Property was ok, room didn’t have a closet for clothing nor any dressers. Weird layout.
saranjit
everything was disgusting in the room
George
Great stay, and would highly recommend.

the floor on the room we got was sticky. there are dry leaves on the aircon's filter. the shower could use a little more cleaning
our friends stayed the same time as us,. their room was better maintained.

The entrance was spacious and clean; however, the room left much to be desired. Bathroom was a particular turn off with mould growing between the under mounted sink and counter. Cob webs in corner by the shower.
It was clear the entire space was just superficially cleaned.
We were also given a room on the bottom floor with an emergency exit door. For $400 it was not good value to me at all. Almost wondering whether you get worse rooms when booking through third party.

A nice size suite with separate bedroom. Large hotel with 4 floors but only 2 elevators not in good working order.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made us feel at home.
The bar had a nice atmosphere and was a great place to relax after a long day. The hotel was quiet, well kept, and everything was smooth from check-in to check-out.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and pleasant experience.

For a hotel this size I would have expected more than 2 elevators and spread apart .A couple we were with had a long walk to their room and the man is awaiting back surgery. I did not expect a charge for parking. We arrived just before 9 PM and left before 8:38AM. No coffee station. No free breakfast to be able to grab quickly. We would not book here a second time.
Nigel
We arrived at 330pm and Room wasn't ready. We reserved the biggest suite so we were hoping it would be ready after a long journey.
Previous Traveller's clothes were left hanging in the washroom. Toilet was not cleaned and floor in washroom has a sticky film.
Kitchen area was dusty and it was definitely not swept.
This was our 4th stay here but sadly, it will be last time. Nice people and friendly staff snd housecleaning staff were very kind.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable. I just wish this hotel provided breakfast which they don't especially when you are traveling with kids. I was disappointed about that and the fact that I had to ask for bags for our rooms for the trash, wouldn't that already be placed in the room.
David
Hotel was dated and rms needed work. Shower leaked into the hallway
Latoya
When I checked in, I showed the front desk my Expedia confirmation showing two rooms. I was told to contact Expedia because only one room appeared. It turned out the second room was simply under the other guest's name. I would have appreciated the staff checking that before directing me to call Expedia, as it caused unnecessary stress and delayed our check-in.
Kevin
I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It was conveniently located in the heart of Niagara. The room was clean and quiet and the staff really helpful - especially considering I forgot a phone charger etc.
Janet
Be prepared to pay extra $7 for parking. Room had sticky desk and wrappers. Raised to housekeeping who was very apologetic.
Christine
Horrible stay. Got a king suite and pull out bed. Pull out bed didn’t have any sheets, had to ask but then the duvet had blood stain. Got a new duvet and had to put it into the cover but the cover had hair inside. Fast forward to third day and then we ended up with an ant infestation, ants migrating through baseboards and carpet. Because booking was made through Expedia I had to contact Expedia to contact management to deal with the problem. Expedia handled it reasonably well. Hotel was at capacity so initially told me all they could is offer me 2 breakfasts (even though we had 4 travellers). Offered to spray the room to kill ants but that wouldn’t have solved the problem and my young kids would have to breathe in the chemicals. Eventually moved us. Property needs updating including new pillows to replace lumpy ones.

Good location to university n staff are friendly

Suite was clean. Staff friendly. I didn’t like $8 parking. I’m checking into that
Nicole
The rooms were clean only issue was noisy air conditioning

