. The pool is tiny. The roof top bar limited. Restaurant in the hotel is Japanese and menu limited there too. The staff were nice and helpful but when I tried to get ice I was told the restaurant ice machine had broken. That is OK for a cheap three star hotel but at four or five star level is madness. Tel Aviv is an amazing and beautiful city and there are far better areas to stay in - try and find somewhere close to the waterfront and Carmel Street.

The only piece of feedback I can provide management is that I paid extra for a room with a mini refrigerator so I could put things in there. The mini fridge had dispenser boxes inside like a vending machine. They were intended to be a vending machine, but they were empty.

1 - don’t charge extra for a mini fridge when it can’t be used!
2 - don’t charge for a mini fridge if you have a vending machine set up inside to increase your revenue. That’s called price gouging.

Other than that minor annoyance, all was well. If I stay there again, I’d choose a room without a mini fridge for reasons I’ve made obvious.

The restaurant has a great breakfast every morning and I’m glad I included that. The staff there took care of the guests and the food was very good.

We were given a handicap accessible room not needed, we had requested 2 twin beds, which was on the receipt when we checked in, but there was only 1 bed. The room was not kept up nicely and falling apart. Outlet next to bed didn’t work. And sink was in a dangerous location to the toilet. The bed was clean but the room did not feel very clean.

The room that I booked did not have any kind of table. I asked to switch rooms so that I could use my laptop on a table and they gave me a much less expensive room and still six weeks later, they have not discounted the difference in cost. The manager has not called me back and I have tried them over 10 times. Absolutely terrible service

Hotel listing full of inaccuracies. 3 Stars Max.

The hotel listing is full of inaccuracies and is lies and the cleanliness and service leave much to be desired. I will share just a few reasons why this hotel is more like a 3-star property and why Expedia should flag the property's listing until all the inaccuracies are addressed;

(1) there is no hotel shuttle, and if you ask the Frons Desk staff about it they look at you like you're crazy and roll their eyes. I personally witnessed 2 other guests asking about it. Never existed. Flat out lie.

(2) Hotel refused to honour the fact that my booking included breakfast. Even though I showed them my confirmation, the app, and even though it said so on their end, they did not want to honour it. Expedia had to get involved to call their management to honour the package. A great way to begin our 2-week stay after a 12 hour flight... A true 5-star hotel would not let this happen, but if a mistake happened, they would have allowed us to check-in and deal with it later rather than making our check-in an hour-long process after a 12 hour flight. Absurd.

(3) The hotel is meant to be non-smoking but all the rooms around us were smoking with smoke entering our room. Hotel refused to so anything about it.

(4) Hotel rents out the pool every weekend so we couldn't use or enjoy it. Full of drunk, smoking teens.

(5) Hotel argued about the price for days and did not want to honour the quoted price that we booked. Do not choose to pay at hotel.

This hotel should be 3 stars at best.

Check in was very good and professional. Reception area is welcoming. Lifts are large. Rooms are small but well appointed. The bathroom is a good size, updated with a large sink and large shower with great water pressure. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good.
We had dinner at the Japanese restaurant in the hotel last night, since we had come straight to the hotel from our looong flight. It was delicious, and the service was excellent.

At our room the ac didn’t work at all and We needed to sleep with the window open and awaken by noise in the morning , it was birthday vacation and we are very disappointed the reception didn’t had answers and in the checkout they wanted to give us free breakfast for the next time 🤦🏽‍♂️, we are not going to be back at this hotel❗️❗️❗️

The hotel was great and very convenient to the train station. The breakfast as also very good. Staff was friendly and helpful.
However, it was disappointing that Travelocity listed the hotel as having a free airport shuttle, but there was no free shuttle. This was one of the reasons why I picked the location. It's a good thing the train was close and not difficult to figure out.

Terrible property, pool was closed. No restaurant apart from serving breakfast buffet in the morning. No facilities. Low 4 star at best. Terrible location and far from everything. Staff not very helpful, no special provisions for New Years Eve or even my birthday. When asked about advice to travel to Bethlehem simply told they do not know. There is no concierge, Cannot believe this is 5 star. Advise to strongly avoid.

