It was a terrible experience. Booked Sunday thru Saturday. I had to leave Friday morning due to home emergency. Instead of just leaving, I checked out Friday morning at 7:30. Already having paid for Friday night, the hotel charged me an extra $135 for “early checkout”. So if you have to leave before your stay is up DO NOT check out. Just leave and let the room sit empty or they will charge you for allowing them to re book that room after you check out.

Country inn was not a bad stay. There is a couple things I noticed, our beds were not clean. The house keeper was in the hall when we arrived and when I mentioned it she did come to strip the bed. We also stayed 2 nights but I booked 2 different rooms and we did leave 2 pairs of shorts in the first room behind the restroom door when I asked the front desk staff they claimed to not have found anything left there. Chances of returning to this hotel are very slim.

We arrived early and was able to check in early. The front desk worker Armando done an excellent job of hospitality. Our room was clean. The bed was comfy. Everything worked as it should have. We were in town for the George Straight concert, and had an excellent stay here. The breakfast was hot and good in the morning also.

Check in took over 30 minutes. Long line, slow computer system, very warm and stuffy in lobby. Staff was friendly and room was clean but towels were like sandpaper and had stains. The hot breakfast items were barely eatable. For a new-ish hotel, it was not well built or maintained.

Price gouged for the George Strait concert unfortunately. Room needed to be vacuumed, towels were dingy and brown with possible blood stains, hair on bed sheets. Carpet was stained with what looked like spray paint. Holes in the wall. Furniture in room was in rough shape. Ice machine in the hallway was beeping incessantly—I ended up walking into the hallway at 1:00am to unplug the ice machine to get it to stop beeping.

Geroge Strait was in town for two live shows and I’m sure they were rushing to clean rooms as others checked out but that’s not acceptable. The front desk employee was very nice and attentive. I did not complain to them because there were ZERO rooms in this small town due to the concert and we arrived the day of.

I wasn’t able to fully connect to the wi-fi. In the room it never connected. It would connect when I was by the door, close to the hallway but it would always drop once I was completely in the room. There was only one wash cloth and it had a red stain on it. The clerk was nice and gave me a clean one.

This property is very dirty and in need of basic maintenance/updating. The couches in the lobby are worn and guests sink all the way down as soon as you sit down. Edges around beds still had debris as if they had not been cleaned in some time. There are rust stains and mildew in the guest bathrooms. Gum was stuck in the carpets in hallways and guest rooms. Tile floors in common areas, elevators and guest rooms still had visible dirt all around the edges from improper cleaning. Rug at the main entrance was worn, frayed and dirty. The owners of this property have patched carpet in the hallways. Hallways are hot because they are too cheap to run the AC. Staff member, Pamela, was extremely rude to my elderly mother and she insisted that my mother provide a credit card for incidentals after I had already provided one at check in. Pamela was also rude to another gentleman who was trying to check in 4 rooms his wife had reserved. Beds were not comfortable at all and the towels were cheap, dingy & rough to the touch. They were aware of an issue with the safety latch in one of the rooms I was assigned but still kept it in circulation ( along with others according to the elderly clerk who had to come with me to my room to let me in). There are no grab bars in the shower for safety. The only good thing here was breakfast.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!

Our room mini fridge was not even cold & our microwave had no plate to even be able to warm anything up. We travel with children so both of these are an absolute need. We tried the pool the water was murky and lots of hair floating on the top. The hot tub was just as bad and wasn't working. Our bathroom floor tiles around the toilet were loose things in our room had dust on them which made us question how properly they even cleaned. The rooms were definitely not soundproofed because we could hear EVERYTHING! Which made it difficult to even really sleep. We did utilize the gym which seemed to be the only decent thing. The elevators reeked of syrup after breakfast it was spilled in the elevator and never cleaned up. We didn't have a do not disturb sign on our door for housekeeping but it didn't matter they didn't bother to show up. We 100% will not be staying here ever again. We tried saving money by staying here but the saying is true you get what you pay for!

Good location but I was disappointed in the room itself. The furniture in the suite area was stained, there was writing on the hinges of the bathroom door and there was a used washcloth on top of the shower curtain rod. The toilet ran all night and the A\C was very loud. The staff was very nice.

Definitely nothing like the pictures, stayed for a volleyball tournament, had to go buy our own pillows. Breakfast HORRIBLE, the only thing was our night desk clerk was so nice. As soon as I walked in the floors were sticky and dirty to include the elevator. Once I got into my first room. Everything was unplugged. AC was off, so it was super hot. The pillows still had hair on them, when we checked under the sheet more hair was found. Towel were stained and the restroom was filthy. The second room was slightly better.

