로케이션이 너무 좋았어요. 방은 좀 작지만 spa가 있어서 사용하기 좋았고 여행의 힘든 다리를 저녁에 풀수 있어서 좋았습니다. 여러번 한국 방문할때 여기를 몇일은 꼭 있습니다. 쇼핑하기 편하고 밤 늦게까지 구경할 곳이 많아요.

Excellent location for a first time visit to seoul. Very close to Myeondong station and you get to walk through the main streets on the way. Plenty of shops close by, plenty of restaurants and cafes too. I stayed as a solo visitor and had everything I needed.

Room was always cleaned, even if some days I overlsept and removed the do not disturb later in the day. 2 bottles of water were also given each day. Only staff interaction I needed was check in and check out which I thought was great.

위치는 너무 좋고 스태프는 너무 친절하고 좋았어요.
근데 호텔 전체적으로 안 좋은 냄새가 낫고 특히 룸 청소가 별로였어요,
베큠을 안 하는것 같고 특히 수건을 너무 낡은걸 줘서(걸레 수준) 기분이 별로였어요.
그리고 샤워실 이음새에 곰팡이 청소도 안 되어 있었고 변기 뒷쪽에도 머리카락이 좀 있었어요.
그리고 제 방 건너편 룸에서 벌레가 나왔는지 전체적으러 방역한다고 해서 좀 걱정됐어요.(스태프 세명이 서서 얘기하는거 엘리베이터 기다리면서 들었어요)

I’ve stayed at this hotel at least four times, and it’s usually a very good place with excellent bathroom fittings. However, during my recent stay, I noticed the service was not as good as before. This time, the hotel didn’t provide a dental kit or other toiletries that were previously included. I hope the management looks into this and maintains the good service quality we’ve experienced in the past.

The airport limousine bus stop for 6015 is in front of the hotel. It is also the same stop if you need to go back to Incheon Airport. The area is also convenient for shopping and going to other parts of Seoul as train stations are walkable. As for the hotel, it has a laundry facility which includes a vending machine for laundry detergent. There are no dryer sheets though so if you need them, you might need to bring/buy some. The hotel also provides a travel adapter if needed. The room I also stayed in was clean and quiet. If requested, they can also provide early entry to the room with an additional fee.

I believe this Ibis Hotel has the best location in Myeongdong! The limo bus you take from and to the airport is right in front of the hotel. The subway location is also right in front. The night street market is a couple of minutes away. This hotel is right across the Blue Elephant store and also has an Olive and Young on the other side. This hotel is great for families and has a convience store close by along with endless resraurants next to it. We would definitely stay again when we come back to Seoul.

This hotel is right in the midst of the Myeongdong shopping area and night markets, so it is great for the first time traveller. The hotel has a great breakfast buffet serving both western and Korean dishes. The hotel is clean. There are two washing machines and dryers for guest to use but very expensive - about $5 to wash and $5 to dry - and the dryers don't dry fully. That's the only criticism I have. Staff very helpful.

Front desk staff helpful and accomodating specifically Lucas.We arrived early and check in is not until 2pm,we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel and went around Myeongdong ,came back to the hotel before 2pm and Lucas at the front desk was very accomodating since our room is already available he checked us in early.Thank you Lucas !! We had a great stay at Ibis. We arrived early in the morning and Jacob, the manager very kindly allowed us to check in. The room was decent and the compact toilet was cleverly designed. We slept well and throughly enjoyed the convenience of the location. There were heaps of restaurants and retail around the vicinity. We took the airport limo bus 6015 to and from the hotel. The bus stop was right in front of the hotel. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location in Seoul.

Nice hotel. Great location. Walking distance to lots of sites. Great restaurants all around. I couldn’t turn down the heat in the room and it got a little warm. Maybe my fault. I would stay here again and recommend it.

前臺友善，我們带錯插蘇，他們非常樂意借用。房間有空間可打開行李箱，咖啡茶和兩枝水供應。酒店位置極佳，樓下就有往返機場巴士和Seven Eleven，步行分餘鐘到後街就是明洞商區，購物飲食排檔應有盡有，琳瑯滿目。酒店對面是樂天免税百貨公司，時尚高級品牌佳有，地庫還有超級市場。

Being in the center of Myeongdong, it makes it very easy to shop, eat, and look around as everything is in the center of Seoul. Even transportation was right down stairs from the hotel.

My overall stay with the hotel was very good as the staff were friendly, room was cleaned everyday, property was clean, and overall a very nice hotel to stay at.

My only thing that I did not like was that I wish they had a microwave for the rooms.

Basic booking

One night stay ahead of a DMZ trip. They had a power outage that lasted almost the entire time I stayed, no mention of this while booking. It meant there were no lights in the room, other than an emergency light which didn’t turn off at all. Thankfully I’d packed an eye mask but it wasn’t easy to sleep. The bathroom was fairly cramped, more like a pod built into the room than it’s own room, and could do with a clean.

Good location near to metro station and airport limousine bus stop to Incheon airport.
Staff courteous and helpful. Room clean and comfortable.
Coin laundry on 10th floor of the hotel is a bonus to help with laundry.
Good stay at Ibis Myeongdong Hotel.

This is a 3 star hotel, its what it is. 5 star reviews does NOT mean its a 5 star hotel, it isn't.
The gym was at best, the same sizeasour room. 2 walking tread mills and a few barbells... disappointing.
Room was 'OK' but not as spacious as the Best Western near the airport. The WiFi was also unreliable which makes this hotel inappropriate for business. The front desk lent USA 4G router as a work around, it was no better.

The hotel is located right across the Lotte mall which has all types of high end stores such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Rimowa and the Apple store. The staff cleans the room very well and there is a laundry room to wash clothes. The only issue we experienced was having to call the staff 3 times throughout the day just to get new towels, but overall they are very friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again!

We stayed here for 4 nights. The staff at the reception desk were helpful and friendly; room is comfortable as well and the hotel location is very close to the shopping area/airport bus stop.

However, the daily cleanup for our room the janitor might not check and clear the trash bins thoroughly. There’s one day the janitor forgot to clear one of the 2 trash bins, which made the bin extra full that day. Other than that, our stay was a good one.