Pass on this hotel if the pool was your motivation

First I want to say I really liked the people at the front desk they try to be hospitable but I have to NOT recommend this hotel. My wife and I stayed at the hotel and they gave us the best room and champagne but we stayed specifically to lounge at the pool. The hotel is far from most tourist spots but we didn’t mind if we had a pool to relax at. It’s not managements fault but the city requires a full time life guard for this tiny pool. Like most Tel Aviv people they are too cool to be bothered with work and the life guard and bar tender really ruin the vibe because they are sitting right there next to you with you at a tiny pool chatting on Instagram or whatever. The pool is only open from 10-6 with an Tel Aviv Plus the pool is not super clean giant globs of hair outside of pool windows and the pool windows are dirty. Bottom line if you are looked at this place please know that the pool pictures are deceiving...

Weird start to vacation

We actually didn’t stay here! We arrived to the property and waited for 45 minutes and moved to a “sister” hotel, Crowne Plaza City Center, due to internet issues at Hotel Indigo. Stay was ok, not great.

The morning we checked out, it was 2:45 am. The night before we made arrangements to be transferred to a different location in Tel Aviv for a tour for a fixed price. However, the cab driver was told to take us to the airport, which made us almost miss our bus and the cab driver charged us double the fixed price for transportation because the hotel miscommunicated!

This felt more like a 3-star hotel. The reception area was lovely and the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The spa was also nice and was good to use for a shower before checking in/after checking out. However, our bedroom decoration was horrible, the bathroom was dusty, our bathrobes had holes in them, the pool was overcrowded with several broken umbrellas, and the pool was shut at 6pm one evening with no explanation. The pool staff were unhelpful and rude, the lifts didn't work properly and were often soaking wet from people using the pool.

very comfortable stay, but found that sound of the staff weren't very helpful (not all) and the area wasn't great with no decent cafes or restaurants in the vicinity. i found it strange that the hotel didn't have a USB port in the room, my fault i should have been prepared with an adaptor :( overall i thought it was very expense and didn't get value for money.

The management of this hotel doesn't really care about their guests much. I sent them emails to all the addresses they provided many times, never got any reply. The hotel is seriously short of staff. Called the operation during my stay many times. Never got anyone anserwing the phone. The swimming pool was not even open. We stayed there only because it's close to the domestic airport that we had to catch en early flight on the next morning. The room is super small. But the bed and shower are comfortable.

Our room was quite comfortable, the second was much smaller. Moved to a larger one on request. Didn’t appreciate the “graffiti” wallpaper. Room also not to our style. Bed large and comfortable. No decent sized lounge to relax in and upper deck with outside pool not useable when we were there due to the weather. Also weren’t aware how much the Passover would affect what was on offer, but this was the case in Israel in general. Breakfast good. Local area a bit run down, better from half a mile away. Olivery Italian restaurant one and a half miles away, superb and reasonably priced.
Wi fi quite good.
Staff at the hotel very good.
Overall we found the hotel a little disappointing for the price and not as good as previous reviews suggested, in our view.

The check in process did not feel professional. I had an odd discussion with the front desk person that I could check in at noon but I would have to pay $20 then she changed it to $10. Then they told me there was a free shuttle but it was really just a cab. The room is very small. Would not recommend staying here. I stayed at the Royal Beach the night before and the service, room and location were night and day better than the Indigo.

This is second time I have stayed at hotel. Staff very helpful and accommodating for late check out. Nice treats in the room too.
Gym a bit small but functional.
Breakfast is very good, and restaurant in hotel for lunch and dinner is also fantastic.

The hotel is a well maintained three year old hotel in the Diamond District.
It is no where near the beautiful beaches of this vibrant city. The rooms are quite good but the quality of this trip was diminished by a staff that either largely was ineffective or simply disconnected from the idea of service. How often as an example does a employee board your lift and begin spraying cleaning solutions on the wall. The staff can best be called disengaged.
Other issue is that the pool which is always photographed at night closes at 18:00.

It was ok. There's not much going on in the neighborhood. I tried to cancel my trip to move closer to the beach but it was an advanced purchase and it wasn't allowed. The room offered Nespresso but only 2 capsule, any additional I had to pay for. They also only offered one complimentary bottle of water, it was not replenished daily. The wifi was very spotty and I had trouble conducting business. The minibar was dirty and not restocked. Room service had an extra $5 charge which was fine but in addition asked for tip. The staff was friendly and helpful but I would not recommend this hotel.

