Super friendly staff. Good location as long as you have a car, note that there is no Uber in the area and it's not walkable though. There are a few small local restaurants across the street plus a 7-11 and a pharmacy.

Room is comfortable and climate controlled.

Downside is that there is a fair bit of road noise in some rooms, and we did have to have the staff replace our bedding as our original bedding had a small stain.

But on the whole I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

This hotel is best for families 5 mnts drive to one of best beaches also grocery stores
It’s 13 mnts from playa del Carmen employees very very kind kitchen good for breakfast and nice beds .
I like the location it’s in the medle of all ateactions and cities to visit 30 to 45 mnts to. All Tulum cancun and all small cities .
The best was the whasher/dryer on the apartment .
I ll go back again next time

Stayed for 7 nights, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful.
Away from downtown but we had a car rented, so that was a bonus because it was very quiet.
There is a public beach a 15-20 minute walk away, 7-11 next door, a lovely cafe in the same building, and just accross the street a couple restaurants we ate at when we didn't plan ahead with very affordable pizza.

Will likely return because it suited our family's needs perfectly!

Very clean and quiet. Loved having a kitchen and washer/dryer. Elevator wasn’t working and it was a bit difficult with a child and stroller. You need a car as this location is far from the center of town. Only walked to 7 eleven, taco restaurant and pizzeria across the street. Caribe shuttle express came through and was our go to for transportation.

The property is 15 minutes from 5ta Avenida and far from all the activities. Not within walking distant to all the shops and restaurants. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean, however, the sheets were stained. Comfortable overall. 7/11 conveniently located around the corner.

The staff were kind and friendly and the place was very spacious for a budget hotel. Close driving to supermarkets and Playa del Carmen. Kitchen could use some basic supplies such as a dish drying rack and sponge to properly wash dishes. The pool was not working which was a hassle for us with 2 young kids in the middle of summer.

Stayed there for 6 days with my 5 kids. Everything is well kept and clean. Fairly new building. Kids loved the pool it was kept clean. Got the 2 bedroom, rooms were spacious, with 2 sets of full washrooms and tvs in every room and living room. There’s a full kitchen and fridge so that was great to be able to cook breakfast there before leaving for the day. Close by to a 7/11 right beside the hotel as well as other shops and a laundry mart. We rented a car so there is a fenced garage as well for free use with the hotel. You just have to let them know when you’re leaving and coming back they open 24 hrs. We enjoyed our stay at Heaven Hotel and would recommend for families, as it is more away from the young party life hotel strip.

The Heaven Hotel was such a gem of a find. We chose it because of its close proximity to Ocean Riviera Paradise, where our family were staying. We rented a car and could pick up our family in 2 minutes, it was only 10-20 minutes maximum to the shopping and dining of Playa del Carmen. The hotel was nice and clean and new. The “room” was perfect, 2 beds, 2 baths and a small kitchen. The staff were amazingly kind and helpful. There is a plaza right across the street with food choices. There is a pharmacy in the building. It was absolutely perfect. Only 1 complaint I have is the size of the water heater. It was hard to have a completely warm shower. It wouldn’t keep me from coming back though.

The property is really nice and modern. There is a very convenient 711 across the street. It’s close to the main road (307). You can’t get lost. I also enjoyed the onsite parking. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. I would definitely recommend it. It looks exactly like the pictures. The only thing I didn’t like was the limited amount of hot water available when taking a shower. The hot water lasts about 2 minutes then it’s a cold shower. They must have small water heaters. But it’s a minor inconvenience. The elevator was operational while we were there.

This place was perfect for our plans, it is very spacious, clean and with all services. Very close to the main high way though far enough to be a quiet and nice place, there are few small shops and restaurants in the area for a quick snack, dinner, drinks, coffee and even a pharmacy.


Few things that could be improved:
- we came late and had to wait over 20 mins at the reception for someone to come and do the check in.
- when we left, we were told they will check the room to give the ok, first time i am told when leaving a hotel, though i understand, it would have been nicer to ask first how was the stay and how we liked it or even to say hi instead, it was a weird feeling. The person later explained this is a regular practice. I would suggest the personnel
is trained to explained this when people are checking in instead, to add, it will not hurt to ask the guest how was the stayed as they leave, prior to drop the \"we will check the room first\".


Overall we liked the place and we would definitively stay again and recommend it.

The property is nice and in a good location, but it needs better maintenance. The elevator is out of service and the hotel was not accessible. we were traveling with an elderly woman and being here was difficult for her. The sheets were ill fitted for the beds, they were too small.

Very nice hotel, cleanliness, friendliness and location were great for price. Quiet location but easily accessible to dining, beach and shopping. The only complaint would be that the elevator was out of order when we were there but they explained the part they were needing would take a month to come in from Mexico City, also their hot water ran out quickly. Loved being able to wash and dry my clothes with the available washer/dryer machine in the room. Room size was large, very clean and housekeeping did excellent job cleaning when we requested it to be done. Would recommend to my friends and family, we felt safe and comfortable with the surroundings, good tacos just around the corner, having the 7eleven on the corner was very convenient. Would gladly return!

This property is newer, very clean, great staff, beautiful pool, spacious parking, and the rooms are big, tons of natural light, blackout curtains, plenty of closet space, 2B/2B, big kitchen, tvs in every room, gorgeous living room, and washer/dryer! Lo único que puedo decir es q para la ubicación siempre necesitas un auto o un servicio de taxi pero la distancia es auto son cortas a 10 - 15 min del centro de playa de Carmen en auto, esto también favorece al final porque la zona es súper tranquila, cero ruido excelente para descansar.
