Only complaint was the Wi-Fi was not working the entire time we were there. So we had no access to TV and internet in our rooms. My kids was not impressed as they could not use their gadgets and we couldn't watch TV. Everything else was fine.

I loved the hotel and the staff was amazing. The room was clean and supplied with Dove soaps and lotions. My only reason for the good rating rather than excellent was the breakfast. Day One-day three nothing changed except for the addition of strawberries on day 2. Same muffins same French toast casserole. I wish there was a bit more of a selection. I was bored of the crossiant, eggs, potatoes, bacon and Turkey sausage.

This is the fourth location of the staybridge suites I have stayed at. The staff at all locations are just wonderful and happy and seem to enjoy being there. The suite at this location was very small compared to the other locations I have stayed at so that was a little disappointing. The rooms floors under cabinets and such could be dusted better. The bedroom had a great temperature with the AC on but there was absolutely no air flow in the living room / kitchen area. Thank goodness I always bring a fan as we had to set it up to blow the cooler air from the bedroom into the other areas. No bathroom fan either so taking a shower just put more humidity into the living room / kitchen area.
I won’t be staying at this location again mostly due to the small room size compared to other locations. But again, the staff were phenomenal as in all the other locations I have been too.

Unfortunately the hotel was used for high school groups the nights we stayed. The groups were largely unsupervised and stayed up well past midnight running back and forth in the halls and gathering in rooms. A disappointment that this was acceptable when upon arrival asked for a quiet room as needed to be up early.

The staff delivered additions blankets to our room within 5 minutes of calling which was great. Although the floor in the room had rocks, beads, and small garbage when we arrived.

The bathroom outlet was filthy, and there were “clean me” notes from previous visitors still visible in the dust.

Beds were comfy, staff were decent, room was dirty (and the staff we talked to wasn’t concerned about it)

Excellent stay- the room was incredibly clean and the beds were comfy. We had a one bedroom suite and the layout of the room was perfect. Lots to do right in the hotel- bowling, pool, arcades, weight room, etc. and lots to do nearby! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The breakfast was delicious although the room where the breakfast bar area was, was small and a little difficult to get food. It wouldn't stop of us from coming back and staying again or recommending the hotel to anyone- without hesitation. A perfect stay!

We seriously had one of the best experiences. The kids loved it (they even rated me 5/5 for choosing a good place to stay for our 3 days of vacation). But regarding the breakfast options, it will be better if they bring variety. We stayed there for 3 days and we were eating pretty much the same breakfast every day. ❤️‍🔥

Family-friendly hotel with welcoming staff and a true resort feel.
Our room was spotless—clean sheets, pillows, and an overall immaculate space. The hotel has an arcade and bowling for kids, which really makes it feel like a resort.

Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options: make-your-own waffles, fried eggs, delicious blueberry muffins, toast, cereal, oatmeal, sausages, bacon, and so much more.

We stayed in a suite and it was wonderful. Free parking and complimentary breakfast were great bonuses. We’ll definitely be back!

BEWARE*** VEHICLE STOLEN RIGHT OFF THEIR PARKING LOT within 4hrs of arrival. (2024 Lexus RX 350 AWD) Manager Dan Jennings handling of the situation was a shrug and a “we’re not responsible, contact your insurance company to assist, we’ll save the footage” response. I contacted corporate and he lied about his handling of the matter to corporate. It has been 10 days and it is apparent that this is just going to be swept under the rug. The handling of this is obviously an inside job. The manager wasn’t at the very least apologetic about the situation, completely dismissive as if we’re referring to a stolen phone and not a $50k vehicle taken from their property. Very non-chalant behavior. I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. The insurance companies covered rentals for our stay in CANADA but we could not cross any rental over the border back to NY.

Very good facility. Building looks new. There was a little smell in the washroom. When i tried to find it, i couldn't. It wasnt worth mentioning to the admin staff. But overall good experience.

Family friendly

Great place for Family. Lots to do at hotel. Great for teenagers as they can occupy themselves with activities while parents relax at restaurants and bars. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The only inconvenience which out the hotels control was that the night we stayed the fire alarm went off at 1am everyone had to exit the hotel and go outside in the rain for roughly 30-40 mins and the fire department was dispatched. But overall we enjoyed the hotel very much!

A nice place for family vacation

Family of 5, great and clean room. It has great amenities such arcade, bowling, bar and a lunch bar. Close to the lake, wineries and 20 minutes from Niagara falls and Niagara on the lake. It has also a restaurant. Breakfast was included, but very small options. We would definitely come back.

If ONLY the TV cable worked without glitching my stay would have been without any problems. I'm recovering from a Major back surgery and the King Size Bed is Heavenly along with the elongated pillows so much so that I tried to look to find out who made the mattress only to find out that the tag was removed per house keeping, BUT they did give me a name and phone number of someone that I can call for this information.

⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆

Our stay was mostly good, but unfortunately, the experience was disrupted. When we returned to the hotel around 11 PM on August 23, 2025 the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate. We waited outside in the rain until about 1 AM, when it was finally cleared. When we took the elevator back up to our room on the 7th floor, it got stuck, and we were trapped inside for about 15 minutes before being let out. It was stressful, and by the time we finally made it to bed, it was almost 2 AM and with 3 kids - it made everything uneasy.

Aside from that night, the room itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Breakfast was excellent and helped make up for the rough evening.

Overall, the hotel has nice rooms and good amenities, but the unexpected issues made our stay less relaxing than we had hoped.

Staff were not trained how to deal with situations. There is a serious problem with technology staff. Internet was not working and I couldn't send a business fax. Staf juste saying sorry without trying to find a solution.

I have paid for badic services like WI-FI and TV

I luv the hotel, everything is right there and the room was nice and clean.
The problem was it seems like after you check in you really get no help. I called front desk about the internet not working, it took twice of me calling before anyone answer (which is not a problem it gets busy) but when he picked up the phone kinda off than rushed me with his answer and hung up in my face. Now usually i would've went down and confronted him but i let it go and we went without internet for the boys Playstation but its cool cause we stayed busy outside the room. But other than that the stay was great.

The Staybridge Suites was in a great location for our needs. We didn't want to stay in Niagara Falls proper so this was about a ten minute drive to the falls. Breakfast was great and the hotel had a social hour that included free quality beer options. This was also a nice central location to the wine region. My only complaint that the establishment only has two elevators. The hotel was very full for a local sports competition so navigating the usage was tricky and we took the stairs on some occasions. Overall a great stay!
