The rooms were really amd well stocked for self catering equipment. communal areas were very cosy, with nice big outside terraces which were lovely to eat breakfast on. Staff were welcoming and helpful. It's in the financial district so is very quiet during the weekend and in particular in August. There's a little supermarket two minutes away to stock your fridge up with. Breakfast was continental style with enough variety. I would happily stay here again.

It was convenient, staff was great specially Olga the lady that speaks Spanish. They have stove and the grocery store is at the corner and I was able to cook at least breakfast the AC was good and they have laundry room very convenient I was there 3 days and I wash all the dirty clothes before we fly to Italy.

Overall, great place to stay. The apartment is very nice and cozy. Reception was very friendly and proactive in resolving issues. My only negative was the aircon - we felt nothing and we had 38 degrees days which were very uncomfortable. Other than that, it was great.

The only concern was laundry terrible , only one machine and people go and leaves their clothes in the machine and they don’t have rules about it. Also no coins machine and they don’t have change at the lobby. But all the rest was perfect.

I really like that the property is located juat outside Paris in Puteaux. The Metro Train is very clean and a 10 minute walk to take you anywhere you want to visit in Paris and surrounding areas. The staff is considerate, kind and front desk is open 24/7. I enjoyed my first time in France and would recommend to stay here for anyone wanting to getaway and relax after a long day of walking and embracing the iconic sights and sounds of Paris and it's surrounding areas. I would stay there again.

Initial booking was difficult.
Staff was friendly and the unit was nice and centric. Grocery store and train station was close by.
Unfortunately the unit had ants. Not a huge amount but enough to be mildly annoying. Notified the staff but there was no chance for them to send someone to take care of it while we were there.

Nice hotel for reasonable price. There weren't a lot of restaurants/shops nearby since it's a business district, but the area was quiet and very walkable to the metro stop. The price was economical, but meant paying extra to get fresh towels. The staff were nice and helpful, the room was clean and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay.

Hotel room was very clean, spacious and well-designed. Very comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen (microwave, kettle, glasses and cutleries were provided) and clean bathroom. We were a group of four staying in the 2 double beds connecting rooms. The rooms were both facing the courtyard with a balcony.

Check-in was great too, the receptionist, Sunny was very polite, kind and accommodating. All other staffs we met were nice too! We felt safe in the area with just 10 minutes walk to the metro station.

If you are looking for a stay out of the busy central Paris and a quiet neighbourhood, I highly recommend this hotel! It’s on M1 line so I thought it was quite convenient.

A great little hotel, with rooms that contain small well-stocked kitchens. Puteaux is a nice quiet clean area with Ubers available, and Metro stop only 10 mins walk away. Felt like a small rural town, but right next to financial “La Defense” area that has shopping and more. I was doubtful about booking because I felt it was too far out of central Paris, but it’s fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Complaints: TV didn’t seem to work. A channel would get fuzzy after only a few minutes. No vent in the bathroom, so a lot of steam build up. Maybe a little dim in the rooms, but all these things fairly minor. Internet speed was solid. And windows opened widely. I’d return for sure.

This was our first place to stay in France and a 5 out of five as the best. We had requested 2 beds several months ahead and checked in 5 minutes after check in time. Their parking was hard to find and elevators from parking was difficult to find. BUT we were given two adjoining suites for the same price as our original booking. Construction was going on but they respected the guests. There is a mini mart, with beer and wine, one small block down and wonderful restaurants the other way just walking.

We knew it was going to be basic, and we're happy as long as it was clean. We booked 2 x inter connecting rooms so my teenager had his own room. There was plenty of space, and they had a small kitchen. The staff were friendly upon check-in. The rooms are only serviced if you stay 8 nights or more and there is a charge if you want your towels changed.
The one pillow you are provided with is as flat as a pancake, so I didn't get a decent night's sleep in the 5 nights We stayed. I asked 3 times for an extra pillow, but it never appeared. We also had to ask for loo roll, which I felt didn't go down too well. The TV had loads of channels, but only about 3 worked as there was 'no signal'. The channels that worked were either French or CNN.
It is very quiet, so that's a plus. There is a Carriefour at the end of the street if you turn right out of the hotel. If you turn left and left at the end of the block, you will find a Dominoes.
I wouldn't stay in La Defense again as there isn't really anywhere to eat. The restaurant across the road is barely open. I wouldn't choose to stay at this hotel either due to the fact that you ask something for three times and still not get it. I didn't feel it was an unreasonable request.

The hotel is not comfortable. The vending machine for water and drinks is out of order. Don’t trust the hotel staff to hire your a taxi on behalf of you. They had a booked a very bad taxi for me. The driver had overcharged me 100% on the taxi fare. The hotel still not reply me the taxi company information on resolving it. Not helpful at all and gave tourist a extremely bad image.

Nice place for a short stay, clean confortable, well equipes kitchen and well situated. Amenities were basic and I was a bit surprised that there was no room cleaning for stays 7 days or less. We got 2 communicating studios which allowed separate spaces for parents and kids which was a nice feature. Personnel was courteous and helpful giving indications an even making copies. I recommend and would definitely come back.

