The Villatel property was amazing! The property was clean and well laid out. The villa had everything a family could need. It was so nice to have a kitchen and laundry. The pool was the perfect place to hang out all day!

The privacy of having your own pool is great. Didn’t like that I had to call and follow the prompts every time I had to ask a question with the staff. I think the fees are overpriced. Overall nice but I probably won’t do it again.

The villas are spotless, the beds are comfortable, the pool and playground are great. The only thing I would say we’re not perfect are:
1-the kitchens of the villas are not vers well equipped. No base at all (not even salt and pepper)
2-the shuttles for the Disney parks are pretty restrictive. Only 1 time in the morning and the return is around 4:00 pm in the afternoon. It’s not giving any flexibility. We had to take uber (+/- $50 each time)

Otherwise, the site it self is great and perfect for young families.

Villa was clean, comfortable and quiet! Villatel was a very pleasant resort to stay. The pool area had something for everyone. Full service bar with a limited menu but the resort is in a great spot close to other food options. Shuttle to the parks. We enjoyed it very much and Villatel will be our first choice if we ever come back to Orlando!

Room was great! Only thing I didn't agree with is having to pay for parking and recreational activities. I feel after paying almost $4,000 for our week long stay those amenities should have been paid for. But overall it was a very nice and clean place to stay.

The neighborhood style resort was beautiful and welcoming. The staff was so nice and pleasant from the security guards at the entrance booth, to the front desk staff at the welcome center. Also, we had issues with our door lock but the customer service representatives were all very nice, patient and helpful. The rooms were modern, beautifully decorated and spotless. It was so nice to have our own private pool as well. Great and fun stay!!!

This property is well maintained. Clean and and easily accessible. Our entire family enjoyed the property, which consist of various ages. Our rental home had several games for the kids and adults. The pool and spa were well heated. Great time all around. The lazy river was a plus too along with the basketball court and golf stimulation at club house. 10/10.

It was an amazing stay. The resort was beautiful, and the pool was so relaxing. I love the lazy river and the waterslides. The cleaning of the houses could be a little better as there was a lot of hair in the shower and on the floor and just little things that could’ve been cleaned better (walls, FLOORS) overall I will write the house and the cleanliness an 8 out of 10. Bring slippers for yourself and the kids. Very close to Universal but about 20mins or so with traffic to Disney parks and Disney Springs. Not bad. Great trip and will stay again.

I absolutely loved my visit to Villatel, It was beautiful, spotless spaceous, and amazing. I was able to do my laundry on the last night and cameohomer with clean clothes!! the staff was attentive and it is so close to all that florida is known for, and shopping was so close too, if I could give 10 stars I would give 100. Our stay at the Villatel property in Orlando was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the attention to detail, luxury, and comfort that this home provided. Every inch of the property felt brand new, spotless, and thoughtfully designed to create a true “wow” experience.

The house was spacious, beautifully furnished, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need — from high-end kitchen appliances to comfortable beds and plush linens. The themed rooms were a huge hit with everyone in our group, especially the kids, who couldn’t get enough of the game room and private theater.

The pool and outdoor area were absolutely perfect for relaxing after long days at the parks. We loved having our own private oasis, complete with lounge seating, a grill, and plenty of sunshine.

The location was another huge plus — just minutes away from Disney, Universal, shopping, and great restaurants, yet tucked away in a quiet and secure community that felt peaceful and private.

The Villatel team went above and beyond to make our stay flawless. Communication was excellent, check-in was seamless, and any question we had was answered almost instantly. It’s clear they truly care about their guests’ experience.

This was a great stay for me and my family . There was plenty of room. The kids loved it and were well occupied. The kids loved the themed rooms and arcade in the house . Few things I wasn’t to happy about especially since I paid a good amount of money for this house rental is they charge you extra to heat the jacuzzi and pool. They also charge you extra to use the grill. There was a few things missing like pot holders so I had to tell a family member to bring because I had to use my nephews t shirt to take out something I had in the oven. Our double toaster only had one working side but no biggie. We did have an issue with one of the toilets however they came super fast and fixed it. The water park/slides , pool and lazy river was nice and definitely a plus. One thing I did not like is how the food/ bar at pool area automatically charges you a gratuity to your bill. I waited so long to place an order and felt the server did not deserve a 18% tip when he didn’t do anything special except pour me a drink that I had to wait too long for and it wasn’t busy. They offer a shuttle to some parks for free which I thought was great however the times were not reasonable but it’s free so can’t really complain I guess. We drove ourselves because the times didn’t work for us. Other then that I would definitely go back! Staff that was around property were friendly and everything was clean.

