Well maintained outdoor swimming pool. Tea and coffee available at reception.
Dallas
Room was dirty and old and we couldn't stay there because we don't even think the sheets were cleaned. How can clean sheets have the mattress imprint in them? The pic of the room in the Expedia advertisement was not what I got!! I am out $277.00 for a room that looked like it was at a crack hotel. Very disappointed.

Friendly and very helpful staff, the room and bedding clean and confortable. Although there were several guests, quiet at night, family friendly. Newly renovated comfortable room. Our new favourite place for a Niagara area short stay.
Melissa Lynn
Staff us extremely rude. I went to sign in and the lady at the desk cancelled our reservation because we brought our dog into the lobby which was a pet friendly motel. The manager wouldn't refund our money at first. They cancelled and wanted to keep my $758. I had to call Expedia 20 times and explain my situation which finally a supervisor approved my refund. I had to sleep in my car with my 85 yr old mother.
Stephanie
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
Victoria
We had specific issues because of the age of the room. The toilet was very low, was not tight and rocked and would not fill properly. One of the bedside lights which was hardwired would not stay on. Wiring issue? We were advised to ask for a newer room.
Richard
The outside looks a little rough but don't let that sway you. The rooms are really nice and clean. Good pressure in the shower. Very close to a lot of restaurants and right off the highway. Chucks Roadhouse and a few other restaurants are walkable. There was coffee in the common area but I didnt have a chance to try it. Will definitely book again when we come back this way.
Monica
Very clean!
Helene
Rooms are always clean and staff are friendly
Lisa
Saw that they had renovated the rooms since my last stay. The room was clean and was nice having a table in room.
Janet
Enjoyed our 3 night stay
Richard
Two story motel, right at the intersection of Ontario Street and the Queensway. I was pleasantly surprised with the large size of newly renovated room, with a TV, fridge, and microwave. Nice bathroom and an effective, quiet air conditioner. Lots of restaurants, both fast food and sit-down, within a short walk. I didn't use it, but there is also a small outdoor pool. Great staff. Good value.
junming
Very disappointing experience. The service, facilities, and overall management fell far below expectations. We encountered several issues during our stay, and they were not handled satisfactorily.
I rarely leave negative feedback, but I feel it is important to share my experience. Please choose this hotel with caution.

I stayed here two days ago and had a genuinely great experience. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, quick, and professional.
The location is excellent, right off the highway, which made everything very convenient. The hotel felt very safe, and the cleanliness really stood out. Everything was well maintained and comfortable.
I also want to mention the staff. The lady who prepared the chicken was incredibly kind and sweet, and the gentleman at the front was very helpful and welcoming. Small things like that make a big difference, and they did it right.
Overall, this place is absolutely worth it. I would come back again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and well-run hotel.

A little tricky to find the driveway! Otherwise parking is very good. Room is spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. This location was a good spot for what we wanted. Thank you.

This was a continuation of a stay, decided to extend. They made it quick and easy, stayed in the same room, staff was great and friendly as always. Looking forward to another visit next year if not sooner.

Parked in front of my room. Hotel has been completely redone and looks great. A few small touch-ups needed, but nothing that impacted my firm bed, my clean and stylish room. TV was confusing and not as many channels as I'd like to just relax at night, but the staff is excellent, and never had a question I didn't get a great answer to! I've stayed before and will again.
John

John
Room was clean, comfortable, staff was nice parking right in front of my room. All in all good experience.

Great parking and staff.
Jessica
More than a motor inn.
We got there early and waited at the lobby. Called and the young man at the desk apologized because he was helping housekeeping. Speaks volumes of character. He was also very nice and professional. From the outside this seems like a little motor inn. Just from my the lobby it looks like major changes were happening. When we got to our room. Wow! This was nice! Clean, comfy and modern! Had a nice wonderful nights rest.
Jeremy
It had a ‘smoked in’ smell.
Mattress was very firm. Uncomfortable
Could hear lots of noise from other rooms as well as from plumbing.

Benjamin
Easy to find and close to restaurants.
Avia
The room was very clean and I like the area, lots of amenities near by and the staff was very friendly .
Lari
The place was very basic. It would’ve been nice to have had a coffee maker in the room, but we were able to walk down the street to a McDonald’s for her coffee. It was clean. It was comfortable and provided us with exactly what we needed.
Laura
The property is not impressive from the outside. Just a standard motel. But the room we stayed in was updated, with a great modern shower. Great stay for the price.
Yuvaraj
Had a comfortable stay, really liked it.
Marguerite de
I came close to midnight, and was greeted with friendliness. The place was under renovation, but still effort was made to be tidy .Easy access off of the QEW.. and fairly quiet. The beds were a little saggy in the middle, but everyone overall was clean and tidy
Brian
Stayed here multiple times.
Almost all of the staff is kind, helpful, respectful, and hard working; management is great.
Tidy, spacious, good amenities, wifi is decent for work and recreation. No bugs, and smoke free rooms. More updated than most.
Walkable area, very close drove to the beach. Nearby grocery stores, fast food, restaurants, and even car garages and auto rentals in walking distance if you have car troubles.
Would definitely recommend.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and very accommodating. It was very quiet. We stayed for 8 nights and were pleased with our stay. We would stay again.
Amy
Our first room smelt of marijuana and had toilet water all over the floor. so they moved us to another room that smelt of smoke drowning in bleach and chemicals. I asked if we could get a refund because of how bad it was and they said no. Unfortunately. I will never stay again. Non-smoking should be none smoking! Or a refund should be given.
Lynn
Lots of little things were not up to par - curtains didn't match in length and were not hung properly. Couldn't get any sound on TV. Only one of the two bedside lamps worked at a time. Arrived to a nearly empty toilet roll.
Hotel was quiet enough and conveniently located.

