The all go out of their way to help make your trip top notch and give great recommendations for dining, attractions, and subway directions! The room was very clean and to our surprise, we were immediately greeted with staff to help bring in our bags when we got off our Uber. The staff was so kind, provided us tokens for free drinks between 5:30-7pm, and gave us recommendations for food. Barbara was wonderful!!! We can’t wait to come back!

Staff was so helpful and always willing to assist..from the time we arrived to the time we left.. John, my barbados sister, and also my friend who lived in Staten Island, who was so happy when I got the chance to experience snow for the first time (ps can't remember their names) also had an issue with the heater in the room, called the front desk and within minutes they sent a portable one with a technician while they tried fixing the problem with the main heater in the room (wasn't getting enough hot air)
It was so convenient to move around because the subway was literally 2 mins away..lots of fast food places nearby with great choices to choose from.. A reliable laundry place less than 5 mins away..
Definitely will be coming back!!!

I booked two rooms for my Mom, both sisters-in-law and two of my nieces for an NYC weekend trip. It's not easy to find hotel rooms in NYC with two beds. The location is central with lots around and easy to access transportation; the 6 train is on the corner of the block. Madison Square Park is very close by for morning coffee walks. They enjoyed the hotel very much.

My first night in NYC

I arrived exhausted, and had a VERY important event to attend. I was able to take an excellent one hour nap in a nice quiet room with a very comfortable bed before I had to dash to my event close by. My shower was wonderful. Good towels etc…I Also took a long walk late at night and felt totally safe. Plenty of tasty food close to the hotel and all forms of transportation nearby.
I would stay there again, budget allowing.

Overall a wonderful stay. Pillows were too soft and having a refrigerator would’ve been convenient and not have to throw out leftovers. Otherwise great bath products and clean and specious room. Wonderful staff and service even at Rosehill rooftop restaurant. Would stay here again.

The hotel room was tremendous! When we arrived, my daughter )16) wasn’t feeling 100% and we all needed the morning to rest after traveling. Waking up late with the curtains drawn in your comfy bed was just the thing. The high water pressure in the shower, lovely smelling shampoo & toiletries, high end bathrobe, coffee maker in the room, and the nearby bagel spot - set us up for everything we had planned to do in NYC, which was a lot. The proximity to Union Square and the sub way stop on the corner was also great. Thank you for your service and hospitality!
