This hotel is just 6-9 minutes from beautiful city of Delft, it s impeccable and the attention to customers is outstanding . I was sick few days in bed and they even prepared a nice hot soup for me and did not charge, way beyond expectations . Love it!!!if I can give them 10 starts I would!!

A superb hotel that we have stayed at many times. The hotel is ideally situated to explore all that Delft has to offer and beyond! Delft railway station is about a 20 minute walk should you wish to explore further afield.

It’s perfectly positioned for a visit to the Delft old town (5 min drive), but also if you are flying out of the Amsterdam airport. We flew out the next morning and this was an easy and affordable stop without getting into airport hotels or busy Amsterdam. My kids thought it was hilarious that it was next to IKEA and furnished with Ikea items. The staff was lovely and very helpful, parking free.

Excellent location next to ikea with ample parking. Lovely helpful reception staff we were a studio with kitchenette which was ideal as we could prepare own food as well as eating out. Full size fridge with coffee pod machine and kettle. Really comfy bed with 2 TVs in room. Very quiet room. Enjoyed breakfast. Good choice

Great value in Delft

Hotel was great. Clean and comfortable. Easy driving access and near the Markt Platz where we ate dinner each night. Delft porcelain museum was good. Weather sucked all 3 days, wind, cold, and rain. But the hotel was quiet and cozy. Beds were great. Will stay again next spring.

Staff not helpful & dusty room

We chose this hotel specifically because the studio room had a microwave, which we needed for warming up baby food. Unfortunately, that was about the only positive thing. The room itself was filthy—dust covering large surfaces and the floor. Both my partner and I have allergies, and the dust made us sneeze non-stop. Our toddler's white socks turned grey, almost black, after just an hour of walking around, which shows how dirty the floors were. The worst part came on our last night when our child accidentally locked himself in the bathroom. I asked the staff for help, but they were completely useless. When I asked for a key, the response after asking the manager was, \"we don't have one.\" I said we'd try to get him out ourselves, and the staff member just replied, \"mmhm, ok,\" with no concern whatsoever. After saying how useless this is, he then offered to come and check what he can do. Will we stay in this hotel again? NO!

This is a hotel mostly aimed at corporate, but was ideal to stay in as a family.
Great family room with kitchenette, easy buffet breakfast, free parking and felt really clean. Ikea next door so perfect for a quick inexpensive kid friendly dinner too.
Its walkable from delft (20-25min) but theres a main road to go under. Bus also available but ideally get a bus card in advance. You may be able to hire a bike??
Only thing that we thought could improve was the sofa bed was very saggy, so both tried to cling to the edge!
Overall, an ideal place for a stopover in this area if you dont mind not staying in the centre of delft.

Accomodations were excellent, however on the day of departure housekeeping opened our door at 0900 and knocked again at 1045 even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door. We stayed at the hotel during the summer vacation. It is clean and the room we stayed in was large and nicely equipped. You are at a short walking distance from public transport, and if you decide to walk into Delft it will take you a maximum of 25 minutes to the center.

Breakfast is identical each and every day, not varied, and not very tasty. It is better to eat at a different place.

The minus side was the personnel, some of whom seem unhappy to be working in a hotel and to work with guests. For example, at breakfast: the older personnel was unfriendly and one lady even looked disapprovingly at her watch when we came to breakfast at 09:40, because \"breakfast is until 10\".
Or, another example: On the last day of our stay we came back from breakfast and discovered our key did not open the door anymore (all our suitcases were still inside). The receptionist did not offer any explanation or apology, just handed us another key.

These are just two examples of several incidents. Generally, the atmosphere in the hotel is not very pleasant. I would recommend the hotel for the location and cleanness, but if you want a place with a warm, friendly atmosphere for a vacation, this is not.

Fantastic stay. The family room for the 3 of us was great! Breakfast option is decent, though on the 2nd day, refill of food was not done on time (until we finished our breakfast, they did not replenish). Room and bathroom was spotless clean. Bedding and pillows were super comfortable. Loved the hotel. Great location, right off the highway. Free parking is a bonus. Will highly recommend to anyone. Will stay again without hesitation.

Amazing stay!

Everything was very nice! From check in to check out. There was a nice gym and a sauna (seperate for female and male). The hotel looks new, although it is not. But they have new furniture of IKEA which is next door. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Service is also excellent, I forgot my phone (stupid me!) and after hours of having checked out, I called them and the lady from frontdesk even went to the room herself to check it. They luckily found it!