This was one of the coolest places we have stayed. An entire neighborhood of townhouses with so much room for less than staying on property at a resort. Made everything so easy. HUGE washer and dryer. Pool for each townhome. Seriously, if you are going to one of the parks then I think you have to check this out

We had a great time! Our townhome had a new smell and was very clean. The waterpark and pool area was clean and the lifeguards were personable. I would like to recommend that every lifeguard have an umbrella to shield the hot sun and a proper and safe chair to sit when needed. I would like to see the enforcement of a speed limit through the resort as there were too many cars speeding down the small streets putting families at risk. We will most def be staying with you again. We were very happy and comfortable.❤️

Homes are nice and water park is fun. There are ants everywhere small sugar ants in the home and red ants all over the place near the seating for the waterpark. Also do not buy food/drinks at the on site restaurant, as the workers there added over 33% gratuity when swiping our card without approval and did this to other guests as well.

Family of 5 (4A,1C) stayed in a 4 bed villa and it was great. They are exactly as pictured on the website - although the pool area tiling makes it look a little grubby.
The gym was great - the only niggle being that the lights are on a motion sensor that doesnt cover the treadmills so be prepared to workout in the dark.

The main issue with the property relates to the pool area - not the actual amenities but the opening times & closures. We were there the last 2 weeks of august 2025 and
- the pool deck didnt open until 9am (the slides & lazy river dont open until 10) - that meant that you couldnt even sit on a sunbed until 9am as there were no lifeguards on duty. apparently this is because you could have an accident. This feels entirely unnecessary and was really disappointing as i was often up and about before 8 and couldnt sit down and enjoy the morning sunshine
- the music round the pool was loud & at times inappropriate for children
- whenever there was any lightning within 6 miles of the hotel they closed the pool area and made you leave & either go to the bar area (far too small for the number of people around the pool) or leave. if you went to the bar area they then had excessively loud entertainment - quizzes and music that made it impossible to have a conversation. This happened to us every day that we were by the pool.
I understand health & safety etc. but these policies are unhelpful & excessive

We had such a wonderful stay at Villatel Resort! Our 4-bedroom villa was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Everything we needed was right there—from spacious rooms to top-notch amenities that made us feel right at home.

Our son especially loved the kids’ room and had the best time playing video games with Dad and the family. The resort pool and grounds were just as clean and comfortable as the villa itself, and the staff was attentive, friendly, and always accommodating.

Another huge plus was the location—Epic Universe was only about 15 minutes away, making it super convenient for our family adventures.

We absolutely plan to return, and next time we’ll bring more family along and choose a larger villa so everyone can experience it together. Villatel truly exceeded our expectations!

Family of 6 fit extremely well in the home!
Home was super clean, well stocked, plenty of all toiletries, dry goods & linens.
Kids LOVED the game room!!!
The beds, OMG, so SO comfortable!! Like better than our $10k bed at home!
Pools were super fun, so fun that we extended a day!
Evening swims were awesome, music choice by management-well done!!
Pool food was priced well for a resort, not overpriced at all IMO. And the food was actually good!! The burger- so good.
Complex is super safe, we felt comfortable letting our kids (15yrs-6yrs) play on their own around the pool area while hubs and I laid out.
We had the best time & already planning a trip back! Ty so much

The Villa was amazing, showhome sta We stayed in August 2025 in a 4 bed Villa on Asterisk Avenue as a family of 5 (2 Adults and 3 children aged 10, 9 and 2.5).
The Villa was amazing, showhome standard and spotlessly clean. It was well equipped with everything we needed such as cutlery, toaster, coffee machine ect.
Overall we loved staying at the Villatel. The quality of the accommodation and location made it a tremendous experience.

Little things you may not think about when booking which are excellent at Villatel:
- Excellent high speed WiFi in all parts of The Villa and resort.
- Modern TVs with all streaming services.
- Modern immaculate Villas with loads of space
- Newly built Villas with excellent insulation (both sound and temp)
- Well equipped Villa with plenty of towels and cooking equipment.

This proprtu has Villas!!!! Townhouses that were absolutely beautiful!!! 4 rooms and a pool. It had everything you needed. You name it they got it. Arcade room, laundry room, the kids room had 4 beds alone. Stunning cabinetry. 3 bathrooms. Another villa had a theater in it i believe. I recommend this spot to everyone. Gated community. Love love live it.

Villatel Orlando Resort offers affordable rates, which initially seemed great. However, they charge extra for nearly everything—for example, restocking amenities costs $40 per night, and the dish and hand soaps feel watered down. They also push heavily for prepaid services like pool heating and grill propane, which are very expensive.

Unfortunately, our important dinner celebration was ruined because, despite prepaying for the grill propane in advance, it ran out in the middle of cooking. It took over two hours to get a refill, and we had to go to a restaurant to finish our BBQ. There was no apology from staff, which was very disappointing. While the price is budget-friendly, these extra charges and service issues impacted our stay.
