Room was very clean and fit our family of 4. The location was perfect to go into Paris. 2 min walk to metro and one Metro line to get to Opera. Monop across the street for grocery basics was very helpful. Would recommend this hotel.

The room was as advertised and expected, however, we were not informed of the large construction site next door prior to our stay. It would have been nice to be informed or located to a room that’s window didn’t face the construction. Early each morning we woke to loud construction right outside our window and this was a disappointing factor to our stay.

However, the staff member in the desk the day we arrived was very welcoming, which was nice after a late flight.

Hotel was clean, well organised room was reasonably spacious, we had an upstairs bit for the kids which due freak us out abit because we didn't want them to come looking for us in the night and fall. I wonder about maybe switching the double and two singles. Breakfast was lovely, continental style. Nothing warm/cooked, Kitchen staff wasn't very polite. Wanted to leave the key when we went out, for safety, this made us feel uncomfortable.

Love that it’s super close to the train station, neighborhood groceries, pharamacy, dining, & convenience stores. They serve bread, cereal, yogurt, cheese & ham for breakfast. Room is small but cute, with loft. Bathroom is a little smelly, not sure where the odor is coming from.

The area was fantastic with plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. Cost of the hotel was relatively cheap compared to other options in the area, therefore, we were expecting a basic experience. Overall the hotel was pretty tired, breakfast was limited (no hot options) but nice; however it was not replenished quickly enough during busy periods. The room was small, functional but, again, in need of updating. We were on the ground floor, therefore the sounds of doors closing, people walking around rooms above, toilets flushing and the metro (which passes close under the hotel) could be regularly heard at night. There was a nice courtyard to sit in when the sun was out and the team were friendly and polite. All in all, for the price, it was not a massive surprise but still a little disappointing

The hotel is located in a nice area with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and a metro station just a few doors away.
The hotel itself is nice, but very compact. We were in a family room, which was just too small for us. My husband is over 6 foot and could not fit in the shower and we struggled to move around as it was very cramped. Had it just been two of us, it may have been easier - thankfully having the mezzanine area gave a welcome bit of extra space.

Very nice boutique hotel right next to Louise Mitchell underground train station. Plenty of cafes, supermarkets and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to bigger stores and a lovely park. The reception staff were very helpful and obliging. My only concern was the air-con, wasn’t great in my room so on really warm days might be uncomfortable.Definitely would stay again.

\"A Disappointing Stay”

Words fall short in expressing my profound dissatisfaction with my stay at this hotel, from check-in to check-out. The experience began with a lengthy wait of nearly 90 minutes, far beyond the promised 30, for my room to be readied, during which I nodded off multiple times due to the delay. The antiquated system of physically handing over and retrieving large keys added to the feeling of being trapped in a bygone era. To cap it off, at check-out, I entrusted my luggage to the receptionist for later collection, only to discover at the airport that a small bag had been forgotten. Although I acknowledge my part in not checking, this oversight further cements my advice: invest a bit more in another accommodation to spare yourself the frustration and trouble.

Several instances of missing toilet paper, shampoo and towels in the room. Complained several times, with no visible improvement. Just incredibly poor performance. Last day in the room we looked under the bed to see if we dropped some of our stuff there. We found a huge amount of dust and garbage - the area had not been vacuumed for a LOOOOONG time. Really disgusting.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Lots of good amenities nearby including the Metro on the corner. Perfectbplace for my worl trip as it was very close to the office. Breakfast was good too and i slept very well in a comfortable bed and it was very quiet as i was in room 1 at the back of the hotel overlooking a nice courtyard. Very fast and east check in and check out too.

Stayed as a family with 2 teenage children. Room on the small side but adequate for two nights. Very comfortable beds. Air conditioning in room. Bathroom could do with a touch up, some mould on the ceiling. Hotel is located in a great area. Good bars and restaurants. The metro is very nearby. Free parking on the road in August. We stayed as we didnt have the pollution sticker for our car, so we were unable to stay within central Paris. However it was close enough to everything and i would have no hesitation staying here again.

This was for a business trip to Paris with booking through Hotel.com only 2 hours before stay at the hotel started.
Room decor was a little dated but it was comfortable and very clean.
The local area felt safe with a Metro station less than a minutes walk away. My colleague and I had dinner at a local bistrot which served tasty food at a very reasonable price.
Breakfast at the hotel was basic but good enough for the price.
Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

All in all I'd stay here again when on business visiting the Client situated nearby.

Hotel is definitely 'old', but they keep it pretty clean. Elevator, lobby are very small. Rooms surprisingly are not as small. We got a family suite for 4. The room is barely big enough to fit a big king bed, and 2 singles are on the loft above. Overall, we felt adequate with the space.

The front desk lady is very nice and helpful. It's 2 minutes walk to the nearest metro station. There are many restaurants, and even a couple markets, on the same street. It's not in a fancy area of Paris, but very safe. We definitely would stay here next time we're in Paris.

If you need to stay somewhere close to subway and with everything nearby, on a budget, this is the place. Not glamorous, just somewhere cosy to sleep in. Quite comfortable and clean. Do not recommend the breakfast unless free/included, or you want to pay ten euros each for some cereal.

Most of the people at the reception are excellent and professional. They made our three days holidays to be unforgettable! One of them called a taxi quickly for us not to miss our dinner on the Seine River! She was great! The metro is just at the corner so you can move around by starting taking the Metro. Buy your baguette and croissant in a traditional shop close to the hotel and your cheese and everything else just in the next road across you have a super market. We will come back!!!

