No. We paid for daily maid service and was told they would clean only on monday. I emailed orbiz and then, we had service for 4 of the 7 days. The front desk person cared less.

No remote or function to the tv. Washer and dryer broken. Room is tacky and poorly stocked with the basic amenities. Not appropriate for a one night stay. Poor greeting and registration process with no follow up on the room quality or any other guest needs.

Super nice hotel.
The hotel is very quiet and private. I stayed in a room with an amazing ocean front view. Everything is within 5 to 10 minutes walking. The room was spacious and had a kitchen with everything from dishes to margarita glasses, well equipped kitchen. Good AC, hot water, clean. My only complaint was the mattress which I found hard but other than that everything was perfect.

This was our first time staying in the Romantica Zone and it delivered. We were close to the beach with an amazing balcony view of the ocean. We were close to the Malecon and amazing restaurants in the area. We plan on returning in the near future as we had such a great time. Side note, the weather and of April is perfect and the ocean temp is warm.

I used Expedia to booked a (eight nights) Ocean view Suite at One Beach Street Hotel and was given a Suite that only if i lean over the balcony that was on the side of the building I will have a very partial ocean view. The Reception at hotel told me he could not help and i will have to take matters up with Expedia even though i showed him my reservation was for a Suite with a full ocean view. Bathroom floor was flooded when we first entered ..it was fixed promptly the next day and we enjoyed the Suite even though with no ocean view

Nice property. Close to beach and town. Clean rooms and staff were nice. The tv remote did not work ( ok cause we didn’t watch it anyway). Door hard to open and safe did not work. All in all not bad. Enjoyed are trip.

My stay was for 7 nights it was so bad since day one it smelled really bad we had no TV sofa bed smelled really bad so when we opened it it was stained so bad that it looked like dry blood we asked to be moved and the manager said no she was very very rude we had a leak in the toilet as well horrible experience

Overall I had a great experience. However, checking in was a bit of a cluster. There were no clear directions how to access the property in order to check in, other than the limited hours of the front desk. In the photos of the property the gates at the entrance/address of the property are shown wide open. When I arrived they were closed and locked. You had to enter through a parking garage in the rear of the building (under wear the pool is located). This needs to be added to the check in instructions to avoid confusion!!!
Otherwise the rest of my stay was great. It was just a frustrating way to start my vacation.

The hotel is in a great area, very close to the beach and minutes away from restaurants and shops. The only thing is that we paid for a queen size bed and when we got there our room had a full bed for my husband, daughter and my self. We made it work.

I like that it's close to the beach and very spacious, we rented a 2 bed, beach view. My complaint was that the office closes at 5pm, so if your air conditioner stops working, good luck (which ours did the first 3 days out of 6 days we stayed). Also, the parking in the back has a gate with a security that's supposed to be there 24/7, well one of those nights I couldn't get out to pick up my daughters because he wasn't there and there's no phone number to call.

This property is a great value! My friend group of three stayed for a week at One Beach Street Vallarta and loved our stay. Its convenient location next to the gay beach and excellent dining options were perfect for us. Our unit was oceanfront and the sunsets were incredible! I would highly recommend this place!

Location of the property is super nice. Beautiful beach all around, and good restaurants near too. However, it could be more clean, as my friends found stains on the blankets ans mattresses. The balcony was also dirty, which meant we had to wear shoes there.

The locaction is excellent, being in the heart of the action of the Romatica zone and all it's happenings. The beach is close and most things are within walking distance. The condo's could use more basic ammenities such as more cooking utencils, dish soap, dish cloths and tea towels. Our stove elements were slow to heat and did not get up to full temperature. We spent many days enjoying the deck and watching the waves and sunsets. Staff were great in all respects. We found the beds and pillows comfortable. It would be nice to have a restraunt on location but there are others readily accessible. We enjoyed our stay very much and would return without hesitation. We love the old mexican vibe at this establishment.

I had my hopes up thinking I was going to get what I paid for. Which was an Ocean View room. Instead; I was given a parcial ocean view at the ally side. I spoke to the receptionist but said that despite it being advertised as ocean view and charged as such; that I was always getting a partial ocean view. if you can see the ocean even if it’s for just a little; they consider that as a full ocean view. Get front view instead they said. I felt stupid for trusting them. I hate to be deceived. It was going to be a welcome back home from being deployed for a year moment. I booked it 5 months in advance at their highest room selection that the site displayed. I found other more affordable places with an ocean view around the area. Same amenities and better than One Street Beach. This Hotel really lost me completely.