Kathryn
It’s very nice and quiet, except the first night we stayed ( Saturday) There were young kids there for some kind of tournament and the hotel allowed them to noisily run and holler in the hall past our room until 11pm even though we called the front desk several times. We had driven a long way and were tired. Couldn’t get to sleep because of it yet the front desk person allowed it until 11 pm.
Joanne
Girls trip, room was comfortable and spacious for group of three.
Alexandra
The hotel had a power outage and did not inform guests checking in that this was the case. Went to the hotel to check in and stood in line for 20 mins to be told that we could not check in and they would call when they could. Several other ppl in our group insisted on getting their rooms and did but I wanted to be respectful so I didnt and was told it should be ready around 5 pm. I did not receive a call until almost 8 pm, we were out for the evening at this point so I did not check in until almost midnight. Breakfast was not the variety we had expected and everything was cold. The waiter did not offer/explain we could order eggs to order, had to ask for coffee 3 times before it was brought. It was not busy at all. The hotel did not even apologize for the ordeal or offer anything at all
Angela
Room was mostly clean with well established cobwebs in an upper corner of the living area.
Rug was coming apart at entrance to bedroom.
Bathroom had a lot of wear. It needs a complete renovation as the shower doors do not keep water from escaping & there is paint missing, chipping. & fading. Wallpaper had staining.

Yes, it is a à la carte breakfast! It was really good and many options were offered!
Melissa
The room was clean and beautiful
Antoine Jr
Super well located room are into standard. Thanks
Antoine Jr
Room are into standard i always stay here when i'm in the region
Amanda
We stayed the same weekend as a hockey tournament was happening. It was very busy and the pool was packed and over chlorinated which of course makes sense with the number of kids at the hotel. Being there without kids, it would’ve been nice to have been offered something like breakfast or an app at the restaurant because it wasn’t our ideal situation.
Pau Yung
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and appreciated the separate bedroom from the living space area.
Ilde
Very clean grounds and super comfortable beds
Michael
Room was great and clean. Staff were amazing and personable. $7 a day for parking is annoying as the parking lot is massive and shred with what I believe are dormatories for Brock University.
Daniel
Great breakfast and clean room.
Oluchi
The food option is very limited no buffet breakfast.
Ryan
Loved our room but wished housekeeping was available daily. Restaurant was good.
Mary Lou
Overall, short but good stsy. Did not use business or cooking facilities.
Holli
Enjoyed our short saty. Staff was friendly and very accommodating!
Mike
They claim the suites are sound proof.. Could not be further from the truth.. Never again..
Maija
USB ports did not work and furniture was broken
Irene
Staff excellent.

I was upgraded to a suite upon arrival and the space was incredible! A large sitting area with tv and coffee table
Brandy
Spotless room, good pool, proximity to university campus, value for money.
Tina
Stayed here many times, always an amazing experience
Gabriella Herta
Check out actual room...I have been to this particular property 2 other times and was fortunate enough to have a suite and wonderful experiences....this time the double queen suite was tight..especially getting to the clothes rack as there was no closet and only two electrical outlets...for convenience sake it was only myself but two outlets and only one plug was available on each. And the lighting so dim you spent your time in the bathroom or at the window sill looking for decent light.

Good
Jahangir
Everything was good but the heater in the room was so loud.
David
Room was very clean. Staff were very friendly. Pool was open. Have booked hotels that said they had a pool but was closed when we stayed. Restaurant was clean and modern with friendly service. I was not happy with the roast beef dip. It came on slices of bread and not on a hoagie loaf as noted on the menu. It was very small and the dip was cold. But didn’t complain as the server was so nice.
Alessandra
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was huge and spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel itself feels brand new and well-maintained. Highly recommended!
Linda
Clean room and gym.
calantha Mei Yee
Utterly disappointed. The hotel looks like an old senior home, lighting on the hallway was depressing. We got a standard room with 2 queen bed. No armchairs, no closet, no cloth hangers. Just a room with 2 beds, a tiny desk and a tiny fridge at the corner. We ended up using the ironing board to “hang” our jackets. The washroom was moldy, door paint chipped off. The foyer was dirty, we wrapped it with damped cloth, it became dark grey. There is no competition in the area, so they don’t even care.
Lynn
Every one of the staff was exceptional. We had two rooms. One was beautiful, the other I’d say was very good - it needed a bit of love.
Siu mei susan
The floor of the livinr room and bathroom are dirty, not even swept. Maintenence dept need to do a better job.
Byran
Staff were great when checking in. Hotel was clean and very nice. Rooms and bed were comfortable. Hotel wifi was solid and could do editing work and upload files.
Overall very satisfied!

