The room was fairly clean but we noticed the bathroom light switch was dirty. There was no hot/warm water for a shower. I do not like cold showers! We went down for breakfast and upon our return the towels had been taken away which was about 3 hours before check-out time. The bed was comfortable but extras pillows would have been a bonus. There was only one plastic chair in the room and not very comfortable. We were only there for a one night stay for our next day’s flight so we’ll say it was adequate for our needs and over-priced.

Room was clean, bed good! Shower sprayed directly at the ceiling thru a vast plumbing leak, sink was and remained plugged and filled with water, showers door did not close. Pool was sparsely furnished with torn broken chaises and the pool water was murky……honestly not much different than I expected including a gross breakfast but all for $100 Canadian, so overall, I feel I got more than I paid for!!

Check in was great, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the water in the shower was good. It was nice to be able to control the air conditioning. The swimming pool was fabulous. All interactions with the staff was good. The location is ideal as you can walk to/from the airport. Improvements can be made with the included breakfast. Tables not cleaned, Lack of cutlery and plates. The workers were busy! I think on the whole, for the amount the hotel charges for a room, more workers should be hired. There must have been a shortage of towels as there was a room attendant knocking on the doors looking for towels.... which could use some replacing. Will definitely stay here again!

My flight was delayed by six hours. So, after checking my baggage at PVR airport I walked seven minutes to this hotel and checked into a very affordable, clean, quiet room and had a four hour nap. Was well worth it. The check in guy was very friendly and helpful at midnight. This place is great for a short term test when going in and out of PVR airport.

Jamie the afternoon staff clerk was outstanding kind, helpful, always smiled. My first room was great. My 1st day in I decided to stay an extra day in city so i added additional day via Expedia because hitel wanted to charge me $224 for additional day but expedia was only charging $98. I asked if I could just stay in my current room and Jamie told me yes after checking system. Well on the original day of my check out I receive a phone call from front desk indicating that I neded to check out. I proceeded to desk to explain I had extended my stay, I was then told I needed to switch rooms and downgrade. After explaining in English/Spanish that I had spoken with the other staff and all was clear I was told if I wanted to stay in my current room I would need to pay more money. I then declined and said I would switch. I don't believe this was true because I booked the exact same room on expedia that I had currently booked. So I had to rush to pack up everything and I was shown 2 different rooms. The 1st was smaller and smelled of mold I declined the 2nd was small as well but I accepted. Either had the same amenities as my original room. Only 1 bath towel(never been to a hotel that didn't provide 2 bath towels)the room was warm the air blew towards the ceiling so for me to feel the air I had to stand in a particular place and had to sleep at the foot of the bed to feel air at the top of bed room was so hot.