Older, basic motel. It could have been cleaner. Neighbourhood was fine. Quiet enough. Water pressure in shower was great, but no non-slip surface or hand rails so somewhat of a potential slipping hazard.

Newly renovated room with stylish upgrades like sleek shower head with additional shower handle and bedside reading lamps. Large TV with plenty of viewing channels. Comfiest beds. Quiet room on side away from highway. Pool was open and being used. Staff very friendly and accommodating throughout stay.
The office area is undergoing renovation, so no coffee. The GPS directions for the entrance was off. Had to enter from a side street instead.

Clean, comfortable room. Very convenient to the highway and walking distance to restaurants. Going through some renovations. Our room was recently renovated with a new bathroom and very nice rain shower. Check-in was easy and pleasant. Very nice stay and would stay again.

Check in was easy a d quick. Room ŵas ŵ
Brigette
Lovely stay, no complaints!
Rachel
They are in the middle of renovating. The service was quick and easy. The hard part is access/see/find to the main driveway without going to the back when you get off the highway.
lois
was not bad was close to highway very loud at times
Jason
Great value and staff!
Jennifer
Inn was a good location for doing things in the St. Catherine’s and Niagara Falls area. Room was basic but clean. Renovated bathroom was great.
James
Basic motel. No problems, but they might work on cleanliness a bit. Two star rating is reasonable.
Jacqueline
This motel was OK for a one night stay. It was clean and the staff were friendly. The pool wasn't open and there were no amenities available on the property. The location was OK but close to a main road with a lot of cars driving by. The TV was OK, not many channels to watch.
Caileigh
could’ve been a bit less run down looking
Carol
Room was dirty, sketchy crowd
Jason
Good value

Excellent room
Rachel
I stayed alone on a Saturday and felt safe enough. I was on the second floor by the metal stairs. It is a motel - so perhaps a bit louder with traffic and general background noise. No coffee maker in the room is my only real complaint.
Michael
Good shower head and the extra sink outside of the bathroom is handy. No coffee machine. Handy for the highway but it is like “on” the highway!
Cornelia
I am not used to the constant sound of traffic
LAURIN
Freshly remodeled

Room was nice and clean, very nice shower and the gentleman at front desk was very nice. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Best price in town but beware if you stay 2+ days
Plan to stay 2-3 days with family and there 4 years child . but got cut down to 1 day and didn’t feel safe in second day ! Had to report to there police chef this behaviour. Experience Not so good was bullied by Indian worker or owner to leave the next day .when I did nothing wrong just woke up and had a cigarette outside! when I paid for another day in advance .didn’t get refund . Some one told me they do that to a lot of new visitors at this hotel . Lobby was a not welcoming lots of construction and dust . Beware bad experience cheap
Not always good but comfortable bed and walking distance to a gas station . Lots of free parking !

The location being close to the QEW at Ontario St. makes it inherently noisy. The hotel was under renovations, the room had a new shower and bathroom fixtures. Unfortunately and top hinge of the bathroom door was lose from the frame. The bed was soft and sagging in the middle. The TV remote didn't control volume. Fridge worked well. Some of the lights seem to have a flicker. Bedding and room were clean.
Charlene
Check in was fast and easy. The man at the desk saw that I had a problem with walking and switched me to a ground floor room .
John
Room was clean, quiet, and easy to book online
Carol
Remodeled and convenient.
Newly remodeled room, nice walk-in shower, comfortable bed, just off QEW. Fridge & microwave in room, but no coffee maker, and coffee isn't available in lobby right now as it's being renovated.
Andre

The bed is as comfortable as a bed of bricks to lay on and the AC/heater is noisy as hell. The bedroom door also looked like it had been forced open in the past

Will definitely go back. Very clean excellent staff.

Love it!
This place is great. Fast and friendly check in, Very clean and modern rooms, I love the shower. Price is great! This is officially my go to place in St- Catherine’s!
Note: the directions are a little confusing, you have to drive down the road after the hotel then turn left and another left to around the building. After you do it once, you are good!

Staff were rude and unhelpful, no coffee in room or out, no access to ice machine, no continental breakfast. Overpriced. Overall not a good experience
Michelle
The rooms were updated and they were very clean. Checked in with some friendly staff. Great price and comfortable bed. We would definitely go back if we return to the area.
Greg
I enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly and the room was very quiet and clean. It was walkable to a nearby restaurant I liked. I would return if I am working in the area.

Was quiet clean 👌

The sheets didn't smell clean, my brand-new socks were filthy hours after checking in to the room, I will never stay at this place again!
