The room we got was so dated. I couldn’t even see myself in the mirrors because it was so dark. Some of the rooms that’s are family stayed at were so beautifully renovated and we paid the same amount so that was very disappointing. The staff are nice and very friendly
Kim
All the staff were amazing and very helpful, our only complaint was trying to get a hold of the concierge who never seem to be at his desk
muhammad
Clean room and very nice smell. It’s also near the falls.
David
Fantastic stay! I am a frequent traveler and my stay at White Oaks was really nice. The front lobby staff exceptionally helpful and polite. Room was spotlessly clean. The property’s floral displays outstanding. Stay here you will love it.
Jaimie
Staff were very helpful, great amenities
Susan
The hotel was clean, the staff was very nice and helpful, the grounds were beautifully maintained.
Michael
The White Oaks Inn still maintains its status as a premier resort in the region. Conveniently located with spacious amenities, beautiful gardens and easily accessible public areas etc.
The hotel will need a makeover at some point soon due to its chique nineties styling. But it is clean and well maintained throughout. Recommended.

We love staying at the White Oaks. It is central to everywhere we want to visit in Niagara. The staff is always so welcoming and the rooms are always well maintained.
Nancy
The staff is very welcoming. Couldn't be more friendly. The floral arrangements inside the hotel are stunning. The gardens are absolutely magnificent. We enjoyed spending time watching sports, playing cards and eating and drinking in the pub-like restaurant. It was our second time visiting and it did not disappoint!
Beverly
Beautiful property with amazing staff. Our room was immaculate, beds were comfy and we highly recommend this property.
Arman
It was the best hotel ever.
Olga
We had a lovely birthday weekend at White Oaks. It could have been marred by the fact that our deluxe room looked nothing like the photo. After complaining we were switched to a room that did match the modern look if the photo with the led fireplace. My massage at the spa was also delightful. We will come back!
Greg
Great hotel and location

The team at this hotel sets the gold standard for hospitality! From the moment we walked in, we felt like a VIP. Especially the front desk agent, Alexa. She was absolutely incredible and welcoming. She took her time with us. And when she learned that we were there for family reunion, she surprised us with delicious treats. We’d definitely go back whenever we visit Niagara Falls because of Alexa. Thanks Alexa!!!
DALE
Amazing place to stay - super welcoming staff throughout our stay - quick Uber to St Catherine’s and Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls. Great breakfasts - comfy beds

Amazing view and amazing stuff . Very clean and new. The best in surrounding areas
krishnamurti
the hotel feels dated. The room was CAD$450 with taxes and fees, yet the in room AC unit was loud and the pipes in the shower rattled like crazy. the sports restaurant is not good and quite expensive. Sadly, this used to be a nice property 12 years ago. now, it was not worth the money
Mark
When we first got in our room it was absolutely frigid. Like a freezer. It took a few hours to thaw. Then we were fine.
Tracey
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Stephen
Room was clean and bigger than I expected. We had dinner at Play restaurant both the service and food were great. Highly recommend White Oaks.
Tyrone
Conveniently located close to the wineries and Niagara Falls. The amenities are great (pool, gym club, etc.) and staff are superb! The house cleaning was top notch. Nothing to complain about, even if I wanted to! We are looking forward to coming back. So pleased we stumbled on this property.
Jonghee
Staff were all very kind and helpful! LIV restaurant was always another level of service as well.
Nancy
I have never written a review before but I felt after I stayed there I felt I had to do a review. We stayed at White Oaks Resort for my friends 50th birthday party. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we all felt the service was exceptional. Staff we all friendly and went out of their way to make sure all our needs were met. We all got spa body wraps which we would highly recommend as well. Will definitely go back.
Shirley

Beautiful room.
Yvonne
I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The grounds were absolutely beautiful, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay.
The staff were generally friendly and welcoming, but I would like to give special recognition to Diego. He was exceptionally helpful, professional, and genuinely friendly. After learning that I was celebrating my birthday, he went above and beyond by arranging for a complimentary bottle of wine, which was a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. Employees like Diego truly make a difference and enhance the guest experience.
My only minor concern was with the front desk staff. While they were friendly overall, I felt they were a little impatient when I asked for clarification regarding some charges on my credit card. As a guest, understanding billing details is important, and I would have appreciated a bit more patience during that interaction.
That said, this was a small issue in an otherwise very positive stay. The beautiful property, excellent service from Diego, and overall pleasant atmosphere made for a memorable visit. I would gladly return and would recommend this hotel to others.

Great place to go. Close to shopping, touring wineries and Niagara Falls.

We stayed there as we had a wedding in the area. Staff was very accommodating to help us prepare on the day of wedding. For the guests, shopping and food close by. Great place to stay. Will be back again for mini-get-aways.

Clean and spacious room, free parking, and excellent location across the street from a large outlet mall. Would recommend!

I loved everything about the hotel. We have people asking where we took our pictures, and they're in shock to find out that we took them right at the hotel.
Panagiota
Love visiting White Oaks. Always very relaxing and my go to mini get away from the city.
Nanyamka
White Oaks has been around for quite some time, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I assumed it might feel a little dated, but I was pleasantly surprised. The property was absolutely pristine and exceptionally well maintained throughout.
The amenities made for a very comfortable stay, from the plush beds and cozy robes to the slippers and in-room Nespresso machine stocked with a wide variety of coffee flavours. These thoughtful touches really elevated the experience.
What stood out most, however, was the service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to accommodate guests' needs. It's clear that guest experience is a priority here.
I visited on a weekend when the hotel was completely booked, which speaks volumes about its popularity. If you're planning a stay, I would definitely recommend booking early.
A wonderful stay from start to finish, and I wouldn't hesitate to return.

This was our second time staying at White Oaks. The staff is always so hospitable and friendly. Close to shopping and the areas outside around the resort are stunning and well kept.

The food was extremely disappointing . I ordered gluten free toast and got 1 tiny burnt piece.$8.50 Even the server was embarrassed. And smoothie of the day was basically flavoured milk. Tasted quite sour.
Our server was new but really great.

Shelley
I was incredibly impressed with my experience at White Oaks Resort and Spa. Starting with the staff, they were so pleasant, friendly and helpful. Our room was very tidy and up-to-date and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed all the food we had. We ate breakfasts and dinners and had appetizers all from the restaurant, “Play”. The staff were probably the most friendly and efficient staff I have experienced in a long time. I was so impressed with the grounds at the resort. It was like a hidden gem! You really felt like you were at a five star resort. The grounds were immaculate, the flowers were beautiful and the setting was exquisite. We did not use the spa facilities, but I certainly would plan to in the future. I actually went to see if the owner was available because I wanted to express my appreciation for a wonderful stay. Every staff member we encountered couldn’t have been more pleasant or more helpful. I would highly recommend this resort. I will definitely be back.
Michelle
The staff were very helpful! Beautiful property. Highly recommend
Alison
Enjoyed our stay. Room was clean & a good size .Great gym & very close to Outlet malls
Lauren
Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - asking us if they could help when we looked lost in one of the hallways; offering to accommodate food allergies as much as possible; greeting us warmly coming and going; etc.
The hotel room was very clean and the hotel grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. We spent a couple of hours in the evening lounging outside in the garden courtyard couches enjoying the nice weather, music from the nearby Play restaurant and the flowers and fountains. It was a mini oasis.
Thank you!

We have been staying at White Oaks every year for the last 5 years. We were in the south tower for the first time. The rooms are very dated and the washrooms very 1990's. An update is definitely needed!