An extra is that the soap smells fabulous!! (Compared to some other hotels;) ) I also like it that the WiFi is secured with a password. For the rest very lovely, kind and service minded staff. Would really recommend to stay here!

We stayed at Hampshire Hotel for 1 night and we were thoroughly unhappy with that hotel. From the urine smell in hallways to the terrible bed, no refrigerator in room, small room with 1 small square pillow, those are just a few of my complaints of that hotel. Read my review on that hotel.

The WestCord is an amazing hotel, great look, modern interior, friendly staff, room with refrigerator, free parking, the list goes on. This is a true 4 star hotel worth staying at and I am sorry I didn't book this hotel first. They also have a self laundry room which we used and even a sauna and beautiful exercise room. You will not be disappointed by booking here. Great Place to stay in Delft.

Well worth a visit !

This was an excellant hotel . Only 15 minute walk to Delf City centre , with a walkway . The food was superb and the staff very helpful in all aspects . The word 'Fabulous' (as stated on your Website) does not describe this Hotel - it isn't. However, it is ok, like a Holiday Inn is ok - clean, comfortable and without any soul. The food was very Holiday Inn too - it was okish but dull and 'Mmm...' describes the whole hotel experience. The staff were very good and the parking good too. Other than that it was like a private hospital waiting room - oh dear! Sorry to be so negative but it was dull enough to fell an ox. The picture of the hotel looks exceedingly dull but it fails to prepare the customer for the expanse of dullness within - a solid 10 on the Dull-O-Meter. The WestCord logo should be 'people looking at a new application of paint whilst it dries'. I won't post any photos - all of them would be beige. Not a place to take one's wife, although taking somebody else's could provide temporary distraction from the taupe

Lovely stay at westcord Delft

Excellent stay friendly welcome with a giftbag for my son so his weekend was already top. Beautiful room loved the kitchenette especially because my son has a special diet so i could store and prepare stuff. Breakfast was delicuous we also had a dinner in the reataurant also all good.Overal we sure will come again.

Outclassed by the ikea

Really disappointing. Don't book for families. Odd attitude. Devoid of anything interesting. Big empty unused space, overall lacks imagination. Beds saggy and worn out.

We booked for 2 adults 2 kids had to go for 2 x 2 singles rooms. Called up, yes you can have rooms next each other and yes we have singles. Over email, would you like to Upgrade one of them to suite, ok, paid extra for that.

But in reality they have NO single beds whatsoever, or rooms next to each other for us, so I paid an upgrade for a room that still had the wrong beds entirely for a booking of 2 + 2. Wife and daughter had to sleep in one double, me and 11 yr old son 100m away in a suite with a double bed.

Poor. Expedia takes bookings for adults and kids for this place. The hotel.. clueless.

At least it was easy to walk over to the ikea.

Great all round

This hotel is just a 20 minute walk from central Delft. There is also a bus stop a few minutes up the road and a Tuk Tuk service from the door. No complaints at all about the hotel. Nice decor and furniture supplied by Ikea across the road. All staff very friendly and helpful.

Slightly outside Delft but convenient location for me. Two single beds seem standard in every room. The bathroom was nice but the shower not particularly strong. Excellent breakfast. Lobby area is very nice with plenty of space to work or enjoy a drink. Recommended overall, but a double bed would be nice!

Wonderful!

We had a two night stay at this hotel and can honestly say this is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. The young lady on reception was very accommodating as we arrived slightly early, but she took this in her stride and offered a sincere warm welcome. The room was an absolute joy to stay in, it was large, modern, very clean with all the facilities you could need, including a great coffee maker. Delft is a short 15 minute walk away. I was so impressed I plan to stay in another hotel in this chain when I visit Amsterdam.

A week in an IKEA themed hotel.

A clean, modern, vibrant hotel designed in partnership with the neighbouring IKEA concept centre, and furnished almost entirely with IKEA furniture. That may not be everyone's idea of how a good hotel should be - but it works, and it's good. Parking is plentiful and inclusive, EV charging points too, cycle hire on site. The Delft City shuttle runs directly from the hotel car park. Adjacent to a busy IKEA store and motorway intersection. It's a half hour walk into Delft - and well worth it. Evening meals were freshly prepared and elegantly presented. All rooms, but especially those on the first floor, benefit from access to a huge atrium that serves as a quieter useful relaxation area away from the ground floor bar/lounge/restaurant. The hotel has a useful fitness suite and sauna on the top floor, together with a guest laundry - there are two token operated washing machines, and two tumble driers.
