Is not a hotel and is not an apartment. First of all all the people in the place are wonderful.
Is a second floor of a building. Rooms are very small for 4 persons even if there are kids. The bathrooms are very uncomfortable the toilet is separated form the rest. Not the amenities of a hotel at all, but also nothing from an apartment.
The options in the breakfast are by far very poor. No fruits, no cereals, no vegetables only a fixed menu. Even though the food is ok, is the worst breakfast I have ever had in Europe

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was excellent, very helpful! They even had the room decorated for my daughter’s birthday! The breakfast was very good. The rooms are nice clean and spacious. Location is great. Would definitely come back here !

Cozy and private stay

The hotel was great, central to the city of the sciences, close to lots of restaurants/cafes and an Aldi. It was a nice cozy room with all the amenities we needed, bed was quite comfortable and the bathroom was a great size. Perfect place for if you plan to hop around the city and see the sights.

The rooms were very small there is nowhere to put you luggage. There’s a kitchenette which is pointless since the room is so small. Additionally the hallway very hot and humid. There were a lot of restaurants in walking distance which was very nice. There is street parking that is free but not always easy to get. I would probably not stay at this hotel again.

This property is well located near the center of arts and sciences and right across from Turia park, which is great for walks and bike rides. The hotel rooms are fairly small and have an inconvenient design and lack of practicality but overall the hotel is a good price, clean and friendly staff .

Great hotel and staff

This hotel is fantastic. Do you know why? The staff. Simply put, nothing is too much trouble. From the moment you arrive everybody is super friendly and polite.
The rooms are clean and spacious. The cleaners are smiley and even brought me an iron when I had creased my t shirt.
The breaksfast is great offering choices for adults and kids.
When our taxi was late this morning at 4am the guy on reception kept apologising as if it was hia fault..it wasn't! He ordered another taxi and we got to the airport on time.
Location is great amd near to the shops and restaurants
Thanks so much, we will definitely be back soon!

Great place located in a great area.
Near the center of the city, close to all museums, very lovely and lovely area.
The staff were great to interact with. Super friendly 🙂.
The breakfast was unexpectedly good. It's located on the adjacent sushi restaurant.
Room was clean, beds were comfortable, AC unit in the room made for a comfortable stay.

Friendly staff. Only supplied coffee for first day then you had to pay for it. In 4 decades of travel, this was a first and didn’t sit well with us. Also no tissue or face clothes. The coffee part is enough to say not staying here again. Seems like we were slightly ripped off.

The hotel staff were welcoming and check in and check out were easy. Our room was good. We loiked it's clean, modern design. There are plenty of places nearby for breakfast or dinner. It's very close to the ity of Arts and Culture and a 40 minute pleansant walk to the city centre. We did that walk three times but the bus is also quick and easy.

We loved this hotel. Euro modern. Full sit down breakfast included. Short taxi ride to Valencia train station, Old Valencia and the beach. It’s in a residential neighborhood area with nice places to eat and drink. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and wonderful to speak with. Would definitely return if ever in Valencia

Great location across road from spectacular Arts & Science buildings. About 30 min walk from old town & beach (other direction) & there are some lovely restaurants a few minutes from hotel. Staff were super friendly & helpful. But hotel isn't 4 Star in my view & therefore a bit expensive... rooms were new & clean - but basic.

Ana the host with the most, along with Martha who went out of their way to engage us in the culture, show us the sights and bring us into the lingo and aree, flag taxis and protect us from the heat.

The hotel alone is slick and contemporary, no major food options but we didnt try them to be fair. But the service alone is some of the best ive experienced in my extensive travels.

A great hotel for a family stay. Very close to the science and arts complex, city park, downtown shopping centre and bus route for the old city and beach (number 19 bus).

The staff are very welcoming and helpful; the reception is staffed almost round the clock.

We had a room with a kitchenette and baby cot, which made our visit really comfortable. Air conditioning in the room is superb - we stayed over in June when heat reached 43c and our baby son slept in perfectly conditioned air.

