There is no elevator so having heavy luggage is a challenge.
My bedding was stained and dirty but the staff were quick to swap that out.
There was a gap in my door and I could hear everything in the hall.
The bathrooms are 30 years old or so they feel that way.
The person below us was smoking weed. We could smell it all night long. It ended around 3 am.

The good. The beds were comfortable and the a/c was pumping.

I arrived early and they were able to check me in--much appreciated. The room was clean and quiet, and super convenient to be able to park right outside the sliding door. The adjacent restaurant is quite good and obviously a popular spot for locals. Very quick to get back on the highway.

No pool, no elevator, EV station would not work and no help from the front desk on how to get it to work. When we learned that there were no elevators we asked for a ground floor room since we both have mobility issues and were told we would have to pay an extra fee for a ground floor. Since we were only staying the one night we had to deal with the stairs. When we got to our room the door would not close properly. The bed was hard as rock and had a horrible sleep. Unable to download the app after trying with two different phones multiple times and the number that it said to call was not in service so we had to go elsewhere to charge our car. The restaurant was excellent which was the only saving grace.

Clean, comfy and pet friendly. I was only disappointed because I didn’t realize not all Comfort Inns offer breakfast with the stay…there is a restaurant on site here so that is reasonable but as a pet owner I have always looked forward to being able to grab breakfast and take it back to my room.

Was a busy weekend in St. Catharine's apparently, so it was the only spot available. If you're paying around $100 a night it would be acceptable, but unfortunately we had to book last minute and paid way too much for the quality of the hotel.

Clean room, although the hallways had a smell. Beds were very uncomfortable unless you like an extremely hard mattress. Room had a fridge and microwave. Nothing really within walking distance, but it's not a hotel you would spend time at anyway since it has no amenities or anywhere to sit in the rooms. More of a bed for the night.

Door to bathroom was dragging on the floor. Decent room. Parking by the room was clogged because of restaurant next door. Staff was helpful, but probably 3 out of 5 . Hotel was right next to the highway which was a plus to get to Niagara falls or the mall or anywhere you need to go. Money was worth the room. About 15 to 20 minutes from everything.

This is a newly renovated hotel. Rooms and property are basic, but clean. The building has a nice decor on the outside. Rooms have new beds and furniture, new carpets everywhere. I wish they upgraded their old PTAC units for heating and cooling as well.

Had to book something quick for a one night stay on our drive home. The price appealed to me first. I was concerned about the location next to the freeway and surrounding area but we were very pleased with our spotless room and since we were on the back of the hotel, it was very quiet. We drove over to Jack Astor’s Bar and Grill for dinner, which was very good, and had breakfast at Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House before we started our drive. Delicious breakfast! Both were easy to get to and close enough to the hotel.

We had an issue with the shower faucet in the morning, faucet didn’t shut off. They fixed it by the time we got back. Friendly staff!!

I was lucky to book at such short notice. And lucky enough there were still rooms available.

The only negative thing I can say is that rooms don’t seem to be well-insulated, that I can hear others outside and/or other rooms. Other customers were such complainers even when we were just walking along the hallway.