Loved the rooftop pool and bar. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Able to park in front of hotel with parking pass or in nearby lot. Breakfast was very good. Hotel seemed to be a favorite of business people and young travelers. We felt very comfortable in the hotel and we were neither business nor young. Would definitely return for another stay when in Tel Aviv.

Serivce and impression of this hotel is not good, maybe it is because we were not well received by a receiptionist with no patience. Location is far from the beach, not walkable. Room size is very small, around 20 square meters, with a price of US$180, i would say not worthy for a hotel like this. Overall, not recommended for tourism.

Nothing is good about this hotel, maybe it is good for domestic Isrealies and business trip to the diamond district, but definitely not a good idea for tourisms. You can easily tell from their sockets on the wall, only domestic sockets were installed, not international ones. Price is not low, room size is very very small, even we got upgraded to a larger room, still very small, service is so-so and even poor cause we were not well received by one of its receptionist, with no patience and good attitude. Location is far from the beach, i would say not walkable to the beaches. When it is holiday in Isreal, you cannot find anything to eat near the hotel so very disappointed and regret staying in this hotel for 3 nights with my friend. If you are a tourism , do go to book those hotels near the beaches.

Nice Roof Bar and Pool

This hotel is not at the beach and not officially in downtown Tel Aviv. However, it is new, well serviced and has a really nice roof bar with pool and view. Modern rooms and a well appointed bar and restaurant on the ground floor. $10 taxi to the center of Tel Aviv and $15 taxi to the beach.

Very nice hotel, terrible Gym

Hotel is very comfortable and nicely designed. Gym is a bit of a joke as is tiny and has basically a multi use gym piece where several exercises don't work or are uncomfortable. Two running machines seem fine but I didn't try those. Recommendation of a 'good restaurant' wasn;t very good as the White Rabbit across the street is perhaps a good bar but food is typical bar quality eventhough I ordered the most expensive steak since it had been recommended to me by hotel as good for its meats. Internet is very strong. Overall hotel seems fine though due to gym I would not stay there again.

A Great Hotel in Ramat Gan”

We spent 3 nights at the hotel and were very impressed with the design.
The room was very clean and had all one could expect from a Business Hotel.
The bathroom was quite large and had a shower and a many amenities.
In general, the company who built the hotel did an excellent job and it shows !
The breakfast was very rich and had a nice variety of food to chose from.
The service was good and the hotel staff were very polite and accommodating.
The small swimming pool at the rooftop was great though it was small but very nice.
We loved this hotel and shall certainly be back and recommend it to our family and friends.
Room Tip: Spend a little more and stay in one of the hotel's Deluxe Room as it is larger than the Standard...

Nice Hotel, good price.

Great service, nice rooms. Small rooftop pool with limited room. If staying Friday night be aware the restaurant is kosher so only set price is available for a buffet dinner as the kitchen is closed. Free parking for Friday night/Saturday. Good spa services with reasonable prices for a nice 30 minute massage.

Comfortable and beautifully modern

I loved my stay at Hotel Indigo. Room was very comfortable and modern fittings was a great appeal. I would stay again next time I'm in Tel Aviv.

Deceived by website

This hotel is quite expensive. Around 350 USD a night. I booked according to the WEBSITE OF THE HOTEL AND MY PAPER RESERVATION a deluxe rom with a KING SIZE bed

At check in they told me all their deluxe rooms were queen size bed instead of a king and if I wanted a king bed I would have to pay more and go for the suite!!!!

Complained and they said: we are sorry, that's a website mistake.

What?????? So what on that is my problem? Why do myself as customer, have to foot the wrongness of the website that responds for the hotel in question?

They offered me a champagne bottle. Really?? Laughed it off and told them I don't want any champagne, just want THE SERVICE THAT I PAID FOR and not actually getting it.

Stay away of you want to sleep in a good bed. The \"QUEEN\" size was just 2 single beds put together. Really a scam!

This is a very comfortable and nice place. Close to the train and bus stations, which is very convenient (even though the area in it self don't have much to offer in terms of restaurants, etc.
