Beautiful old Inn with updated amenities. We enjoyed hanging out in the living room with cheese and bread and a bottle of wine. Being able to walk to Ravine Winery for dinner was a bonus. Breakfast (2 of them) was as delicious and divine as all others said. Next time we need to come when it’s warmer to enjoy the back patio and yard.

This is a beautiful space close to Niagara on the Lake village and Niagara Falls. Staff is warm and welcoming. Breakfasts are delicious and love the luxury of beginning with pastries and hot beverages delivered to our room in the morning! Everything is clean and beautifully decorated - fresh flowers in the rooms and hallways is a special touch. We were welcomed to arrive early.

The attention to detail at the property was excellent. The grounds were peaceful. The breakfast was phenomenal. The room was lacking. Not worth the money for the room itself. We couldn't get a good night's sleep. It was definitely a very small space. We felt claustrophobic. We paid for a room with Queen bed (per Expedia description) and got a double instead that you could barely walk around in. Tiny room.. I would be open to their other options, but would never consider room #6 again. Everything else was great.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Woodbourne Inn and have booked already for our next stay there because we love it so much .
Attention to detail is superb . The staff are so thoughtful and kind and make you feel comfortable and welcome . We had to be at an event super early before breakfast dining starts . So they kindly arranged the most amazing breakfast “ to go “ . It’s this kind of detail that sets Woodbourne In and their staff apart from the rest !

Wonderful inn midway between NOTL and Niagara Falls. Top floor rooms 7 and 8 are perfect. Wonderful staff. My breakfast today was poached egg and duck breast over fresh greens and potato pancake. What else needs to be said?

My wife and I recently stayed at the Woodbourne Inn and we had an exceptional experience from start to finish. We had a pre-breakfast and then a breakfast based on what we liked, and the chefs took into consideration our dietary needs every day that we stayed there. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The inside accommodations were superb as well as the whole surroundings.

The staff at The Woodbourne Inn are so pleasant and welcoming…Yvonne gave us some good recommendations of things to do on our trip. The chef prepared a breakfast that looked like a piece of art and was prepared to perfection! There was a pre-breakfast tray we immensely enjoyed with cappuccinos, fresh juice, and scones. Our room was so comfortable with the softest sheets, and a pristinely clean and luxurious ensuite. The inn is tastefully decorated and the atmosphere is so inviting. 5 stars! I’d recommend The Woodbourne Inn without hesitation. Will definitely jump at the chance to stay here again! Thanks for everything!

Fantastic stay! We received a warm welcome. The morning lattes and pastries delivered to the room were a great way to start the day. The breakfast could very well be the best we’ve ever tasted. The only issue might have been with the inoperative fan in the bathroom otherwise it was a very nice place to spend the night.

Loved loved loved this B&B. Vintage boutique farmhouse with spacious gathering rooms and bedroom suites that are tastefully decorated. A little off the beaten path yet not too far away from the Falls or Niagara on the lake. Loved the ambiance and peaceful setting. Gracious staff that is very friendly and accommodating. Wonderful breakfast for a foodie! Would definitely recommend and return. Enjoy!!

Everything was amazing. Everything.

The only negative was the tiny size of our room that made it a bit uncomfortable. It was difficult to move around. We would have selected a larger room had we known about the size prior to arrival. So be aware of this issue and ask.
Other than this minor issue, we really felt like royalty.

The team upgraded us without us asking. The room was amazing and ridiculously clean. It was by far the most comfortable, home like hotel I have ever stayed at. To top it off the free breakfast was delicious - better than any breakfast that I have had in a while (smoked salmon, homemade wafles, eggs, fresh vegetables and garnish). I would highly recommend the Woodbourne.

I really cannot say enough about how amazing this place is. The communication from the Inn before check-in was excellent, the orientation very helpful, and all of the staff were excellent.

The chef made an amazing breakfast accommodating our dietary restrictions and service during the meal was excellent.

There is a great coffee shop nearby that just opened and is within walking distance. Yvonne's restaurant recommendations were superb, and the NOTL main street is 12 minutes away by car. Perfect location.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience on the second night. at about ten pm we started hearing thump thump thump of music from base. it was vibrating through our pillows etc. it got louder. about 11.30 we called the concierge (he was at another property). don't know if he did anything. never called back. when i went outside i could tell it was coming from a neighbours property which i told the concierge. it finally stopped at about 1 am.

we were the only people at the inn. no staff..

also when i went outside the front door was unlocked, while there is a sign saying the premises are locked up in the evening.

we would like a refund for one of our night's stay.

A lovely stay ... nicely appointed room with a fireplace. We enjoyed relaxing in the parlor and library. Breakfast (or should I say \"two\" breakfasts) were phenomenal. Kudo's to the chef ... tea and a small pastry served to the room first thing followed by full breakfast an hour or so later in the parlor or dining room. Nice to be away from the hustle and bustle that is Niagara Falls -- an no children running and screaming down hallways, etc. -- and discovering this area as \"wine country\". Definitely on our return list. Wifi is great, but know that there is no TV anywhere -- which for some will be a bonus!

Great addition to our vacation!

The Woodbourne Inn was a great stay for us! We stayed a few nights during a week-long stay in Niagara-on-the-Lake. We stayed in the romance suite which was a great experience for both of us. The room had a warm and cozy atmosphere and we enjoyed soaking in the tub after our days exploring the city and area.

Breakfast was always an amazing start to our day, with the chef giving a personal touch to each dish as well as making sure to come out to chat and share just a bit of their passion for cooking.

The backyard and common areas were great to bring a bottle of wine out and just take in the atmosphere and relax.

Inn was quiet, clean, staff extremely good, nice library. Rated medium as there was no chair in room, small bath without counter or shelf for cosmetic or shaving bag. Cheap toilet paper, no newspaper in sitting area for these reasons place is more in category $100 less per night.

The complimentary breakfast was very tasty and not your run of the mill breakfast. We were very lucky to have had the place to ourselves as we arrived on a Sunday.
