Overall good, it’s not really fair to use my experience as I was in and out in a very short time frame but more so that the property is basically brand new so it should all be “excellent”.
Cynthia

Nice room with spacious bathroom- only thing strange was there were no dressers. Beds very comfy. Quiet- couldn't hear other guests.
Price was good for room, parking included.
Hot breakfast included with eggs, sausage rounds, hash browns, waffles and all other stuff.
Pool was nice - on smaller side but still room to swim- we did notice the level of chlorine seemed high - had minor skin reaction.
Overall very pleased with hotel minus these things.

Everything and everyone was excellent, we had an amazing time and very positive experience.

I booked a couple of rooms for my family and my parents who were visiting Niagara Falls with us.
I booked this hotel simply because the hotels near the falls were atrociously priced and I didn’t want to stay in USA and spend my money there.
I was pleasantly surprised, it was convenient, and it totally made sense for parking and a great free breakfast as well saved a couple of 100 bucks for us total.
Excellently kept hotel, totally worth the price I paid.

Claudia
A perfect stay, room was already air conditioned when we arrived, breakfast was yummy, shower water pressure is gentle but works great
Stan
Room was clean. Staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was top notch. A very pleasant stay.
Sarah
Front desk was so friendly and patient helping a challenging client on the phone, and then welcoming me with grace. My room was ready very early. Everything was clean and in working order. Gym was great for a hotel gym with updated equipment. The only recommendation I would have is to provide a few bathroom amenities like shower cap and qtips.
Anne
People at the reception should be more welcoming.
Lisa

Steve

Great clean and spacious room. Friendly and kind staff, Specially Gustavo at the front desk. He made our stay and the check-in very easy and fast. We had a flat tire and he helped us to find an open garage service on time. He was very friendly, kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and we loved the coffee and tea table, you can have it at any time. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Overall we had an amazing family time. We all loved the hotel. We will come back for sure.
Sylvie
Everything was fine.

Stayed only one Friday night which subsequently affected the price as we departed on the Saturday (weekend).
The hotel was apparently full with two youth sports groups, the type of events quite common in this hotel on weekends, according to staff.
Our stay was comfortable and quiet during the night. We have no issues or complaints with the operation of the hotel and will stay there again but not on a weekend or any part thereof.
The breakfast was adequate and under normal (weekday) acceptable. Our experience however was marred by unruly and noisy youths occupying the breakfast area located off the lobby.
This was no fault of the hotel staff, some of whom were trying to exercise some control. Some of the parents of these future citizens appeared oblivious to their offspring's vocally loud and uncontrolled monopoly of items such as the waffle maker. They themselves were enjoying animated conversations in adult groups. As stated, apparently oblivious.
One concerning event to my wife and I was when our elevator door opened to disclose two pre-teen girls (8 to 10) sitting in the corner apparently riding between floors. No adults in sight. A dangerous activity in today's world.
Apart from this, we enjoyed our stay and will return.

We had a great stay at this hotel! Big Rand clean room. Microwave is a plus! Hot drinks 2/47 in the lobby. Big swimming pool and my son was happy there was a basketball area. Restaurant connected to the hotel had great meals! 20mins away from Niagara Falls!
Christine

Clean smoth check in great staff. Will stay again centralized between Niagara Falls and wine country.
Sarah
Cute pool. Noisy halls. Hot breakfast options. Pretty much what you’d expect from an Hampton Inn. Only thing that I didn’t appreciate: evening tea options were all caffeinated.
Spiros
Hotel was clean and fresh, rooms were a good size. Breakfast options were okay, but the coffee was seriously underwhelming to be polite! Attached Gym was a nice touch over standard hotel gyms! Solid choice for a nights stay!
Francoise
Loved everything about this hotel. Just wish they would of had coffee in lobby when we checked out at 4 am This morning.

The property was clean and well kept. The free breakfast was excellent and convenient. The only issue i had was that they charge/hold a $50 deposit for each room in case of incidentals, that will be refunded on checkout. I was charged 3 times when i only had 2 rooms. I am still waiting for the 3rd charge to be refunded.
Belinda

We had a great stay! The hotel was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for a one night visit. Check-in was quick and easy, and our room was spotless.
There’s a restaurant just a one minute walk downstairs, which was super convenient. The food and service were both great. I also used the gym- well equipped.
Breakfast the next morning was perfect and had exactly what I needed. Service throughout our stay was consistently friendly and attentive. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it looked clean and well maintained.
The only downside was that the AC can get a bit loud at times. Otherwise, a very comfortable and convenient stay- would definitely return!

This was a fantastic hotel that worked great for our hockey tournament. The only negative was that the elevator was broken and our check in time was probably 45 minutes....my thinking was you should have been anticipating teams checking in and you only had one person serving people at the time of our arrival...help didn't come until 30 minutes in. Great staff. Comfortable room. Decent breakfast....the usual. Fairly modern and lots of great areas to hang out.
Cindy
It was all good
