I am writing to formally report a serious health and safety hazard at your property. during our stay at Súper 8 Niagara North, we discovered extensive *black mold* in the bathroom.
As a direct result of this exposure, my 11-year-old daughter developed a severe allergic reaction with a skin rash.
This is completely unacceptable, especially for a child.
I am requesting:
1. A *full refund* of my payment in the amount of $.
2. Immediate professional remediation of the mold issue, as this property represents a *public health hazard* and is a danger to future guests.
I have photo, If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to report this condition to the Department of Health and the Better Business Burean.

We stayed at Super 8 by Wyndham Niagara Falls North for one night, and overall it was a pleasant experience.
The room was clean and tidy, including the washroom, which we really appreciated after a long day of travel. The check-in process was smooth, even though we arrived late at night.
However, there were a couple of things that could be improved. The breakfast timing (6:00 AM to 9:00 AM) was not clearly communicated to us during check-in. Since we checked in late (around 11 PM) and were traveling with family, we woke up a bit late. When I called the reception around 8:50 AM, I was informed that breakfast was almost finished. I requested if I could come in within 10–15 minutes, but the request was declined. This felt a bit disappointing. We were only able to grab some leftover coffee and cereal during checkout.
Another issue was that our room was on the second floor with a balcony, and there were quite a few bugs and mosquitoes around the lights outside, which was bothersome.

Staff is excellent and always available. Room was clean, plenty of towels, a little worn, but newer sheets and pillow. I would have given a 5 star but the breakfast was just cereal, bread, jam and butter. They have a toaster and microwave. The coffee was excellent and always fresh which a big surprise. For the money well worth it. Parking is free and plentiful. Too long a walk to the Falls, but the Parkway bus is just across the road and so easy to use. Leave the car and enjoy Niagara

When I decided to stay at the Super 8 by Wyndham Niagara Falls north I was looking for a one night place to sleep which included breakfast. I needed to leave early in the morning. The room on first inspection was looked clean and would meet my requirements. I found that I could not find any channels which may have been my fault but nothing I did would make it work. The second shortcoming was that the toilette seat was loose and kept moving to the side. A small detail perhaps but irritating. In the morning at 6:00 I went to the front door to access the room in which breakfast had been promised. The doors were locked. Beside the door was a phone number to call if any assistance was required. No one answered. I left my key in my room as suggested, locked the door and left. Despite all this if I needed an overnight accommodation I might return to this motel. It met my basic needs. The staff was pleasant and the location provides a enjoyable walk along the river to the Rainbow Bridge where restaurants can be found.

This was horrible, the rooms where dirty and filled files. The room stinks and the light flickers. Did I also mention the TV doesn't work. This crap house is stated as a hotel, but its truly a rundown motel. Just be smart like I always do and bring your own bedding, towels and clean supplies. We stayed 2 nights. The stay at this hotel was cost worthy. This is very old hotel but well-maintained. We booked a room with king size bed for 3 of us including my 8yr old kid. Clean, spacious room with attached bathroom, tv, air-condition/heat, wi-fi, enough lights. Breakfast was included, didn't have many options but will fill your tummy. Didnt use the pool. It is very close from the fall. We were eating breakfast and one guest was was gonna check out that day, he was saying to the reception staff, \"see u next year!\" That gives the impression that people keeps coming back to this hotel. We rented two rooms, one has a broken fridge and the other has a broken night lamp. there’s also no microwave in the rooms, i hope there was but other than than that the room was nice, clean. There is a short walk from the Super8 hotel to the Whirlpool Aero Car. At the Whirlpool Aero Car there is a food vendor and a WeGO green line bus stop. The lamps and lampshades need to be replaced. The hotel is quiet and conveniently located. I don’t like how the breakfast stops at 9am. It should continue till 10am. The breakfast offerings are cereal, juice, and toast only.

Upon entering the room, although the decore was alittle dated like the bedding, curtains etc overall the room was clean. The one issue is that the room was very humid and the carpet felt damp like it has been steam cleaned and not dried yet. During the night I almost broke my neck because i got up to go pee and the tile floor in the bathroom was damp (not from water but like a sweat from the humidity. Definitely a dehumidifier in the room. The complementary breakfast leaves much to be desired as its extremely basic. Toast was the only \"hot\" part of breakfast with butter, peanut butter and jam packets if desired. The \"cold\" part of breakfast was only 2 kinds of cereal (fruit loops or raisin brain). There was no other choices. No eggs, meat, yogurt or even simple fruit. There was a juice machine there but neither was filled with anything other then air. Coffee was available but tea was limited. I think most people would still need to go eat elsewhere to be full and not really choices for little ones. Staff were okay. Friendly enough but no \"extra\" just did my job vibes. I probably would look elsewhere for a different hotel next time over staying here. Its kinda far out. The price was reasonable but if i paid just alittle more for a different hotel i could have stayed on clifton hill for only slightly more, had a nicer hotel, better breakfast and to be honest staff that would be alittle more happier to see us check in and check out.

There is basically no breakfast. The options are coffee (regular only, no decaf), two types of juice from a machine - orange and apple; milk, three types of the cheapest sliced bread with the option of butter and/or jam, and two types of cereal. That’s it. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily, but the furniture and carpets are old, dirty and stained. The place needs to be renovated ASAP. The place was full and many people were disappointed as it did not adhere to the expectations and the price paid. It takes about 40 minutes to an hour walking to get to the attractions.