Yes very good but breakfast was not included as we thought it would be. Staff very nice and courteous.
Matteo
Top tier only thing is (and I possibly could’ve not read the details) breakfast is not included. Otherwise great hotel. Definitely booking here again
Kassandra
The man working the reception was the best - the most fun and engaging check-in I've ever had!
Christine
There were lots of hair on the floor that seems they didn’t vacuum. The bath tub was dirty. The hotel is close to McDonald’s.
Bijo
Room was clean , staff friendly . Close to the outlet mall
POONAM
Everything is perfect
David
We booked the stay last minute ahead of our trip to Niagara Falls for New Years Eve so we could get ahead of a winter storm. It ended being a highlight of the trip, my kids declared it the best breakfast ever and they loved everything about the hotel. While it’s not right in Niagara Falls, it’s very close by and equally close to many other fun attractions. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely book this hotel again.
Riya
The room was spotless and very well maintained, though the amenities felt a bit dated and could benefit from some upgrades. The entrance was impressive, and the rooms themselves were lovely. With some improvements to the room walls and amenities like the air conditioning, the experience would be even better. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. The build-your-own pizzas at the restaurant were delicious, and Shasha was very helpful in guiding us through the ordering process and assisting us at the InPiazza restaurant.
Garth
The staff were extremely accommodating. We have our family Christmas here every year for more than 20 years now. It was great as usual b

Tea coffee in room we’re not enough
Jeff
Best breakfast I've ever had included in a hotel stay, hands down. Small pool but good water temperature. Really enjoyed our stay, will definitely be back!
Kieran
Amazing room, shower, beds. Everyone at the desk were great!
Donna
Being the room was divided. A bedroom and a sitting area. Nice and spacious! Loved the atmosphere. Staff was helpful in finding me a church service for Christmas morning. Pool hours were accommodating. Had a great stay. Look forward to returning.
Gary
The Suite was excellent and very large. Great staff from front desk to Tina in the restaraunt. Absolute pleasure weekend. Highly recommend.
SUKHDIP
Front desk staff member who checked me in was amazing! Best check and service I have encountered till date.

Room was clean
Glenn
Very friendly and accommodating front desk staff. Room was nice but was unable to get the temperature warm enough through the entire bedroom. Quite cold in spots.
Craig
Very friendly staff and great rooms
Greg
The room I was in needs updating.
The couch and chair was very uncomfortable to sit in, but I must stay that the mattress on the bed was good and I did have a good sleep.
But the biggest joke was charging five dollars for parking in your car in an empty parking lot
You wanna charge five dollars for parking in your car then I will not be coming back

The bedroom heater just blew cold air, and if you weren’t paying attention, the door could get sticky and not close properly, which is an obvious safety concern. You expect this sort of thing at a budget motel but not a reasonably fancy hotel.
PATRICIA
I stayed at this location in November and didn't have an additional charge of $5.00 for parking.
Our shower was too "moldy" looking to even get in.
Disappointed this time. November was much more pleasant at check in.

The room was spacious, almost like a little apartment of its own. It was incredibly quiet. We never heard housekeeping or other guests, or traffic outside. The halls and rooms were clean and smelled clean - not like they were trying to cover up a musty or other smell with perfumes. Convenient location, friendly staff, and a wonderful restaurant on site.
Imola
The welcome was fine, but the room was not. There was an extremely strong smell of chlorine — I’m not sure if it was from disinfectants or something else, but it was hard to even breathe in the room. The AC was so loud that it woke us up every time it turned on during the night, so we barely slept at all.
Guest service also left a lot to be desired. I asked for some extra water for tea, and after waiting for half an hour in the room, I ended up going downstairs to request it directly. The next day, I asked for a coffee sachet to use in the room, but I was told they didn’t have any and that I could buy one from their restaurant — very unprofessional. After that, I preferred not to interact much with the staff, as they were not friendly at all.
Overall, not worth the price we paid.