After I experienced it the first time, I literally held my breath from the time I got off of the elevator until I got to my door. Had it booked for two nights and left after the first night. Small pillows, only gave us two towels. Asked for more of both and was told they were out. Breakfast was not good at all, selections were not good. Cleanliness of the place was lacking. Knew they were short of staff as that’s all the staff talked about. Check in took 15-20 minutes. I’ve machines broke down. Just a horrible experience and wish we never booked there and wasted our money and ended up losing money since we left early and had to pay for the second night.

I asked for room service and I got back to the hotel and the housekeeper said I had a do not disturb sign on the door which I didn’t and told them to run the cameras. My towels were picked up and not taken back. So the fact they called me a liar and took my towels than I had to wait over an hour in the lobby to get the front desk to do housekeeping job. Cheyenne took the step to do it but overall stay was terrible.

I got to breakfast at 8am and it was old overcooked, dried out, biscuits were rocks. I’d hope they would have someone monitor and freshen up the food. I had to go find somewhere to eat.

Our recent stay was extremely disappointing and honestly shocking given the positive reviews we had read beforehand. We arrived with high hopes, but the experience quickly turned into a nightmare. Upon entering our room, it was immediately clear that it had not been properly cleaned. There were hairballs in the shower, ripped and stained sheets, and towels that were stained and barely folded. We found a dirty towel balled up on the floor behind the closet door. Several areas of the room had what appeared to be months’ worth of compacted dust, as if they had not been wiped down in a very long time. There were brown stains on the outside of the toilet and red stains on the lampshade. To make matters worse, there was lotion mounted inside the shower instead of body wash. There was also no hair dryer in the room, which required me to call down and request one — something I have never had to do at a hotel before. The bed was, without exaggeration, the hardest bed I have ever laid on in my life. It felt more like a box spring than a mattress and made it nearly impossible to get a decent night’s sleep. When the air conditioner turned on, it produced a strong, unpleasant odor that resembled gas fumes, which was concerning.
Unfortunately, the issues were not isolated to our room. The floors in the elevator and throughout the hotel were visibly dirty. The breakfast area was poorly maintained and offered very limited options. Would not recommend at all.

Check in took forever. They took at least 5 minutes to check me in and I had reservations. The room was poorly cleaned. Towel has a huge yellow stain. They were old and need thrown away. Pillows were old and flat. Room smelled. Had a huge patch on the wall. AC thermostat didn’t work. Had to adjust it from the unit. When you complain about the room, staff was basically like sorry but housekeeping is gone. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff was supportive, but the condition of the room was completely unacceptable and frankly alarming. We checked in and immediately found that the bed was visibly stained through the linens, the shower was covered in mold, and there was trash and what appeared to be someone’s fake fingernail under the edge of the bed. Every flat surface in the room was covered in dust, indicating the room had not been properly cleaned in a long time.
Given the state of the room, we felt it was unsanitary and unsafe to stay and left immediately to book accommodations elsewhere.
When we requested a refund for our three-night stay, no manager was available on site. The front desk staff stated they could not reach a manager, and even Expedia was unable to get in contact with anyone authorized to approve the refund. As of now, we have not heard from a manager and have not received a refund, despite the room being clearly uninhabitable.
This experience was unacceptable and reflects a serious failure in basic cleanliness, oversight, and customer service. I would strongly caution anyone considering staying here and expect prompt resolution and refund for charges incurred for a room that could not be used.

Moved to anther room only to find poop in the toliet and smeared lord knows what on the head board. We checked out with no refund! Left only to find the cops there dealing with another matter. Well, first of all, I tried to call this Hotel about 20 times and no one ever answered. I needed to make changes to my room, but could never speak to anyone to do so. Once we did check into the room, the room was filthy. There was items left under the sheets in the bed and the bathroom shower was full of hair. I will never come back to this hotel.

I’m one to not complain. But this room was so dirty the sheets had mascara and other orange and brown stains, boogers on the side table, old salsa on the desk, hair and candy cane pieces in the restroom and the toilet was still dirty. The walls were thin so you can hear snoring next door and the ppl above us being super loud and stomping.

check in was great. when I walk in the room it stunk really bad. It smelt like BO or food that smelt like BO. I immediately walked out the room saw an attendant and asked for room freshener. she walked in the room to smell and she ays she thinks its food. she left and eventually brought a freshener. Two hours later my son went for a shower after started drying off he noticed that his towel is dirty. My son dried off with a used towel. So disgusting. I am so upset about this. I went to the desk and they gave me new clean towel to replace the dirty one. No Happy at all.