The location can't be beat ... just a small street to cross and you're at the beach. Lots of restaurants within walking distace. Our room was very spacious. It was old but clean. There were the basics for the kitchen: dinnerware and some cookware. Enough for small meals like breakfast. We had to buy our own dishsoap and dish sponge; there were no dish towels or dishcloths so you may want to bring your own. The pool was small and the lounge chairs were older; however, we used it every day after getting our share of beach time.

This hotel is a converted condo property. My stay was in a 1 bedroom apartment and was as advertised. The unit was dated for sure, but it has been maintained about as best as it can be for its age. The unit was large and comfortable. I'm not very fussy, so it was great for me. The property is 1st row from the beach with views to the beach and is very close to getting your feet in the sand. The pool is disappointing (just about 4 ft. deep all throughout and fairly small), so this is not your choice if you are looking for the kids to do a lot of swimming. The property felt safe and secure with 24hr. door service, but the reception only opens at 10am. The fitness room is not much to speak of, either, and is accessed through the reception area, so only when that is staffed can you access (but with all the walking I did, this was totally unnecessary). There were 2 very close local markets for buying all necessary food items for your stay to make use of the kitchen (which is great to have but don't expect gourmet cookware). What you do get is great proximity to the beach and you can easily walk along the beach-front boardwalk to the larger Malecon within 5-10 minutes or you can walk along the neighborhood streets also within the same time. For in-room security, there is a safe but it's locked with a key, which you would then need to \"hide\" somewhere else.

When we arrived to our room , it was very musty smelling. We opened cabinets in the kitchen to see what glassware , cookware etc. That we had to work with , and the countertop was falling apart , and particle board fell all over the floor . The countertop was really old and cheap and had been patched once. The page for the Hotel said that they had laundry available , which they did not, and we packed with the expectation that we would be able to do laundry . The sink had no drain plug . They also did not provide any kind of sponge or cloth to actually wash dishes . The pots and pans were so scratched up that we didn’t even want to use them . I would not ever stay here again !

The negative: we booked a \"1 Bedroom Apartment Ocean View\" and were given a room that faced the building next door (no ocean view in sight) - it was so dark and depressing in the room. The positives: the property is in a great location, felt very safe, and it was really nice to have a refrigerator in the room. I think if we would have had an ocean view I would have been very pleased with this property at the price we paid.

This a very convenient stay in the romantic zone of PV. The ocean-view apartment on the 4th floor was a fantastic deal, and we found the apartment to be very comfortable. The patio/balcony was a mixed blessing… great views and a bonus washer/drier hidden in an outdoor closet… but the ac unit was also out there and blew fumes and made noise if you ran the AC while sitting outside. There was also a family of smelly birds that had nested in the flower box.
The kitchen was well stocked, the bed comfortable, and the water pressure fantastic. The wifi was a little fickle. Good enough for streaming a movie but not quite strong enough for zoom calls.
If you stay here, exit via the parking garage on the ground level and walk the short distance to Blue Chairs for beverages and lounging on the beach. Great vibe and the best price on the strip. No cost for chairs if you order food and drink.

Disappointing stay. Small ants kept showing up in the kitchen so we had to keep all of our food in the refrigerator. The security staff is ridiculous. At one point refusing no allow me to leave the morning I was checking out. I was trying to go move some of my things to my friends condo on the next block. I would suggest that people who work at the gates should at least have some partial English. Even using Google translate is just ignored My message and delay my morning.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was slightly dated but clean and cleaning service was excellent. The location cannot be beat, but it’s still a quiet hotel. Security was great so we felt totally safe. The water did stop working one day for a few hours, which was fine but if that had been when we trying to get ready for dinner it could have been worse I suppose. The biggest problem for us was their website says they do Covid testing, Be warned, THEY DO NOT. They sent us to another hotel which also did not do Covid testing. So we ended up spending a total of 3 hours running around before we were able to get a negative test. If we had known they didn’t do them we would have planned accordingly ahead of time. I believe the did offer this service at one point in time, but they need to update their website. It’s significant information that is inaccurate.

The hotel was built in 1980 and fully renovated in 2000. There are 20 comfortable rooms on offer with typical Mexican decoration, facing the Conchas China beach and nestled in exotic, green vegetation.