The Hotel is putting rules that are ridiculous as giving a quota for the towels & toilet papers . No cleaning the room except after one week . In relay the hotel charge is high & don't comply to that stander of treatments . Expedia is considered un professional as all these deficits of services has to considered when advertising . The matter is not just selling nor giving your customer the whole picture to the Hotel facilities & conditions that may not familiar to accept

A great value for money, the room is clean, big and well equipped, the stuff are friendly, The location is very good, The neighborhood is very safe and quite with many close markets and restaurants , located in the business area of Paris ,not so far from center (20 to 25 minutes by public transport), 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station (esplanade de la défense) and 15 minutes walk to la défense train station (it has a metro station as well and big shopping mall).
overall a great stay, definitely will stay there again when go to Paris

I stayed here for one week and overall had a very pleasant experience with this hotel. Room and bathroom were a good size and clean upon arrival. Front desk staff were pleasant as well. Only negative thing to say is we were told our room was going to be cleaned during the stay which ended up not happening, but it wasn't the end of the world. We ended up asking the front desk for more towels and toilet paper which they promptly gave us. I would stay here again for sure and recommend this hotel for others.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Aparthotel Adagio access La Défense Puteaux. To begin, the Check-In and Check-Out processes at the hotel were quick and efficient. My studio apartment was large and comfortable with a balcony that had amazing views. It was one of the best laid out rooms I’ve ever been in. I must admit I had a hard time leaving the apartment because it was so amazing. Also, the apartment came with a decent-sized kitchenette and bathroom. Beyond the room, the staff was very attentive, professional and friendly. Everyone I was in contact with spoke English or tried to. They made my stay at Aparthotel a truly memorable experience.

However, the one thing I would consider when choosing this hotel is the walk to the Metro. Getting to the nearest station, Esplanade La Defense, was a trek. It involved walking up three levels of stairs and then crossing a bridge that spanned a highway below it. I would not recommend anyone with health issues trying to walk to the Metro from the hotel.

Overall, I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay while in Paris!

Perfect hotel in Paris

Everything was super clean, tidy, lovely! There is clean kitchen and a microwave, and some cutlery and dishes, so there is everything which you need to stay even longer! I highly recommend for long stay(short stay as well!
You can go to the subway station for 8 minutes on foot and the supermarket for 3 minutes.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was in a clean and safe area, different from being in central Paris. I felt that we were able to experience a different side of Paris by staying in Puteaux. We loved that the train was a short walk away and was a direct route to all the main attractions in Paris.

To get to this area by subway is difficult. I would not recommend it with suitcases. Area is not convenient to the heart of Paris so if you are taking Uber it will cost you. Apartment was very basic. Floor in bathroom will get wet when you take a shower since it’s the same level as the bathroom floor with a cloth shower curtain. That said they should provide more floor mats!

The room was fine. The price was good for Paris very close to La Defense and the metro. The balcony was a nice surprise. There was a small additional city tax that was a negative surprise. The one bad spot was the elevators. There were two, but one never left 6th floor so it was assumed to be broken. Then the second elevator broke twice in six days. So If you stay here I would recommend staying on the lower floors in case you have to walk.

Check in this hotel was really frustrating. There was no experienced staff or manager when we check in but an ONE DAY part-timer. He said it's his first working day in the hotel and didn't know how the hotel is working. When we arrived at the hotel there is no one in the reception who is greeting us and waited half an hour until the part-timer showed up. Although it past regular check in time 2 o'clock, he said our room was not ready and needed to clean up now. What? NOW? We had to wait about 2 hours until the room was ready. When we check in the room, the heater was not working in, and only cold air was coming out. It was freaking cold. When I asked the part-timer, he didn't know how to operate the heater. He asked us to wait until 9 o'clock until his shift is changed. Check in process was really slow and frustrating.

Great location; quiet but easy to get to the main attractions. Lovely staff who are always friendly and welcoming. The room is very comfortable and had most things we need though being typical British we would have liked a kettle rather than a coffee maker and a toaster would also have been handy. Now I am wondering you could be compensated for this. As smoking in the bedroom is prohibited. So let's fine the genius smoking in the room and give a free breakfast to people forced to flee their rooms and show heir pajama to the rest of the guests..... good hotel otherwise.

Very good hotel in a convenient and quiet location

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights at Aparthotel Adagio Access La Defense Puteaux while visiting Paris. It is located in a quiet street and the Esplanade de La Defense metro station is approximately 600m, 10 min walking; a Carrefour City supermarket is just at the street corner. We were on the sixth floor facing back of the street with balcony, where we had our meals. The apartment was not big, but the murphy bed helped making it more spacious when closed. The bathroom was nice with good shower, the drying rack electric heater was not working but they fixed on the same day. The air-conditioned was very quiet as well, the hotel and neighborhood, so we did not have any problems to sleep. However, there was dust on kitchen floor and balcony, and one cereal bow was missing in the kitchen. We found it on the balcony full of cigarette butts, so their cleaning process could improve. I think the apartment could also have a broom and dustpan since there was no clean while we were there. We also missed an in-room safe. Anyway, we had good stay there and if going back to Paris we will check their prices and probably stay again.

My family and I stayed at the Adagio Aparthotel in Puteaux over Easter weekend. The rooms were clean and well-equipped though without any charm. The lobby though clean looked like a hospital waiting room with excessively bright lighting. My main complaint was about the front-desk staff. Most employees were coolly polite, but one was overtly hostile and uncooperative. When I reported a clogged toilet on Saturday morning, she replied that no one would be available to fix it until the end of the holiday weekend, ie, Tuesday. Since not having a functioning toilet was clearly not an option for a family of three, I asked for a change of rooms. After some resistance, she made some phone calls and grudgingly complied.

I'm have been recently transfered to Paris for my business. I'm used to stay at the Aparthotel Adagio Access Puteaux. This is for me a very good solution as the hotel is brand new, very clean and very close to la Defense for my job. It's useful too for tourists as you can very easily access to Paris Downtown by Metro line 1, just a few station to be in Paris Downtown and on the Champs Elysees.

Fint hotell beliggende i rolige omgivelser i utkanten av sentrum. Kort gangavstand til T-bane, og fine turmuligheter ned mot byen. Rommet har enkel standard og er utstyrt med kokemuligheter. Savnet et lite bord på balkongen samt mulighet for å strømme Netflix på TV-en.
