Al hacer el check-in, se me cobró un importe elevado con el argumento de que servía como garantia por posible daños duratnte la estancia. Sin embargo, al finalizar la hospedaje, el hotel alegó la existencia de tres pequenõs puntos de suciedad - ago minimo y claramente producto del uso normal de la habitación - y utilizó eso como justificación para retener el depósito.
Cuando intenté ponerme en contacto para aclarar la situacion, el hotel dejó de responder a mis mensajes, sin ofrecer ninguna explicacon ni intendo de resolucion.
Considero que el cobro fue totalmente injusto, y la falta de comunicacíon por parte de la administración demuestra un servicio poco profesional. Una lástima, porque la ubicacíon y las instalaciones podrían ofrecer una buena experiencia, pero la manera en que gestiionaron esta situacion arruinó mi estancia.

Great area close to everything. Even though this property is on a busy street, you dont hear any noise from outside! The hotel has no amenities - its a simple property with hotel rooms but the rooms are so comfortable, have fabulous decor and very quiet. Check in was efficient and the 24 hour staff are professional and helpful. Highly recommend!

The location of this hotel is wonderful. It was a fabulous option for a family of 5. The beds were comfortable, including the pull out sofa which had been prepared for us. The only thing missing was a blanket. There are no blankets of the bed. Just a sheet. So we had to take the ones from the closet but there were only 2 and we needed 3. Maybe we could have called for 1 more but we were so tired from our travels we didn’t try. Would stay there again for sure.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom deluxe apartment and found the hotel to, overall, be a good value. The place was clean and well stalked. They let us drop off our bags early and provided cleaning service every other day. The location on Grand Via was surprisingly quiet except for an occasional siren. The apartment is also really nice but perhaps a little warn. There were two things that did not live up to standards. First, the pullout bed is super uncomfortable. It's really just a flimsy pad on metal bars. My ten year old complained that he could feel the bar in this back. If you are more than 4 people, this could be a problem. Second, and other reviews mention this, their smoke detectors flash all night long. For people sensitive to light this is super annoying. Still, we would stay at the property again.

Two things that could be improved: it wasn’t clear that daily maid service was an additional charge (this wasn’t a huge problem, we were just confused,) and my son said that the fold-out mattress on the couch bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Had a good stay but people should know there is no service at this hotel. There is one person in a booth checking people in and that’s the extent of the staff. Our room was clean, modern and comfortable but dark (not like the photos). Location was excellent.

We were on the 4th floor and could hear the music beat. The place is nice but in our case the cleaning was not the best, stains in the carpet look bad. Pictures are misleading, we had no view, no balcony, no roof top.

Clean rooms, good bed and excellent shower. We had the deluxe suite with a living area but no kitchenette. It gave us plenty of extra space as the bedroom was small with limited storage. There was also a small fridge, which was handy. Great location, easy walk to all the sights and close to the Malasana neighborhood with good food and bars.

This property is not the one listed in Expedia site. There is no roof top which is one of the reasons we booked. Shower was not draining which made our room smell like sewage. Were told there were no other rooms available nor could they send anyone to look at it until the next day. Just very disappointed.

Servicio de limpieza no hay, solo cuando te retiras o sino paga 50EU. Deposito por 300EU que te lo devuleven recien a la semana de que dejaste el hotel. Despues de las 12 ya no hay recepción ni nada... si pasa algo espera hasta la mañana!

She was not the friendliest and it took quite a long time as there was 1 person ahead of us and it was really not efficient. You must time your arrival with the room availability or trek your luggage throughout the city.
Overall a pleasant stay but not sure it was worth the very high cost.

The property is nice and is an apartment. These are currently being constructed and the apartments are nicely decorated and clean in a central area. The problem is that due to the construction which will probably take a few more months there is hammering and work being done early in the morning. One morning there were a couple of power outages in the building. There is a theater next-door so I could hear the soundtrack from Mamma Mia every evening. Maybe depends on what side of the building you're in. The staff at check-in were very nice. if you don't mind the noise this is a wonderful spot.

The apartments are well connected with the main area in Gran vía, you have multiple places to get some food and stores to do shopping- also the metro and bus station are just a step outside the building. I think the location is amazing and you have also nice views from the room, which it’s pretty nice.
The front desk is in the 1st floor and 24/7, but they don’t have a phone to communicate from your apartment to the reception, you need to go downstairs and it’s a bit annoying.
You can leave the luggage if you arrive before the check in or if need it after check out.
In general the apartments are in good conditions and clean with enough storage and nice decoration, for long stay they do cleaning every 3 days and it’s comfortable.
The only 2 things I didn’t like were:
1. The room it’s pretty cold and you can’t control the electric heater in the ideal temperature if need it, they have at certain degree I think for the whole building and I slept freezing the whole time, which is pretty bad as in any hotel or apartment I have stayed is a basic you can control the heater as desire, isn’t locked.
2. The bathroom has a huge window with view in front of the rest of windows that are part of the main hall of each floor and the other apartments but the curtain is transparent so they can look inside completely even when you are taking a shower, in that way you don’t have complete privacy in the place that obviously you should have it.