Nice hotel in Great Location

This hotel has a great location. Walk a few feet down the street and you are at the metro. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. As most hotels in Europe the rooms are smaller than what we are used to in the United States but c'est la vie. The neighborhood is great with plenty of restaurants, pharmacies, shops, etc. all within walking distance. The staff was friendly and always willing to go out of their way to help.
Our rate included the breakfast which was adequate. We chose this hotel because of their rates. Less expensive than the center of Paris and it was all easily reachable with the metro. Will highly recommend to fellow travelers.
Please note that this hotel has no parking lot, you must park at public parking lot which is walking distance.

It was just an okay place to stay - very small and basic (almost like an old university dorm room). Bathroom was very cramped. And alas, the wall my bed was against shared a common wall with the elevator so I had the sound of that to contend with from 6am till 11pm (almost like a muffled sound of a bowling alley). It was a good location, however and the staff were good (although I did have to go and hunt down a roll of toilet paper).

I stayed at this establishment with my family while on holiday in Paris 31st July - 5th Aug. The rooms were small but comfortable. The location was fantastic, few minutes away from Paris downtown but a nice area with lots of cafes and shops nearby. Best feature was it was 10 steps away from a metro station so great connectivity to wherever you wanted to go. The service was EXCELLENT and a special thank you to Gail at the reception desk who was most helpful and patient in helping us chalk out an itinerary to spend 5 days in Paris. Would certainly stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Would recommend this hotel. It's is a quiet neighborhood but not too far out of the city. About 30 feet from a metro station. Plenty of restaurants, shops, banks, and a laundromat near by. Staff was exceptional. Specific kudos to Reginal who went out of his way to be helpful. One example was when we asked to mail some postcards. He didn't know the cost, so personally took them to the post office the next day knowing we'd settle the cost later. All the front desk staff good. We speak \"passable\" French, but their English was good too. Room a little weird with a double and single up in loft with single below. Ac in room worked well, but did have trouble cooling upstairs as muchness down. Room quiet off the street opening up to nice courtyard. Breakfast was good continental with lots of well stocked choices (nothing hot). Overall good value and location for a Paris hotel. Did I mention great staff?

Reasonably priced, very convenient to the Metro, nice little neighborhood with good little restaurants, bakeries. The room was good for a family of up to 4. Very very small, no place to put clothes for the kids upstairs, no towels the first night--had to go looking for some down the hall, tub drain broke the second night--had to use the trash can to get water out of it so my husband could fix it. I would stay here again, but never for more than a few nights.

Nice hotel, great value and close to the Metro!

This hotel was a great value and the \"family room\" was perfect for us (two adults traveling with a 5 year old). The proximity to the Metro also makes this hotel incredibly convenient since the Metro is the fastest and least expensive way to explore Paris. After a day seeing the sights we enjoyed a lovely (non-touristy) dinner at Pergola restaurant, recommended by the staff and just a short walk away.

clean basic hotel in a nice area of paris, felt very safe at all times night and day. within easy walking distance to all sights, staff were very helpful and very understanding to basic french speaking people. am already planning to take my children with me on my next visit and will use this hotel again, yes there are plenty of other hotels to use ! but i found them very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them they put me at ease and to me that speaks volumes to a person in another country

Specifically asked for triple room with 3 beds , turned out that the third bed was a pullout chair , not what we expected. Very tight room for 3 people, even on European standards . Nice big modern bathroom. Free wifi , iffy quality . Couldn't get our valuables (computer) after 8:00 pm , had to wait til morning- inconvenient. Overall clean hotel with friendly staff. Too far from major attractions .

Ce n'est pas la 1ere fois que je viens dans cet hotel, l'accueil est tres sympatique.
Cependant cela fait 2 fois qu'il y a des dysfonctionnements.
La 1ere fois la tv ne fonctionnait pas, qusnd on reste plusieurs nuits c'est dommage. Pb signalé immédiatement qui devait etre resolu pour le lendemain mais rien.
Cette fois, le lit sir 3 pieds au lieu de 4, l'avattsnt des toilettes nin fixé et la paroi de la douche degondée. Je suis arrivée tard et c'etait juste pour une nuit.
Que ce passe t il car cela fait un moment que je viens mais 2 fois de suite acec des problemes, ce n'est pas agréable.

La tv ne fonctionnait pas, je l'ai signalé le 1er soir. La personne n'a pas pu la faire fonctionner et m'a assuré que cela serait réparé le lendemain. Ce ne fut pas le cas. A aucun moment on ne m'a proposé une autre chambre. Je trouve cela dommage car d'une part ce n'était pas mon 1er sejour mais surtout qu'en automne et en déplacement professionnel j'apprecie d'avoir la tv.
J'avais demandé un paiement sur place mais cela fait 2 fois que ma carte est debitée avant mon arrivée.
Sinon je trouve les chambres qui viennent d'être rénovées propres et agréables.
La situation très proche du métro est très pratique.

Personnel du petit déjeuner très moyen, le buffet est pratiquement vide, en tant que créateurs de contenu, nous étions venus pour faire des story mais nous y avons renoncé

Chambre propre, mobiliers neuf, localisation idéale pour moi à côté du métro et Dott tjs dispo. Petit déjeuner moyen avec très peu de choix pour le tarif et annoncé servi en chambre sur le site alors que cela n’est pas possible.