I thoroughly recommend this hotel, especially for families.

Very nice boutique style hotel in an area within walkable distance to many restaurants and shopping. Parking was the only issue as the street is busy and options are limited, but the receptionist was able to help secure parking for the night. Staff was super attentive and friendly. The room was spacious enough and had a nice shower and plenty of storage space, mini fridge and microwave. Will definitely return!

Nuestra experiencia fue excelente. Si viaja a Valencia y quiere estar un poco retirado centro de la ciudad esta es la mejor opción. La movilidad hacia el centro es muy fácil por autobús y metro, además los taxis están disponibles a todas horas. Queda frente al museo de las ciencias que está estupendo. Sus empleados muy atentos.

Excellent hotel and perfect for families right in the heart of all the museums and attractions. A 20 minute walk into the old town as well makes this really accessible for everything Valencia has to offer. The hotel decor was excellent, the rooms are well equipped and perfect for families with a small kitchenette area as well. Perfect views over the park was a real bonus.

We had a fantastic stay here! The hotel seems very new. We were shocked at the size of the shower, in a good way. It was huge! The bed was comfortable, water temp and pressure for the shower great, and we had plenty of space. The location was also great, walking distance to the City of Arts and Science and a bus stop right out front when you want to venture further without walking. Our only gripe was that the walls were pretty thin. You could easily hear if someone was in the hallway, and halfway into our stay a family moved into the room next to us and we could hear them quite easily. Otherwise though we really enjoyed our stay and would still return if we ever find ourselves in Valencia again!

Check in was wonderful. Everything about the hotel was amazing. We were 3 girls so we had 2 single beds and 1 sofabed. Upon check in they had made the sofabed and I think they put a real queensize madress instead of the madress that comes with the sofa. It was really comfortable sleeping on and even the pillows were big and dreamy. The only thing that I was missing was slippers, bathrope and refilled coffee/tea bags. Other than that I will be happy to stay at the hotel again.

The room was great, had a quiet room at the rear of the property. Only negative - I'm not a fan of the \"see-through\" glass walled bathroom. The location is perfect opposite the ScienceArts park, and the city centre is a pleasant walk away. Very enjoyable 5 night stay. Free on street parking, but spaces quite limited at some times of day

Very enjoyable stay, beautiful room and location, excellent view of the Science and Arts Park.

The lady at reception was very helpful and suggested various things to do and see during my stay, always with a smile on her face.

Breakfast was very tasty and well presented, bottles of water in the room fridge every day were gratefully received.

Would definitely return to this hotel! The only downside was the room next door played quite loud music past 10PM one evening, after speaking to reception this was swiftly resolved and didn't happen again.

Only a very small desk and no desk lamps in superior rooms so not best if you have to do some work . great location though - especially if you have a park facing room for the views

Lovely, clean, modern hotel in undoubtedly one of the best areas in Valencia. Great restaurants on the door step. Opposite the Science Museum and Aquarium and surrounded by Valencia’s unique architecture. Walking distance to the port and the City Centre I cannot recommend this place enough. The room its self was spacious and well equipped with double shower heads, a jacuzzi bath and a very comfortable bed. Really the only criticism of this quality room was the very cheep toilet paper....

Recommendation - add vanity sets to the bathroom (like lotion, shampoo), slippers, bath robes. Add hooks for towels to toilet room. Review possibility to add access to swimming pool nearby (current access to neighbor hotel is very far)

Staff from beginning to end were very cheerful, helpful and friendly. Room was the cleanest room we have ever stayed in, it was like it was brand new (it may have been). Nicest hotel we have stayed in I think.

There was a little bit of noise outside late at night on the park side with cafes closing up etc but hey, it's in the city so not much you can do about that. Otherwise the room appeared to be quite soundproof, certainly didn't hear any neighbouring rooms.

Would definitely stay here again. 10 out of 10.
